• Francis (7/5): - Bed was good and quiet at night time. Parking at the premise for larger types of vehicles is very tight to negotiate the gateway but is achievable by reversing in and taking your time.

• Vicki (7/5): We enjoyed the stay in Orange and the house was good as we had more space and the kitchen to use. - Location was in a laneway so it was very quiet. As we had a larger car we had to back it into the driveway each time but not too much of an inconvenience. I feel the first impressions of a property are important and the carpet in the doorway and lounge area is in great need of a clean. Also, there is a tree growing in the neighbouring property which is all over the roof and as we were there on our first night when a southerly change came through the noise from it didn't help to get a good nights sleep. Definitely needs cutting down and away from the house.

• Walter (1/5): Place to forget - None Very disappointed , bed pillows and mattress were stained, aircon unit was smelly and filthy, with filters almost black. Mould on curtains probably that not been cleaned in years . Definitely not worth the money , place is unsafe!
• Murray (10/5): Comfy and clean and centrally located - Close to town and very easy to get about. A lovely place with everything needed for a comfy stay. Suggest a couple of outdoor chairs to enjoy the sun and fresh air

• Madeleine (7/5): Convenient & presentable property. Needs a few additional features. - Clean, well located mostly well appointed. Inadequate heating. One portable heater was not working & split system in living area was not adequate for the cold nights. No hairdryer even though it was listed.
