• Lidija Kishisheva (8/5): Good starting poin for exploring the city and has basic requirements for a comfortable tourist stay. - The apartment is conveniently located close to the train station, metro station, and bus stops. It is situated on the first floor, and the building is equipped with an elevator, which makes it convenient for guests with heavy luggage. Communication with the owner was efficient and professional, and he responded promptly to all our questions. The windows are outdated and provide limited sound insulation from the street. The bathroom was equipped with soap only, without shampoo or body wash. The sofa in the living room is not particularly comfortable for sleeping. It would be advisable to offer a self check-in option, so guests do not need to coordinate with the owner for pick up the keys.

• Nivedha (8/5): Great house but the prices were a little expensive - The host Simone was very kind and helpful. The house was spacious and very close to the roma termini. It is easy to commute to other tourist locations . We had a pleasant time and there been no issues The neighborhood was very dirty and looked shady but that's very common closer to the roma termini. The apartment was in an old building but well renovated . Though some of the appliances like air coolers were very old and were not comfortable to use.

• Franco (7/5): - Posizione centrale vicina a stazione Termini e locali spaziosi. Gentile il proprietario e la proprietaria. I locali erano puliti e nella cucina era presente il necessario. Molto rumore proveniente dalla strada a causa dei vecchi serramenti. Mobilio un po' datato. Mancanza di asciugamani piccoli.

• Martin Lopez (9/5): Bastante bien - Muy buena relación calidad-precio para tener 2 habitaciones con cama de matrimonio, es dificil encontrar apartamentos así para 2 parejas. Además Simone el dueño, muy amable nos esperó a las 00h porque se retrasó nuestro vuelo. También nos permitió dejar las mochilas en una sala el día del check-out hasta que saliera nuestro vuelo. Un pelin lejos del centro andando, pero bien comunicado con tren y uber se coge sin problema. Recomendado! Un poco antiguo decorado.

• Chiara (8/5): The hosts are very welcoming and proactive with easy communication. The apartment is clean, although it needs some mai - Perfect location close to Stazione Termini, piazza Vittorio, metro lines and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and located in a clean and well kept building. Wi-fi worked really well if you need it. Noisy in the evening so in the summer you would not sleep with the windows open on the street side. When opening the window on the courtyard side you got a strong ethnic cuisine smells, which is OK if you don’t mind. The apartment is a little outdated and the air conditioning cannot run all night and need to be turned off and emptied every 4-6 hours, so I would not recommend visiting during hot summer days. If you plan on using the pull out sofa, it’s place in a living area that is enclosed and receives no air from A/C or windows - so again not ideal on hot summer nights.
