Allerdings passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht und ich kann nicht nachempfinden wie dieses Hote - Der extrem hohe Anteil an Holländer, die sich im Wellnessbereich einfach unmöglich benommen haben. Keine Hygieneeinhaltung im Saunabereich. Obwohl sie mit Bikini und Badehose in der Sauna waren, gab es vom Hotelpersonal keine Ermahnung. Somit war auch für uns keine Erholung möglich.

- Nor (6/5): - Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, sehr guter Spa und Wellnessbereich. kostenlose Tiefgarage Absolut veraltetes Zimmer aus den 1990er Jahren - null Design. Extrem kleines BAD/WC (ca.1,5m x 1,5m) mit einer 20cm hohen Duschtasse und einer MiniDusche (ca.80x80). WC ist nur für sehr schlanke Gäste normal zu benützen. Uralte Türen und Fliesen einfach nur schlecht übermalt. Der Fernseher war kaputt und trotz Reklamation, meinte die Chefin nur "das tut mir leid", jedoch ohne weitere Reaktion. Keine echte Verdunkelung möglich - es gibt nur lichtdurchlässige Vorhänge. Kein Zentralschalter für das Licht und auch kein großer Ankleidespiegel. Extrem überheitzes Haus - trotz abgeschalteter Heizung musste ich im Winter in der Nacht das Fenster öffnen um ohne zu schwitzen zu schlafen. 197,-€ pP/ Nacht -Preis/Leistung für mich absolut nicht zufriedenstellend. Abendesssen ist inspirationslos und von mittlerer Qualität.
- N_M_H (8/5): Tolles Hotel für den Ski-Urlaub - Tolles Zimmer, großes Bad, alles sehr sauber. Frühstück hat alles was man braucht, generell ist das Hotel wirklich nett gemacht. Nettes Personal, einfacher Check In. Skibus direkt beim Hotel. Die Heizungen konnte man nicht ausstellen und wir hatten das Zimmer zur Straße, Nachts konnte man das Fenster wegen dem Geräuschpegel nicht öffnen und es war einfach zu heiss im Zimmer.

Hierdoor moest ik met het raam open slapen wat vervelend was door het verkeersgeluid dat al heel vroeg in de ochtend begon. Een medewerker heeft mij wel heel vriendelijk proberen te helpen maar helaas heeft de verwarming de hele nacht staan loeien.

Ze doen erg hun best voor je, en dat kan wat stijfjes overkomen. Eenmaal uitgecheckt denken ze nog graag met je mee als je nog de berg op wilt. We mochten daar de koffers laten staan en nog wel even douchen en omkleden. Super service! Ik vond de hotelbar niet erg gezellig, maar dat kwam wellicht omdat er nagenoeg niemand was, in de toch wel forse ruimte.

- Tobias (10/5): A wonderful stay in Flachau ! - The level of detail from the Schuhlöffel , the water bucket in the garage to clean the windshield over to the rubber slippers in the room, bathrobes in a bigger size.... Housekeeping was fast and thorough. Breakfast was fresh and lost of options, incl pancakes, fresh eggs and fruits, big selection of cereals.... Even our Deluxe Suit faced the main Flachau road we weren't bothered at all by any road noise. Friendly staff everywhere. The Ski Lockers are directly next to the parking garage, no need to carry them around. Even fully booked we always could pard int he designated garage. The outdoor pool opening hrs were a bit restricted and the temp felt a bit to too low, but everybody has a different preference. Be aware of the receptionist hrs in case you plan an early departure to avoid traffic on the A10.

- Alexandra (9/5): Lovely - Sadly we could only stay for one night. The staff were lovely- they were incredibly accommodating and attentive. The chef made sure I could have a delicious gluten free meal which after a long drive was much appreciated, and the baby had a high chair waiting for him in the morning for breakfast. The secure underground parking is incredibly useful in summer and listening to the stream outside was soothing for the soul. Just minor things that I noticed as I worked in hotels a while ago- all minor. Bathrobe was left in the wardrobe damp, a kettle and a bigger bar of soap would be handy for the room. Drinks in the fridge would also be a nice touch. There was a minor dirt stain on the sheet, and a previous guest left their empty can in the flower box outside, but these were tiny and would not stop us from staying or from recommending this hotel.

Rooms are super clean and very comftable, haven't slept like I did there in years. Location is great, within town,. There is a river behind the hotel which is great. Nice pool with a beautiful back yard for relaxation. I recommend this place to anyone Like most places in Austria, no air conditioning, good thing nights were cool. Hotel is not luxurious, but was more than enough for a great family vacation

- Jussi (10/5): Loistohotelli keskellä Flachaun kylää. Bonuksena hienot KTM maastopyörät asiakkaiden käyttöön. - Olimme hotellissa low season aikaan, ja vieraita oli vain muutamia. Siitä huolimatta aamiaiseen oli panostettu ja lämpimiä ruokia sai tilattua helposti erikseen. Ilmastointi puuttuu. Olimme hotellissa heinäkuun loppupuolella ja varsinkin illat huoneessa olivat melko kuumia. Lisäksi suihkusta puuttui kuivauslasta, jolla olisi voinut kuivata suihkutilat, ja vähentää kosteuden vaikutusta huoneeseen.

Die Parkgarage unter dem Hotel natürlich ein Luxus was dann das Be-und Entladen der Koffer betrifft. Eigentlich nur zwei kleinere Dinge. Beim großen Fenster im Zimmer wäre ein zweiter, leichter Vorhang als Blickschutz von draußen gut gewesen. Und, wärend Lärm von der Straße keine Rolle spielt, hört man Geräusche vom Flurbereich sehr gut ins Zimmer.

- Krzysztof (10/5): long weekend Flachau - +people and service at hotel, reception desk, bar all the people are helpfull and very kind +late check-in posibility +professional people at the reception desk and bar+restaurant +breakfast, availability of many helathy products, wide range, posibility to order someting personalized every day +underground garage connected with ski room and reception desk +bus connection in the morning every 15 minutes to ski arena ( 5 minutes drive from hotel) +spa as swimming pool and massage availibility My sincere thanks to Mrs. Paula :)for her perseverance and full readiness to help despite the late hours ( 2 times)... Design of some parts inside the hotel was incomprehensible to me but everyone has a subjective approach of this Nothing more- rest was perfect
