Было заявлено,что в гостиной,которой практически нет,-диван-кровать,которого тоже небыло. Очень плохая шумоизоляция. Был заявлен-вид из окна,которого небыло.Большинство розеток не работало. Гидромассажной ванной не пользовались. Но,наверное,главное-шумоизоляция!!!

• Ana Paula (3/5): Estadia muito abaixo das minhas expectativas, problemas no imóvel não solucionados pela anfitriã. - Boa localização! Muito próximo do Coliseu! De início, não consegui entrar no imóvel porque a chave não estava na caixa indicada. Tive que pedir auxílio a um funcionário de uma lanchonete perto (Labicana 52) para poder fazer contato com a anfitriã, pois meu celular estava sem internet. Graças a Deus obtive ajuda e consegui falar com a anfitriã que, após contato forneceu a senha da outra caixa, 2, onde guarda a chave, pois já era noite e estava fazendo muito frio. A senha da internet do imóvel não era a que constava no papel indicador do serviço e somente após conseguir contato com a anfitriã e algumas tentativas, consegui o acesso à internet, que por sua vez permaneceu instável o tempo todo! Outro inconveniente ocorrido foi o fato de que nenhuma tomada do imóvel estava funcionando, o que impossibilitou o uso do aquecedor, deixando consequentemente o ambiente muito frio, principalmente à noite, como também impossibilitou o carregamento da bateria do celular. Apenas duas tomadas na área da copa/cozinha funcionaram nas primeiras horas. Esses fatos realmente me deixaram muito chateada e decepcionada com a estadia no imóvel, que poderia ter sido maravilhosa, conforme eu esperava e paguei para tanto! Mesmo após contato com a anfitriã informando sobre o defeito das tomadas, nada foi feito. O chuveiro também funciona de forma precária, poderia ser melhor! Apesar de ser um imóvel muito bonito e bem espaçoso, com uma jacuzzi encantadora, conforme anunciado no Booking.com, infelizmente não recomendo!

• Tatiana (5/5): Sehr schade, denn die Wohnung wäre an sich traumhaft. - Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind mir die zentrale Lage und die großzügige Raumaufteilung. Dass das Zimmer beim Check‑in nicht gereinigt war. Das WLAN hat trotz neuem Passwort nicht funktioniert und auch der Jacuzzi war nicht nutzbar, obwohl wir die Anleitung genau befolgt haben.
• Michael (7/5): Esperienza accogliente ma con qualche inconveniente! - L’alloggio si trova in una posizione molto comoda per visitare Roma, e l’ambiente è accogliente. Tuttavia, ci sono alcuni aspetti da considerare. L’appartamento è a livello della strada e, pur essendo ben arredato, la mancanza di finestre vere e proprie e la posizione direttamente sul marciapiede comportano un livello di rumore abbastanza elevato, che può incidere sulla qualità del sonno. La colazione inclusa era prevista in un bar vicino, ma il secondo giorno, essendo domenica, il bar era chiuso e non abbiamo ricevuto comunicazioni né rimborso. Inoltre, la stufetta fornita non era sufficiente a riscaldare adeguatamente l’ambiente, e l’acustica interna non favorisce un soggiorno particolarmente tranquillo. Un aspetto positivo è la presenza della Jacuzzi, davvero piacevole e ben curata, che aggiunge un tocco di comfort al soggiorno. Infine, abbiamo notato che, sebbene fossero presenti le capsule del caffè, mancava la macchina del caffè, quindi è consigliabile chiedere conferma in anticipo su questo aspetto. Infine, abbiamo riscontrato un piccolo inconveniente con la tassa di soggiorno, che non è stata trovata al momento del controllo, generando un po’ di disappunto. In sintesi, si tratta di una sistemazione con potenziale, ma con alcuni aspetti da migliorare per garantire un soggiorno più confortevole. Si consiglia di verificare in anticipo i servizi inclusi. • Clothilde (6/5): Globalement une belle expérience qui ne sera malheureusement pas réitérée - La hauteur sous plafond ainsi que la salle de bain étaient de très beaux points positifs. Je tiens à faire une mention spéciale pour la Clim qui nous a bien sauvé. Le lit était immense et le fait qu’on ait des bouteilles d’eaux à notre arrivé dans le frigo était une jolie attention. Le logement est très propre… le bus 87, 85 et 51 nous on aussi étaient d’une grande aide dans notre séjour avec un arrêt de bus à moins de 2 minutes du logement ce qui était absolument génial On était au même niveau que la rue et une fenêtre vers celle ci ne fermait pas. On entendait tout ce qui se passait à l’extérieur et ils nous entendaient aussi. Il est important de noter qu’il n’y avait AUCUNE prise de courant. Juste une en dessous d’une table à côté du lit. Résultat ma compagne devait aller faire charger son téléphone dans la salle de bain… Pour le jacuzzi, la première soirée où on l’a essayait la télécommande ne répondait pas. J’ai eut beau envoyer des messages pour savoir quoi faire aucune réponse. On a finalement trouvé un embout pour le charger et il a fallu débrancher la télé pour brancher la radio sur laquelle était branché le bout USB (seul moyen qu’on a trouvé pour arrivé à charger cette télécommande). Comble de tout à la fin du séjour alors qu’elle n’avait pas répondu à mes messages (fenêtre qui ne se ferme pas, jacuzzi…) elle m’envoie que le personnel de nettoyage ne trouve pas la clef du logement alors que je l’ai bien laissé à l’emplacement demandé et ce même à l’avance de l’heure demandée. Heureusement que je filme toujours tout… je lui ai répondu où se trouvait la clef et à se jour pas de réponse pour confirmer que tout vas bien. J’en viens à me dire que c’est le cas.
• Jessica (4/5): Perfect location - Its a really nice apartment located perfect, the host is really nice and helpfull. there was no ac and that was terrible, just a fan thats broken, 27 degrees celsius in the apartment. very humid so we had to hang our clothes (which were still in the bags) at the next accommodation to dry as everything was wet.

• Salvatore (8/5): Appartamento Incantevole e pieno di Rumori. - La posizione della struttura è vicina al Colosseo. Molto bello lo stile dell’appartamento. Il bagno è veramente top. Ma come ogni cosa, c’è sempre da migliorare qualcosa: 1) il rumore che viene da fuori. Dovrebbe essere insonorizzata o comunque cercare un modo per fare riposare (ed io ho il sonno forte). 2) la Jacuzzi deve essere pulita meglio, ma in generale la pulizia deve essere rivista. 3) Un bagno doccia va messo nel bagno.

• Ukraine (10/5): Exceptional - Good location. Wonderful apartment with jacuzzi, for a nice rest after an active day in Rome. Good host. Thank you for your hospitality! It was nice to relax in this apartment There were some problems with the keys, which were quickly resolved. And it was not very comfortable to sleep at night, because of the noise outside. But earplugs help;)
