• Santos (9/5): - It's very spacious and central. The hidden charges, which were not stated in the booking listing. They asked me to send a copy of our passport and refuse to let us in even when I sent it over a week. They didn't tell me of any issues until I was already in front of the apartment, which caused too many delays in letting us into the apartment.
• adrian (8/5): Cazarea este foarte OK, este curata, cu exceptia incidentului de la check in am avut o sedere placuta. Valoarea este put - Spatios, modern, pozitionare buna. La check in am gasit prosoape uscate si curate doar pentru 1 persoana desi noi eram 3. Celelalte prosope erau proaspat spalate si ude si lasate la uscat in camera pe uscator. Am sunat sa cerem prosoape si a trebuit sa mergem noi dupa prosoape. Biroul era la nici 1 min distanta dar m-am invartit 15 min fiindca numarul strazii era incorect si a trebuit sa sun de mai multe ori ca sa cer detalii. Foarte neplacut dupa ce vii dupa drum si e foarte cald afara si abia astepti sa faci un dus sa te improspatezi dar ai parte de surpriza asta . Recomand sa se organizeze astfel incat sa fie pregatiti si daca apar surprize sa stie de ele si sa le gestioneze.

• Noellia (5/5): Decepcionante a pesar de buenos comentarios en booking - Lo único bueno fue la ubicación. El anfitrión o la persona que supuestamente debía ayudarnos jamás lo hizo, pedí que me ayudara con la ubicación y solo respondía por mensaje de WhatsApp incluso llamé y dijeron que no podían ir. Hubo un problema con el televisor de la sala y jamás vinieron a arreglarlo a pesar que dijeron que lo harían. Los platos y demás implementos de cocina estaban sucios, la lavadora de platos no funciona, pusimos el programa y no lavo nada.

• Matthew (7/5): Good - Great location, lovely apartment. Was advertised to sleep 5 people but one of the double beds was very small and not comfy. This should be upgraded, but besides that the apartment was perfect.
• Joanne (10/5): Excellent apartment in great location. - Location was excellent. Easily accessible with lift or stairs to first floor. Clean and big apartment. Large kitchen with everything you need. Full sized fridge.

• Zakaryan (7/5): Good - The check-in and check out were very smooth and easy,host is polite,all the facilities were good. There is a good supermarket very close to the house.Apartment is generally cozy and the location is good(Duomo is 12-15 min. walk away). Bed and especially pillows were uncomfortable and hard to get a sleep in.No washing machine in the apartment.There was a bar downstairs which got a bit loud until 1-2am .

• Dunia (4/5): Dirty and poor customer service - The location of the apartment was good The apartment was very dirty, there was a lot of rubbish under the bed, there were mouldy mugs in the kitchen and they only gave us 2 toilet rolls for 5 people for 3 nights, we had to buy more because it wasn’t enough. The lights went off and because the boiler works with electricity the hot water also went off whilst I was in the shower, and to turn the light back on we had to get out and ask a neighbour to help us. The beds only had thin bedsheets and considering the fact that it’s October they should’ve given us thick duvets or some blankets as it was cold at night. We also paid 30€ of deposit and did not get it back, I texted them to ask and they told me it was not refundable which was never stated when we paid for it so be careful when you pick your options because they will not refund it if you pay 30€!!! Only the 300€ are refundable
