• Benjamin Kasum (6/5): - Host was nice, kind and helpful. He allowed us for the a bit later check-out, which meant us a lot. Heating system was not working. We set up heating on maximum, but nothing happened. We had to heat up with small electric oil heater. Still it heated up during the night.

• Cristina (7/5): - Alojamiento muy bien ubicado en Rovaniemi. Cama cómoda. Limpieza bastante deficiente. Falta de espacio en la entrada para dejar la ropa y el calzado de nieve, muy importante durante la temporada de invierno. Al intentar utilizar la campana extractora de humos de la cocina, decidimos no encenderla ante la cantidad de polvo que tenía acumulado. Horno microondas con restos de comida de otros huéspedes

• MINI Bookings (9/5): Beautiful Clean Property - Beautifully decorated & clean apartment with a full range of kitchen facilities. Comfortable beds & a great power shower. The location is excellent & the host very accommodating and great at communicating. Highly reccomended. Thank you Only point I would say is bigger better quality towels. Plus this is a high cost for 1 night but I can understand why as its in a prime location
• Sašo (8/5): Comfy place in the city centre - Central location. Very well equipped new apartment with all amenities one needs. Very spatious and comfortable for a couple of days stay. It could use a mirror and hangers for jackets at the entrance. Owner asked us to take the trash out - we are not couchsurfing and for 300+€/night I as a paying customer would expect for a host to take care of that.

• Jennifer (8/5): We definitely enjoyed the veranda blanketed with snow. They enjoyed playing and making a snow angel - Near the city centre and bus stop. The kids loved as it was near the park and they had a good time playing in the snow The property is nice and clean but maybe good if there is a clothes dryer.
• Christina (10/5): Excellent location, great size & has everything you need! - The apartment was very centrally located within 5 mins walk to everything & 10 mins taxi ride to SCV. It had everything we needed including a Christmas tree which was a lovely touch. We paid to store our luggage on the last day with another company - the storage facility is actually in the apartment block so very convenient. There is a park with an ice rink & sledging hills behind the building - there are lots of free sleighs there, both my kids loved this & it was free! My only recommendation would be the possibility of sleighs for kids upon arrival that can be returned as it would have saved time looking for them & it was all the kids wanted once they seen other children with them.

• Jean-Patrick (3/5): Appartement déconseillé. - La douche. L'emplacement. Pratiquement très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine. Studio trop petit pour le prix. Propreté approximative. Il n'y avait qu'une seule clé alors que nous étions deux.

• Roberta (9/5): Totally recommend it! - The apartment is lovely, it feels like home! The landlord is very kind, we had to leave the backpack a bit before the check in time and there was no problem. Also, the hairdryer that was in there was broken, but the landlord bought straight away a new one for us to use! Very appreciated. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the center and bus stops. Both the bed and sofa bed are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the toilet is spacious! Nothing, all very good!

• Wee (10/5): Very comfortable stay and responsive host! - Apartment is very near the eating/shopping area in the middle of Rovaniemi. It is about 3-5 minutes walk and another 3 minutes walk you will reach K-supermarket for daily grocery needs! Apartment is neat and clean, and the host made sure that the sofa bed was prepared nicely for us to sleep in as well. There were clear instructions sent to us too and the host was easily contacted to address my queries :) Nothing!

The host was very accommodating and receptive to my request. She made sure there was tea, coffee, and a few essential things in case we came to the apartment hungry. It was extremely clean and the linens were very nice and soft. There was nothing I didn’t like.

• Balázs (8/5): Very good - Good location, nice apartment. It is well equipped. The downtown is just a few meters away. There is a lot of restaurants on the street. And all the tours meeting place are just a couple minutes by walking. Santa village is 30Eur by taxi. Nice coffee machine and water boiler. There are 2 TVs so it was good to have my exhausted and cold kids get warmer by watching movie. It was super easy to get in and check out. We got there at 4 am but it was no problem because just needed a few codes to open the doors. We had 2 adults and 2 childrens and only 3 towels were given. It was a little bit cold in the room specially in the living room because the cold just came in through the big glass door. For the last day it got warm enough anyway. When i was there it was -30 °C. So probably when it is warmer a bit these problems are gone. a Christmas tree was placed in the apartment. It was sweet but shrinked the living area.
