• John (4/5): Only a 10 minute walk into town but overall it was disappointing. It's a "no" from 4 tired souls. - Short walk into town. The road traffic noise was so bad no-one had more than 3 hours sleep. Any sleep was interrupted by the trucks passing by. It impacted each person. No basic food supplies, not even salt and pepper. The bbq does not provide even heat distribution and needs a good clean.

• Tammy (6/5): Great for couples, can walk into town. - Great location, walking distance to the main street. The road noise let it down. The whole house and bed shakes with trucks going past. Had to buy ear plugs to sleep in, very hard to get any sleep otherwise. Some more cleaning and cooking equipment would be good.

• Wearne (8/5): Fantastic , lovely home, lovely lay out .. great Spot - It was a great place tidy and plenty of room .we ran out of gas on new years eve when we cooking dinner and we messaged as we had all been drinking and couldn't drive to get more. The owners fixed the issue quickly .. They were fantastic.. Only thing we found was the noisy trucks that go past as on a main road . The electric blind did help once we switched the controllers over from lounge room as the first night we didn't know how to do it as the bedroom one didn't work. Over all great place would stay again for sure. just prepare for noisy trucks which cant be helped when on main road. only thing i could suggest is to have a gas bottle locked and if needed given a code to unlock it to use.

• Emily (9/5): Will stay again - Hosts were fantastic to deal with. So lovely. Great stay of things to do while at the house ( totem tennis, darts, board games) No wifi. Quiet a bit of road noise.

• Norman (5/5): Too noisy at night from passing cars and trucks - Close to town The house is on the main road and the car and truck noise was just uncomfortable, especially at night.
• Bree-anna (8/5): An great stay in a very clean and tidy 3 bedroom house, with an amazing shower. A bit of road noise. - Lock box was great, could arrive at any time without needing to coordinate with owner, as we arrived late in the evening. Was very convenient. Location - on main road with trucks passing all night.

• Janne (9/5): Relaxing, central to everything. Suited our requirements exactly. - It had all modern conveniences. Nice outdoor setting to sit and just relax and enjoy the sun. Parking at rear was a bonus rather than out the front. To host Louise, nothing was too much trouble. I was aware of the traffic noise but at night it was not a problem as I slept through it.

• Fiona (10/5): Exceptional - The location is great for our needs. Not far from the shopping centre, Maccas, and city centre. Nice clean cottage and updated amenities. Beds were very comfortable. A very comfortable stay was had by 5 adults and a baby. It was an extremely hot weekend and the middle and back room got extremely hot and even though the there were fans it was a little uncomfortable. The air conditioner works well but only for the front bedroom, lounge and kitchen. There was a bit of traffic noise but nothing that bothered us.
