- selda (1/5): Very stressful and disappointing experience due to unresolved maintenance issues and poor handling by the hosts. The apa - Other than the location, and the fact that technically there was space for 8 people but realistically only for 6, only problems Our stay was extremely disappointing. There was a serious water leak from the ceiling directly onto the bed, and we had to place bowls in the room because the water was dripping continuously. Our luggage and belongings got wet. We also experienced periods without enough hot water for all guests, and one of the beds was broken and unstable. The situation lasted for hours over multiple days, which seriously affected our ability to rest and enjoy the trip. We felt that the hosts were already aware of the issue before our arrival, but we were not informed in advance. Communication and handling of the situation were also disappointing, as we were basically told that if we were unhappy, we could leave. This is not the level of accommodation or service we paid for

- Barbara (8/5): - Lokalizacja na plus, wszystko w zasięgu spaceru. Na plus dwie łazienki, wyposażenie kuchni i pralka. Dostępne kosmetyki, kapsułki do zmywarki, proszek do prania. Sam taras fajny, ale niestety z widokiem na budynki obok, a w czasie naszego pobytu odbywa się tam budowa innego budynku, co mocno zakłóca poranną kawę na tarasie. Z opisu apartamentu wynikało, że w jednej z sypialni są dwa łóżka. Niestety okazało się że tak nie jest. Są trzy sypialnie, każda z łóżkiem podwójnym oraz jedna kanapa w przedpokoju oraz kuchni. Dodatkowo nie wszyscy mieszkańcy przestrzegają ciszy nocnej, a niestety apartament ma cienkie ściany i słychać wszystkie dźwięki z innych mieszkań i klatki schodowej.

- Katarzyna (10/5): Dobra miejsce na krótki pobyt. - W apartamencie są wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy, urządzenia niezbędne do mieszkania. Nawet ekspres do kawy 😀. Ogolnie jest czysto. W łazience są płyny myjące i szampon, są zapewnione ręczniki. Apartament nr 3 na parterze jest bez okna. Tylko w ostatniej sypialni na końcu są drzwi na taras, przez które wpada światło dzienne. To trochę mało, nawet jeśli większość czasu przebywa się poza mieszkaniem. Niestety w łazience jest wilgoć i nieprzyjemnie pachnie.Sofa w pierwszym pokoju jest bardzo niewygodna i głośno trzeszczy, max 3 noce można jakoś spać ale wyspanym i wypoczętym się nie będzie. Pościel w tym pokoju była ubrudzona krwią, nie mam pewności czy została wymieniona po poprzednich gościach. W dwóch sypialniach wszystko bez zarzutu.

- Maria Monno (8/5): Buon appartamento in zona ben servita - Check in semplice e veloce con cassettina e combinazione, informazioni arrivate puntuali. La casa è in una palazzina molto ben tenuta e curata. La casa e il bagno erano puliti. La cucina era dotata di tutto il necessario. Posizione davvero buona, sotto la salita per il castello di Alicante, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e servita con un Tram che porta ovunque e il bus per l'aeroporto a soli 5 minuti a piedi. La casa era per 6 persone ma in 6 si stava un po' stretti, una stanza era senza finestra. In cucina solo un tavolino basso, ci avrebbe fatto piacere un vero tavolo per fare colazione. Muri sottili, si sente molto dagli altri appartamenti. Uno di noi dice di aver visto uno scarafaggio camminare.

- Podsiadły-Soja (5/5): - Super lokalizacja. Blisko sklepy, do plaży mozna dojść spacerem w 15 minut. Apartament czysty, dość dobrze wyposażony. Wygodne materace. Apartament bez tarasu, jedna sypialnia bez okna,klimatyzacji ( wiatrak przy lampie działał tylko przy zapalonym świetle)i szafy, bardzo klaustrofobiczna. Bardzo cienkie ściany, słychać wszystkie rozmowy i kroki z sąsiednich mieszkań. Ogólnie było bardzo ciężko się wyspać.
- Jacqueline (6/5): - Good location. The lovely cleaners let us leave our luggage in the room early upon arrival. Nice apartment and great bathroom. The noise coming from the upstairs apartment was unacceptable- they were bouncing a ball until 3.30 am which made sleep impossible and it felt like the rooms were moving !! We did report this issue and eventually on the second night the management phoned them when it was starting again. We left a day early due to this issue.
- Yuliia (7/5): Overall, the stay was decent, but there were both positives and significant downsides. - Pros: Convenient location — about a 10–15 minute walk to the beach. There are shops, pharmacies, and a shopping center nearby, which makes the stay more comfortable in terms of infrastructure. Cons: Very poor sound insulation. You can hear almost everything from both upstairs and downstairs. The neighbors downstairs were loudly spending time on the terrace until 5 a.m., which made it difficult to rest. From upstairs, there was constant creaking and movement, especially noticeable in the evening and at night. You can hear footsteps, chairs being moved, etc., as the floor creaks a lot. There were also issues with the furniture: in the kitchen, the table had two broken legs, one of which kept falling off. On the terrace, the furniture and sunbeds were worn out, torn, and untidy. The wardrobe door in the bedroom was also very squeaky.

- Roger2807 (10/5): Una gran experiencia - Las instalaciones y el apartamento estaba todo impecable muy organizado y la ubicación muy cerca de todo y accesible Los huéspedes de la planta superior llegaban hacer bastante ruido, como somos personas que no íbamos a reclamar por esa tontería, pero hay que tener en cuenta que otros si llegarían hacerlo, además existe 1 normativa que se debe de cumplir siempre.

- JESSICA (9/5): - El piso és molt boniquet. Havíen deixat una botella gran d'aigua , així com càpsules de café, un detall que s'agraeix. Els llits són còmodes i el lloc és perfecte per al que volíem nosaltres. Els capsals del llits teníen pols pel material que és, encara que la resta de la casa estava súper neta.

For the price you pay we can recommend staying in this apartament. - Clean , cozy apartament with 3 bedrooms, all necessary utilities were in access which is good for family needs. Clear instruction from the host how to access the apartament. 5 min walk there is Mercadona supermarket, some bakery and local cafes. Walk to the park entrance leading to the castle, from apartament will take you not more than 15 mins. The apartament was chosen in respect to the view proposed in the description and photos. Unfortunately, the view from the terrace was in fact to the construction side. Poor soundproofing: you can hear the neighbours talking , going upstairs or downstairs. 2 of bedrooms were without window.

Sok ze swieżych pomarańczy ... mniam! Apartament czysty, dobrze zaopatrzony w suszarke do włosów czy deskę do prasowania. W kuchni wszystko co potrzebne łącznie z ekspresem do kawy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą. Intuicyjny system zameldowania... i ten komunikat z domofonu :) Mieliśmy opcję z taxi z lotniska. Polecam tą opcję. Pan czekał na nas w widocznym miejscu i odwiózł prosto pod drzwi. Luksus :) Jak za taką cenę - super! Malutkie patio dostęp do słońca ma w bardzo ograniczonym zakresie ale w sumie zapewnia swieże powietrze.

- Jakub (7/5): - Mieszkanie wystarczyło dla dwóch rodzin (2+2 oraz 2+3 z niemowlakiem – „+” za bezpłatne łóżeczko dla dziecka). Nie mamy dużych wymagań – potrzebujemy przede wszystkim miejsca, aby się umyć i wyspać. Kuchnia jest wyposażona we wszystkie niezbędne naczynia, choć przydałoby się wymienić patelnie (brak powłoki teflonowej). Apartament był ogólnie posprzątany, jednak pod łóżkami oraz w szafie było sporo kurzu. Na suficie oraz w klimatyzacji pojawia się także grzyb. Zdarzyła się również niemiła sytuacja – spod łóżeczka dziecięcego wypadł żywy, około 5-centymetrowy karaluch. Właściciel wyjaśnił, że jest to ogólny problem w Alicante w okresie podwyższonej wilgotności i występuje także w innych mieszkaniach. Przyjmuję to wyjaśnienie – insekty zawsze znajdą sposób, aby dostać się do środka. W naszej ocenie jest trochę za mało szaf na ubrania, jednak nie jest to niezgodne z opisem apartamentu. Zgłosiliśmy problem z telewizją – zgodnie z ofertą powinien być dostęp do Netflixa. Otrzymaliśmy informację, że należy zalogować się na własne konto. Po naszej informacji, że nie posiadamy konta, właściciel udostępnił dostęp do swojego. Zwracam uwagę na kwestię wielkości apartamentu – w ofercie podano 100 m², jednak około 1/4 tej powierzchni stanowi taras z widokiem na inne budynki w bardzo bliskiej odległości. Uważam, że w ofercie powinno być jasno wskazane, ile metrów ma samo mieszkanie, a ile taras. Faktyczna powierzchnia mieszkania to około 75 m². Są dwa ciemne pokoje (na oko około 9–10 m² i 12 m²) z małymi okienkami do sąsiednich pomieszczeń oraz trzeci pokój wielkości mniejszego z nich, z wyjściem na taras. Na taras można również wyjść z pokoju z aneksem kuchennym. Na plus należy zaliczyć dwie łazienki z WC oraz możliwość pozostawienia bagaży na parterze (bez zabezpieczenia i ochrony, ale nic nie zginęło 🙂). W naszej ocenie lokalizacja apartamentu jest dużym plusem.

- Grzegorz (10/5): Pobyt rodzinny z dziećmi. - Ładny apartament w dobrej lokalizacji z przyjemnym tarasem. Zdecydowanie możemy go polecić, bo wszędzie jest stamtąd blisko. Troszkę niewygodna sofa po jej rozłożeniu, do spania, Mogłaby być bardziej wygodna.
- Szafarz-Zakrzewska (9/5): - Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, która umożliwia wygodne przygotowanie posiłków. Dużym plusem był również komfortowy prysznic. Apartament przestronny — jego rozmiar zapewniał wygodę podczas pobytu. Po wejściu do mieszkania wyczuwalny był zapach wilgoci, który ustępował dopiero po włączeniu klimatyzacji.

Wszedzie blisko max 20 min spacerkiem. Okolica może nie urokliwa, ale warta eksploracji. Polecam ten apatrament. Jedyne minusiki, ale bardzo malutkie to skrzypiące drzwi do szafy. Rano otwierając można użyć jak budzika. I drugie to pod prysznicem ciepła woda małe ciśnienie. Ale to naprawdę z mojej strony czepialstwo. 2 szczegóły brakujace do ideału

- Anna (10/5): - Mieszkanie w kamienicy, położone niedaleko centrum. Bardzo blisko duży market Mercadona. Wyposażenie mieszkania - wszystko co potrzebne do przygotowania posiłków rodzinie. Okno balkonowe tylko w 1 z póki, reszta pomieszczeń bez okien. Była klimatyzacja i wiatraki w sypialniach zamontowane na suficie. Jednak ja jestem zwolennikiem świeżego powietrza i wietrzenia częstego zwłaszcza gdy była przyjemna temperatura +16 °C i więcej. Osobiście się męczyłam, musiałam na przestrzał otwierać drzwi by cokolwiek powietrza dotarło do innych pokoi.

I added in a picture of what the nearby street looks like because the exterior is more modern than Google maps The mattresses could have been better because I prefer single mattress even on a double bed, though they thankfully have single blankets.

- David (8/5): La acomodación del apartamento 1, para dos personas es perfecta, pero nunca para 3. - La cercanía a lugares históricos y a la playa. Para dos personas el piso es perfecto pero ya para tres, la acomodación es incómoda por qué el tercero tiene que dormir en un sofá cama súper incómodo con un colchón de 1 cm de ancho lo que hace que sientas las varillas del sofá cama toda la noche, y no puedes descansar nada.
