• Katie (3/5): Maintenance required asap too expensive - We stay in a lot of air bnb. Sadly your place was a bit of disappointment Having no hot water on arrival and not being offered any compensation for that is disappointing . A dead spider on the floor and a dirty towel hanging in closet was not a great start. The internet stopped working and the main shower was so blocked with hair it almost flooded. The air conditioner only worked sometimes and it was very hot. We weren't able to go out on the veranda due to neighbours dogs barking. We stay in a lot of air bnb. • Stuart (10/5): An immaculately clean, well-presented holiday home with spacious, comfortable bedrooms. - What an outstanding property. It genuinely felt like we were among the very first guests to stay here. The house was immaculately clean on arrival and offered two fantastic spaces to relax and unwind. The bedrooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, with really good-quality beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. Although we didn’t make extensive use of the kitchen, it was exceptionally well equipped with lovely utensils and high-quality plates, glasses and mugs. There were so many thoughtful little touches throughout the property, which really showed how much care the hosts have put into it. The neighbourhood itself was quiet, friendly and felt very safe, with the added bonus of being just a short walk from the beach and local shops. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautifully presented home — we wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to others. While the vacuum cleaner provided was a modern cordless model with plenty of useful attachments, the property could also benefit from having a more powerful corded vacuum. The battery doesn’t quite last long enough to vacuum the entire home in one go, so an additional option would be a helpful improvement.
• Kylie (8/5): Good house and location - The home was lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable. Good communication from the host. Unfottunately, the neibours were very loud early in the morning with kids screaming and a lady yelling at her kids. They also had very loud music on during thecday...possibly having a party. I'm guessing this is a one off Other than the neibours evetything was good.

• Patricia (9/5): Very comfortable and well equipped and clean home.Would definitely recommend. - Very comfortable upstairs area and beds and well equipped kitchen WiFi for the tv was not consistent
• Oldouz (2/5): Not worth it - The facilities were new Heating doesn’t cover the ground floor. It was freezing outside, so the ground floor was unbearable, especially for our 3 small kids. And dinning table / kitchen were downstairs. So it was inevitable to use the ground floor. No alternatives or portable heaters were provided. So completely not livable. And mind you this is not mentioned upfront. Also, there was a sharp object sticking out of one of the stairs. It pricked my husband under his foot. When we mentioned to them, they replied and sent maintenance the next day only and we were told it was simply the carpet clip and it’s been fixed. Mind you we’d had to endure our kids don’t step on it the entire time. No apologies about it, no compensation. Definitely not worth the amount of money they charge.
• QINGZHE (10/5): I will definitely be back here if I visit Shell Harbour again. - What a stunning place to stay during the holiday with friends! Super clean with brand new renovation. The kitchenware is well-equipped, new with nice designed. It not only have me a better holiday vibes but also showing the owner's care for the guests. The house is located in Perfect spot either for shopping or to go fishing. Very good communication with Alana, organised and caring. Not at all.
• Kev (10/5): Very enjoyable. - No breakfast but the location was great. Location was excellent, close to Kiama Blow Holes. Internal staircase, carrying our Bag up.
• Jennifer (9/5): Superb - Perhaps some sensor lights at night would be helpful. A little dark at night. Otherwise fabulous town house with lovely facilities.
• Alli (10/5): Spacious, relaxing and affordable accomodation - Spacious, comfortable and close to shops and beach No ceiling fans. We are from QLD and love fresh air. But you couldn’t open windows all the way so we had to run the air conditioner all night on low even though we weren’t meant to. If there were ceiling fans in the rooms this would solve the problem.
• Urszula (8/5): Modern, clean and great location. - Clean, modern and great location Car driveway was very tight. Any bigger car would struggle. The single beds were not very comfortable

• Bailey (6/5): Beautiful house close to the beach but access was horrible and not enclosed yard not suitable for kids - It was so clean and set out so nicely The access to the property was so little we own a land cruiser Ute and had trouble every time going in and out, having to reverse out of a time driveway that would struggle to fit a small car. Also the property was not fenced in I have two small children and couldn’t even let them in the back yard without watching them the whole time.
