• Maria Marta (10/5): Excelentemente ubicado, comodo, funcional y super lindo! - La ubicación es inmejorable. El apartamento es mas lindo que en las fotos. Comodisimo. Fresco. Super bien acustizado no se escucha nada!!! Hay restaurantes y tiendas en toda la zona y un super cruzando. Estrategicamente ubicado para ir caminando al vaticano, al Coliseo, a Plaza Navona, Fontana di Trevi, Plaza España. Todo caminando. No tomamos un solo transporte. Nada!!! Todo funciono perfecto

• Crodgar (9/5): Estancia en Roma con amigos - En general el apartamento está muy bien, no tiene ascensor para subir y es un segundo piso por si tienes movilidad reducida pero el resto todo bien, amplio, camas cómodas... Muchos mensajes por parte del alojamiento y bastante presión con dejar el apartamento el último día a las 10h.

• Oscar (7/5): Très bel emplacement, appartement avec beaucoup de charme - Très bon emplacement, calme, propre. Belle décoration. Petite terrasse est un plus ! Equipement de la cuisine un peu vétuste et manque de couverts. Préciser qu'il n y a qu'une chambre et un canapé lit. Pomme de douche vétuste.
• Ecem Deniz (7/5): Yerinin merkezi olması dışında diğer konularda başarılı olduğunu söyleyemeyeceğim. - Konumu gerçekten çok iyiydi. Evin imkanları güzeldi. Eşyalar yeterliydi. Ev aşırı tozluydu. Check in yaptığımız gün erken gittiğimiz için odanın temizlenmemiş halini gördük, aynı yorgan değiştirilmeden üzerindeki çarşaf değiştirilerek konmuştu. Üzerinde lekeler vardı. Tesisin yorumlarında daha önceden de bundan bahsedilmiş olduğu için kendi çarşafımızı götürmüştük ama keşke yorumları dikkate alarak temizliğe dikkat etselerdi. Mutfakta tava içinde yanıklarla bırakılmıştı. Evde çok fazla dolap olmasına rağmen içleri eşya ile dolu olduğu için karmakarışıktı. Eşyalarımızı koyacak yer bulmakta zorlandık.
• Carla (7/5): - Posizione Mancanza riscaldamento (telecomando per condizionatore non funzionante, termosifoni sempre freddi) porta entrata difficile da aprire e chiudere, mancanza luce (c’erano tante lampade ma da accendere 1 a 1).
• Alexandra (10/5): Great - We have totally enjoyed our stay at Terrace Governo Vecchio. The location is great. Very central to everything with lots of restaurants to choose from and opposite a supermarket. 10 minutes walk to the Vatican and about half an hour to the Colloseum. Very comfortable beds, spacious. Soap and toiletries provided. We have received a very welcoming introduction to the city by the agent. Good communication. I would stay in this apartment again if I came back to Rome. If I had to improve anything it will be the shower. Also maybe a fresh dish washing sponge can be left for the new guests even if the usual one is cut in half. Also salt, pepper and a bit of oil would have been highly appreciated.

• Tevfik (3/5): Konum olarak tercih edilebilecek bir ev onun dışında bir beklentiye girilmemeli. - Burada tek sevdiğimiz şey evin konumuydu. Konum dışında Roma tatilimizin için en kötü tercihi yapmışız. Ev çok pisti. yatak çarşaflarında lekeler vardı. Banyoda büyük ihtimal önceki konaklayanlardan kalma saç ve kıllar vardı. Banyo gideri bozuktu ve buna ancak ertesi gün müdahale edildi. Ev için irtibatta olacağımız kişiye sadece ilk gün ulaşabildik ondan sonraki günlerde ne yazsak 24 saat sonra dönüş yapıp kusura bakmayın görmedim kusura bakmayın bugün izinliydim gibi bahaneler sundu. Ev sahibi ile bir ara iletişime geçtik temiz çarşaf istedik. İlk bir geldi yine lekeli ve pis çarşaf geldi. Tekrar söylediğimizde hiç açılmamış temiz çarşaf getirdiler. Yatak yastıkları çok kötüydü. Isıtıcı çalışmıyordu ve bu sorunuda çözmediler. söylediğimde teknik bir sorun var sanırım yapabileceğim bir şey yok diyerek geçiştirdiler.

• Erin (10/5): It was amazing and I would highly recommend the property. - It was very easy to communicate and meet up to collect the keys. Also very thorough explanation of the property and what to expect, including a map of the area and suggestions on where to go and what to see. Nothing - except for the lack of an elevator for being on the 3rd floor. Otherwise, the location happened to be right around the corner from where other family members were staying and excellently located in a perfect neighborhood with many shops and restaurants and many attractions in walking distance.
• Gökçe (9/5): - Her şey çok güzeldi, daire mükemmel bir konumda, bize anahtarı vermek için gelen kişi şehri nasıl gezebileceğimizi anlattı ayrıca ekstra güzel restoranlar ve barlar ve kafeler önerdi bu çok iyiydi, duş ile ilgili kötü yorumlar okumuştum ama duş gayet güzel, sıcak su ve banyo başlığı gayet iyiydi, apartmandan dışarı çıktığınızda direkt romanın kalbinde oluyorsunuz, çok ünlü olan "two size" tiramisu dükkanına çok yakın olduğu için sürekli oradan tiramisu alıp eve yürüdük iyi mi kötü mü bilemiyorum ahaha daire içinde tek sevmediğimiz ve rahatsız olduğumuz şey eski eşyaların hala dairenin tavan arasında olması, perde ile kapatılmış gözükmüyordu ama biraz rahatsız etti ama konaklama için asla problem değildi. bir de daire minik böcek gibi bir şey vardı belki "pire" olabilir ama belki dönemsel kaynaklanan bir şeydir, her ihtimale karşı belki bir ilaçlama yapılabilir daireye, ve yanınızda vücut için ilaç ya da losyon getirebilirsiniz
• Léo (7/5): Appartement parfaitement situé - L'appartement est parfaitement localisé pour visiter Rome à pied. Il est doté d'un certain charme. La terrasse constitue un plus. L'hôte est efficace, la remise de clés et la sortie de l'appartement sont fluides. La climatisation est bruyante et n'est plus très efficace. La cuisine manque d'équipements de base : seulement trois fourchettes et un seul couteau de table, c'est peu. La terrasse n'est pas désagréable, mais les nombreuses fientes de pigeon et les gravats occasionnés par les travaux sur la façade d'à côté nous auront empêchés d'en profiter autant que nous l'aurions souhaité.

• Selma (9/5): Pleasant stay - The apartment is in a fantastic location on a street that leads to all the city's attractions. Also very close to the Vatican, and about a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum. The street is lined with beautiful cafes and restaurants.The apartment is nicer than in the pictures. The couch in the living room is new and very comfortable, and double bed is also very comfy. The ambiance is relaxing and we felt like we were at home, shelves with lots of books of art and architecture contribute to the feeling of comfort. The apartment is much bigger than in the pictures. It has a washing machine and a beautiful terrace which we unfortunately couldn't use, because it was cold.The heating is perfect and you can adjust the desired temperature, which was very important to us because we were with a baby. All in all a very pleasant stay. The cleaning agency could do a better job of dusting the shelves and under the bed. Also remove cobwebs from the ceiling. It didn't bother us too much, but there are guests who like everything to be perfect. Additional a shower head could be replaced because it's spashing around, as well as the kitchen faucet. It's durable, but it would be more comfortable without this.

She explained what is where and gave us recommendations for food. The apartment is nice and spacious and very close to everything! Pizza place across the street is great as well. Shower head, as others have stated the shower head is rubbish. I don't understand why they don't just buy a new one at all. It trickles at best, so not very good.

• Tümay (7/5): Arrogant welcome! - Location just in the middle of every touristic spot. The apartment was not clean enough as the shelves were full of dust.There were no shampoo or hand soap for 4 days for 3 people,not enough equipment in the kitchen(only 2 knives,forks etc),+ staff who handed the key was really arrogant and rude with his humiliating attitude about our city+security and our general comprehension capacity!
• Danielle (9/5): Superb - In the perfect location right off of Piazza Navona. Your front door is in an alley FULL of restaurants, shops, and bars. It’s amazing. We had fun at the Irish pub and Two Sizes has THE BEST tiramisu you’ll ever have. Shower was not very good, bathroom looked like it had mold on ceiling

• Paul (8/5): In the Heart of Old Rome. - If you want to be in the heart of Rome and a walk to everything you want to see, then Terrace Governo Vecchio is a great stay. The property is large, charming and comfortable for two. You can't beat the night life with many restaurants, and shops right outside your doorstep. We felt safe and had a blast roaming the streets day or night with a surprise (or church) around every corner. The properties bathroom was adequate, but could really use a remodel of the existing tub/shower and vanity.
• Seulji (9/5): Overall good value for money and great location. Had pleasant staff. Lots of space to relax at the end of a long day. - Great location as close to everything and public transport! Checkin was smooth as staff came to welcome us into the property. Really big space for a central Rome accommodation and has a cosy atomosphere. Great communication from staff. Helped us carry our luggage up the stairs. Huge fridge and cooking amenities if wanting to cook while staying. Can’t be too fussy for good location and value for money. The lighting can be a bit of a hassle to switch off at the end of the day as there are multiple lamps as lighting instead of a single or few sources of lighting. Stairs up the accommodation may be a struggle for people with lots of luggage but we didn’t mind as we already knew. Investing in a microwave could be really helpful.

Also, neighborhood and area are busy during day with a great “only in Rome” vibe but at night you can’t hear any noise inside apt which is great. We should have asked for blankets. The beds were only fitted with sheets. Ask for blankets if you book.

• Janel (10/5): A perfect place to stay in Rome! The kitchen, laundry, living room, and terrace make it a wonderful reprieve from the ho - It was huge and well equipped. It is gorgeous, in a great location, and the staff gave us the perfect information about Rome. The laundry was a huge perk for us, as we traveled long and light. The bathroom could be a bit cleaner, but really that is just an old building (historic) and deep grout mold.

Lots of restaurants and bars in area. Balcony to sit out. All facilities available. Smooth check-in and check out. The shower could do with updating.

• Lenka (9/5): Excellent location - Excellent location in the historical centre near piazza Navona. The host welcomed us and gave us good tips what to see and how to navigate around. The terrace does not look as inviting in real life as it does at the photos. It faces into a narrow courtyard of derelict building and surrounding high wall block most of sunshine. There was lots of bird poo on the walls. The door between the living room and bedroom didn’t close (the door bracket was broken) which was not ideal when using it for four people. Would better suit a couple.
• Brayden (10/5): Exceptional - Favorite place I stayed in Italy! Room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Location was great, walkable distance to everything and had a grocery store right across the street. Staff was super friendly as well, gave us maps and a ton of info on what to do, also even helped get our luggage up the stairs! 🙂 No Complaints
