• KYMAP-MAMA (8/5): A nice place to stay close to the downtown of Seville - The apartment was clean and cozy. It matched the description. I missed an iron. The apartment was not well-ventilated.

• Celine (8/5): - Appartement conforme à la description, accessible à pied depuis la gare (15-20 minutes) et non loin du centre. Fonctionnel, propre, arrivée autonome pratique. Équipement correct mais sans plus. On voit que c'est un appartement destiné à la location uniquement. Tarif élevé pour la prestation mais c'est peut-être parce que c'était pendant la feria.

• Gabriel Grande (6/5): - Era limpio y estaba bien equipado. Amplio. Colchones no eran cómodos y definitivamente el parking que ofrece no es aconsejable . Lo cobran por adelantado y no indican lo difícil que es entrar y salir. No lo aconsejo.

• Iskander (9/5): - Отличное расположение. Сама квартира соответствует фотографиям и описанию, вполне подходит для проживания 2-4 и даже больше ( при желании ) человек. Просторно, чисто, достаточно спокойно. Не понравилась "своеобразная" система заселения. Понимаю, что это сделано в целях безопасности. И всё же после дороги не хочется ни ждать, ни названивать никому, чтоб открыли дверь. Дальше маленькая деталь, что за 100 евро за ночь хотелось бы, чтобы к кофеварке прилагалось хотя бы 2 капсулы. Думаю, всем понятно, что в стандартной ситуации, когда человек заезжает на 1-2 ночи, нет смысла покупать эти капсулы в магазине.
• Amira (4/5): - The location. The apartment was nicely furnished. The communication and how the host treated us. At first, the whole communication from their side was only using chat bots or auto-generated responses that were not answering my questions. The host denied our first night stay due to a little delay that we warned him about around four hours in advance. Around 45 minutes before the final check-in time he stopped responding to all of our texts and calls. We were forced to look for another accommodation in the middle of the night and the host didn't seem to care. He made us pay a few days in advance for the parking so we have also sent him the money for that and couldn't use it the first night and day. When we checked in for our second night stay we found out that the keys were put in a safe with a code for it which didn't require in-person communication with the host so we didn't see why we couldn't just check in for our first night as well. Additionally, there wasn't an iron and laundry detergent in the accommodation. Also, we weren't allowed to hang our washed wet clothes on the balcony because there was a written rule about it on the door.

• Angelo Dal (6/5): Migliorabile - La posizione è OK e camere abbastanza spaziose Nella camera per tre persone il letto matrimoniale è troppo scomodo per farci dormire due persone. Il parcheggio è molto caro: 15 € al giorno, considerando che è quasi impossibile parcheggiare ed uscire dal parcheggio. Fuori ci sono parcheggi molto più comodi al costo di 18,50 €.

• David (10/5): Días fanfasticos - El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, muy céntrico, se puede ir andando a todos los sitios. Las habitaciones y camas cómodas. La cocina grande y no faltaba menaje de cocina. Hasta tiene cosas de primera necesidad. Estuvimos en plan familiar cinco personas y repetiremos. El parking era para un coche pequeño; pero aparcamos cerca del apartamento sin problema.

• Sven (7/5): - Die Lage ist zentral, ca. 1 Kilometer vom Zentrum entfernt, aber zu Fuß alles super zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet! Parkplatz nicht für SUV geeignet, man muss dann das ca. 400 Meter entfernte Parkhaus nutzen (Kosten ca. 20 Euro am Tag) Die Couch ist total durchgesessen, man wird fast verschluckt, sollte unbedingt erneuert werden 😜

• Julianna (7/5): Good - The location was excellent, supermarkets, restaurants nearby, 15 minutes walk to major attractions. The property was clean and comfortable. Parking spots in the building are small, and the ramp is very steep. It was challenging to get in and out with a midsize car. A few more kitchen amenities would have been nice: bigger pots, paper towels, basic ingredients (sugar, oil). Overall, we had a pleasant time.

• Payton (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice and clean property. The space was very well kept and decently located for the price. The place was a little far from the center of Sevilla, but not too far and close to the train station.
• Sheq (8/5): Great place to stay in city centre. - Located in city centre near old quaters. Clean and spacious. Complete with amenities. Plenty of shop around for grocery or foods. Parking is a bit difficult. Need to call host for check-in for code, etc. Wish they can figure out self-checking without the need to call host.
• Raphael (9/5): Great accommodation in a convenient location. - The apartment is located within walking distance from Santa Justa Train Station. It is at second floor but there is a lift (actually 2 lifts). The apartment is spacious consisting of a living/dining room, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It is ideal for short as well as long stays.
