• Jesse (9/5): - Lorenza was a great host and communicator. The apartment is away from the main tourist areas (15 min walk) which we preferred and has lots of nice restaurants, bars nearby. The apartment is decorated to a high standard and was perfect for our 4 nights in Florence.
• Eileen (8/5): Lovely stay in Florence with most comforts of home! - Communicative host, good location, spacious rooms, comfortable stay Bathroom is very tight, difficult to dry off and challenge to shower if a bigger person Can be a noisy complex at times as front doors to appartments are heavy fire doors and neighbours like to slam these shut!

It was in a very nice location, quiet and more local feeling, but still very easy to get into the main city. The bed was also very comfortable and was very nice to have a washing machine and kitchen.

Pár kroků od ubytování pekárna s kavárnou, v blízkosti dále kaple Brancacci a supermarket s rozumnými cenami (Conad). Skvělá byla komunikace s pronajímatelkou - dokonce nám ochotně zajistila taxi na letiště (když sjednaná firma v poslední chvíli selhala) Nic podstatného.

Offre 5 posti letto: 3 nella spaziosa camera da letto e 2 sul comodo divano letto nel soggiorno, anch’esso molto ampio e luminoso. La posizione è ottima, nel quartiere di San Frediano, a due passi da Piazza del Carmine e in una zona autentica e vivace di Firenze. In circa 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge facilmente il Duomo e il cuore del centro storico. I proprietari sono stati estremamente gentili e ospitali, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Davvero consigliatissimo! ‐--------------‐------------------ Beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment, equipped with all the comforts. It offers 5 beds: 3 in the spacious bedroom and 2 on the comfortable sofa bed in the large, bright living room. The location is excellent, in the San Frediano district, just a few steps from Piazza del Carmine, in an authentic and lively area of Florence. The Duomo and city center are easily reachable with a pleasant 15-minute walk. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended

• UCHIYAMA (7/5): 快適に過ごせた - オーナーが親切で、きめ細かい説明をいただいた。到着前にショートメッセージを送るとすぐ返事をくれ、アパートの入り口で出迎えてくれた。駅やミケランジェロ広場まで行けるバス停や、カルフールエクスプレス（スーパーマーケット）が近くにある。エアコンがよく効いて滞在は快適だった。 写真ほどには部屋が明るくなく、廊下も薄暗く、設備も古い。2階まで細い階段で上がらなければならない。

• Geraldine (8/5): Great place to recommend without an hesitation! - Great location, best bakery less than 20m away, best glaciers within 200m, convenience store nearby (Carrefour Express) amazing neighbourhood with artists and nice shops, closeby a park for children. AC in the rooms. The basic ingredients were not available such as salt and pepper (empty) or olive oil for cooking. Just a couple tea bags. No dishwasher. Tiny bathroom/toilet with limited hot water.

He also sent us a map with lots of food and drink recommendations in the area. I would recommend this as a great place to stay. Thanks Lorenza and Marco This is a very minor point on what was an excellent apartment in a great area. The toilet was a little temperamental but fine!
• Laura (9/5): Comfortable weekend in Florence. - Our host was excellent. She waited for us till late, as our flight was delayed. She left us a bottle of wine and water. The apartment had all the necessary toiletries and even coffee pods. The apartment is lvery quiet, in a safe and pleasant neighbourhood. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Will definitely go there again. Nothing.
• Nancy (8/5): Comfortable apartment in a safe area, great for a few nights. - The apartment was great (a bit far from the main plazas across the river). There are lots of places to eat nearby. The bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a mini washing machine. We really appreciated the delicious bottle of wine left for us. The pullout couch isn't very comfortable for an adult, a child would be fine. The bathroom was quite small and the shower a bit awkward but it was fine for a short stay. There isn't a lift so it may not suit everyone.

• Darryl (10/5): First time Florence visit - The apartment was in a fantastic location out if the main area, however still close enough to walk everywhere. The apartment is surrounded by great dining and bars that are well priced with great food. The hosts could not have been more helpful and we're available when needed for advice. Lastly....the bed and pillows were awesome! Not much! Stairs were a bit of a pain to get bags up and down but definitely worth the effort.

With some excellent cafes and eateries near by. The playground was just a few minutes around the corner. The walk to the main center is quick and full of interessting things to see. All over a wonderful place to stay to explore Florence. We loved it very much. Thank you for having us.

• Thomas (8/5): Lovely appartment and great location - Th accomodation was spacious and had everything you would need. Located on the south side of the Arno close to restaurants and sites in Florence. Lorenza waited for us to had over the key as we were late arriving which I was so glad of.
• Giedre (8/5): Good place for few nights to explore Firenze - Good location, cafes, restaurants, shops around. Famous historical buildings very close. Quite in the night. We were late to pick up the keys at the agreed time because we were driving from far away and it was difficult to know the arrival time in advance. It is not convenient for the traveler.
• David (8/5): Nice and comfortable place in a great location. - Unbeatable location with 3 great restaurants on the same block and a market right around the corner. Easy walk to be right in the center of everything. The San Frediano district is a wonderful neighborhood that is close enough to the Centro Storico but still has its own unique vibe. Plus the AC and washing machine were good to have. And our host Lorenza was very helpful. If an elevator or a big bathroom are your top priorities, this may not be the place for you. But the apartment was spacious and well equipped.

• Ghislaine (9/5): Perfect little apartment! - The location is perfect! The local area is wonderful. The furnishings are lovely and they have made the most of the space available. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well furnished and the apartment is 2 mins from a carrefour so you can make full use of the self catering facilities. The toilet requires a few goes to flush. The shower heating is a tad challenging to get right as it’s very sensitive. Minor issues really as it’s such a special apartment. It’s reasonable as Florence goes (noting it’s an expensive city).
• Shivjyoti (7/5): A bit frustrating - Location was an easy and pleasant walk to everything, plus some fabulous restaurants in close proximity. Nice local area. So much noise from upstairs, one night was constant till 4.30am so couldn’t sleep properly. Noise in mornings too, like someone dragging furniture, made it very unpleasant. Full bins of rubbish were left by previous guest, was promptly removed when asked. No black tea or sugar. Only two pods of coffee for a three night stay. When mentioned to host I was told ‘should have asked in advance’! Tiny bathroom, mini, awkward shower and toilet space, without any place for soap or toiletries.

• Sigrun (8/5): Great location and comfortable flat - Great location for exploring Florence. Great restaurants in the local area. We were there during a heatwave but the flat was very comfortable with great air conditioning. The toilet flush was tricky to figure out.

The appartment had all the facilities we needed including well functioning AC, crucial during the heat of the summer.

• Yuliya (8/5): very cute flat - the property was very cute, like on the photos. everything was great. many restaurants around and 10 min to Pitty palace. the location is nice, safe area, however, it is a 20+ min walk to the city center, so be ready. the only downside was they wanted us to leave 1 hour before the checkout time, but we figured it out.

There's even a washing machine Everything was nice, for me the location was good but for someone who wants to be even closer to the center there are some closer options. • Anywhere (9/5): Superb - Lorenza was so kind and thoughtful. A property has good location, cozy and quite place. We've stayed 3 days here and felt like home sweet home. 15 min on foot from Firenze S.M. 7 min on foot from supermarket. 10 min to Ponte Vecchio and etc. What if I have another chance to visit Firenze, I would stay here again :) Don't forget her recommandation for breakfast. The only thing felt uncomfortable, a size of bathroom.
