• Plamen (8/5): Excellent for budget and not really noise center of the city - It's nice good equipment have most for one baisc apartment really close to metro station. Clean. Bath don't have ventilation and this reflect to the room and this is the reason to feel small amount of smell of moisture. Soundproof is really low ....

• Rocio (10/5): - La ubicación del aparcamiento es muy buena, ya que está muy cerca de la zona de ocio. Al mismo tiempo al encontrarse en una zona residencial es bastante tranquilo para poder descansar, que al viajar con peques es muy necesario. Una decoración preciosa y una limpieza impecable. Ha sido una estancia muy cómoda. Muy agradecida por la cuna y las sábanas tan limpias. Quizás lo que menos que hay algo de humedad en el apartamento pero ventilando un ratito, es suficiente.

Bet jei ilgiau gyventi nenorėčiau. Kas alergiški pelėsiui - atsargiai.

• Tine (9/5): Great location if you are coming by car and still want easy access to the city - The size. Everything was clean and functional. The parking space in front. Small details like the metro tickets to make it super easy to get to the city

• Jan (9/5): - Příjemné ubytování v mezi rodinnými domy, parkovací místo přímo před domem, pro menší auto bez problémů. Lokalita klidná, 5 minut chůze lékarna, supermarket, několik restaurací, metro do centra. Ubytování čisté, voňavé, vše nové, pohodlná postel. Bohužel, měli jsme u postele plíseň na zdi. Byli jsme tu v únoru tak věřím, že je to záležitost jen chladnějších měsíců.

• CGKNAP (9/5): Charmant appartement bien situé dans un quartier coquet - Très agréable logement, bien équipé et joliment décoré, situé dans une rue calme et typique. Métro à proximité pour rejoindre le centre de Séville. Magasin d'alimentation et boulangerie près du métro. L'insonorisation n'est pas optimale mais le quartier et le voisinage sont tranquilles la nuit.

• MÉLANIE (9/5): Vacances Séville - La localisation idéale pour visiter Séville car a à peine 10 min à pieds il y a le métro avec une ligne directe pour le centre de Séville. Le calme du quartier. La place de parking très pratique. L’accès à la piscine très proche. La propreté du logement et la disponibilité des hôtes par message. Le manque de séparation entre le lit 2 places et le reste de la pièce. Le matelas du lit qui est dur.

• Yas (2/5): - A part la piscine et la place de stationnement, c'était juste un garage sous-sol aménagé .:( Ce n'est pas un appartement, c'est un garage sous-sol aménagé, pas de chambre, pas d'intimité aucune porte de chambre qui se ferme, une salle de bain sans fenêtre ni évacuation, un vieux réfrigérateur trop brillant "impossible de dormir la nuit" pas de lave-linge ni lave-vaisselle, beaucoup de moustique, bref c'est un dortoir pour un passager d'une nuit au max non recommandé pour un séjour de loisirs en famille.

• Mariapillai (9/5): Nice place close to the city. - The place was located in a residential area, very quiet and safe. The apartment was clean and was well-equipped with necessities. We had a parking spot in front of the apartment. Supermarkets around the area. The bathroom door was a bit hard to slide. We informed the owner which she fixed immediately. The only thing is the bathroom didn't have a window. So had to leave the bathroom door open for ventilation.

The host was very helpful and nice, always providing quick responses to any questions I had. The entire apartment is new and immaculately clean, which added to the overall comfort. There are plenty of Restaurants and bars, Grocery stores near by. One of the great perks is the free car parking, making it convenient for those traveling with a vehicle. Additionally, the train to Sevilla city center is just a 6-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. I highly recommend Apartamento Villa Rizos for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in Sevilla! Car parking is on street in front of entry door, With limited space need some effort to park.
• Weronika (6/5): Pleasant - All new and clean In the information regarding apartment there is a separate bedroom with bed and living room with sofa. However, it is only one room, there is no separate bedroom.
• Cosmin (10/5): Exceptional - Very quiet location, in a housing estate consisting of houses, with parking space. Very kind owner, very clean location, new furniture. Very well equipped kitchen, very clean bathroom. We felt very good together with the two children. The refrigerator was a bit noisy at night.
• Luca (8/5): Nice Seville stay - The apartment is neatly located in a quiet and respectable neighborhood outside Seville. Within 5' walking distance are all the basic services for a stay (restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and Metro), while within 2' walking distance is the public swimming pool. The owner kindly made us available 1 Metro rechargeable card, 2 passes for the swimming pool, and a map of Seville, and has been accomodating to our request for the day of departure. The apartment is new, modern and functional: kitchen and bathroom have the essentials (towels, shampoo, boiler, plates, glasses, etc.), the bed is comfortable. The Metro takes 10' to reach the city center. Definitely a recommended price/value solution for visiting Seville. The bathroom has no windows and no aspirator (or we did not manage to find any): it can be an issue with taking showers in the evening, since the humidity remains in the apartment. The A/C can solve the problem.
