Apartamento muy limpio y con todos los enseres para tener una estancia cómoda. Camas en perfecto estado. La anfitriona Yolanda muy amable nos explicó todo. No puedo poner ninguna pega

Close to the port with plenty of bars and restaurants. Right next to the coastal path. About 50 minutes walk to the tourist part of Roquetas and an hour's walk to Aquadulce

• Jerry (9/5): Heerlijk - Prima locatie in Roquetas de Mar, zeg maar het oude gedeelte van de stad. In het laag seizoen is het er erg rustig. Het appartement is perfect. Mooi ruim balkon en een prima woonkamer. Keuken voldoet. Voor de grote mensen zijn de bedden qua lengte een uitdaging. Iets wat aan de korte kant. Als je een breed 2 persoonsbed gewend bent is dit ook een uitdaging..😅 Het is een twijfelaar zoals we dat in Nederland noemen.

• Ammun (9/5): Would definitely return! - Very good space for a family - a double bedroom and one bedroom with bunk bed. Lots of storage and a working kitchen. Host was very helpful - came to meet for keys, gave her number for any questions Just small things - Could have mentioned beforehand on the check in/out process, where to park etc. when we asked, we got quick answers. Generally clean just could have checked the smaller things.

La disponibilitat de tots els accesoris necessaris per una estada "com a casa". La impecable neteja i bons estat de tots els elements de la casa. La cuina perfectament equipada. La bona localització. El llit de matrimoni és una mica estret.

• Sandra (10/5): ¡Volvería sin dudarlo! - Las vistas son increíbles, ¡una maravilla! Y a lo qué se refiere al apartamento, súper completo, limpio, cómodo y con un gusto para decorar buenísimo. Y por supuesto, la amabilidad e implicación de Yolanda, de 10. Si tuviera que poner un sólo 'pero'.. por ahí había unos vecinos bastante 'ruidosos'. Yo como fuí para relajarme y desconectar, por éso quizás lo noté más.

La ubicación magnífica, el apartamento nuevo, la decoración preciosa, súper luminoso y equipado de,absolutamente, todo. Yolanda, nos atendió como familia. Ha estado de lujo la semana que hemos pasado en Roquetas. Os recomendamos sin ninguna duda. Absolutamente nada.

Yolanda was so helpful from the beginning, and so gracious when we could not work out the air conditioning (our fault 😂). Amazing location, so close to the beach and supermarkets! Nothing to dislike!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - Comfortable sofas, clean, well stocked kitchen, ideal location, opposite the grand Castille de Santa Ana. Up past the harbour lots of tapas to enjoy. We also had a lovely day out in Almeria . Nothing not to like, our hostess even let us in early and was there to meet us .

From the moment I stepped in, I knew I was in for a treat. The apartment itself was a home away from home, equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the well-appointed kitchen to the cozy living area. The thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary amenities and the tasteful decor, added a touch of luxury to the entire experience.

• Helen (10/5): Beautiful well furnished apartment with the best view ever. - What a beautiful apartment. Spacious, well laid out, very modernly furnished with everything you need. And a balcony with views you will never forget. The kitchen has all the utensils needed if you want to do any cooking. But we found eating out such good value we rarely cooked. It is located on the front, centrally to explore Roquetas de Mar. The castle changes colour with the light. I have so many photos of it from dawn til dusk. The castle grounds are lovely for evening wanders, with many seats to sit and admire its many facets. Or go inside and climb up top for great views. Take time out to sit on the little beach in front and listen to the waves. The apartment is handy for the harbour front cafe tapas bars and to look at the boats with all the harbour activity. Get up early and buy freshly caught fish from the harbour seafood market (little shop) or just pop in to look at the variety. In the other direction, take a walk to Las Marinas area if you like things more lively. Flat promenade makes walking, running, cycling a dream, or catch local buses that run frequently. We took the bus to Almeria for only €2 each. (Oct '23) The cafe at the front of the building serves lovely food and great coffee. Popular with the locals. You're not aware its there from the apartment but make sure to visit. Local supermarket is handy too. Access to the apartment is secure and the building is kept impeccably clean. Top marks from us. Yapping dog on 1st floor on a few occasions
