But what I loved the most was the room itself: very creative, stylish, and full of character. Exactly the kind of atmosphere I personally enjoy. It felt cozy, unique, and thoughtfully designed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid!

Appreciated the coffee capsules and the machine, and the flat overall gives out a very cozy and artistic vibe. just one thing, there is a window above the entry into the apartment that cannot be blacked out and it lets in all the light from the corridor- not ideal if you’re using the living room for sleeping. The bathroom needs a bit of refurbishment.

Además el propietario resolvió todas mis dudas antes de venir y se puso en contacto conmigo para ofrecerse ante cualquier problema en la vivienda. Las instrucciones para entrar y salir también fueron claras y las tuve con tiempo suficiente. Lo recomiendo para todos los que quieran venir a Madrid.

It was possible to close the black out curtains to leave the light outside. The shower was excelente. Enough utensils in the kitchen to cook the meals. The room was clean. Pablo replied to all our requested and made our stay very easy.

• JJ Merelo (10/5): Un apartamento excelente para una pequeña familia - El apartamento está en una calle entre Malasaña y Chueca; bajando por la calle estás en 10 minutos en la Gran Vía y paradas de autobús o metro para ir a cualquier lado. La decoración es muy original, y es relativamente amplio, con una isla de cocina que sirve también de mesa para comer. Había cápsulas de café y cafetera, y una buena calefacción. Da a un patio interior, y no se trata de un bloque turístico, así que en general es bastante tranquilo. También hay al lado un Eroski para comprar desayunos y cenas, y todos los bares que quieras. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue fluida y excelente. Los cerramientos no eran muy buenos, eran los originales, aunque con la calefacción y el aire caliente no había un gran problema. En el salón principal, el aire caliente, sin embargo, puede ser un poco ruidoso. Pero tampoco es un gran inconveniente.

Unlike Austria and Germany, where quiet hours are more strictly observed, the presence of numerous cafes and bars in the vicinity can impact the tranquility of your stay. Those hoping for a restful night’s sleep should be prepared for potential disturbances.

The apartment is situated in an old but authentic Spanish building, clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. Most major sights are within 1–2 km walking distance, and there are excellent restaurants nearby, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot. The owner provided clear instructions and was very responsive to our questions.

It is 8-10 minutes walk from Calao metro station. Apartment is good for 2 people or a small family. Host is very responsive and share you check-in details via Whatasapp in advance. Nothing much to dislike but in general two things : There are 3 apartments are on 1 side and u can hear the neighbours if they talk loudly, Also they key box where key was kept seems little old and it took some time to open even when entering code correctly.

La location est sur cour, ce qui semble un atout la nuit par rapport au côté rue qui est plus bruyant, mais de ce fait, l'appartement au 1er étage n'est pas hyper lumineux. C'est un détail peut-être...

The hosts were super attentive, the apartment had everything you could need, and is in an ideal location to see all of the main attractions of Madrid but also get a local feel of the city. The hosts also gave me Incredible local recommendations and as someone who has been to Madrid several times, it felt like I was seeing apart a bit I'd never seen before. I don't normally leave reviews but I had such a great time I felt compelled to!

During your stay, you can feel like a real Madrid local, as this apartment is nothing like a hotel or a typical rental furnished in the standard IKEA style. It’s not a problem with the apartment itself — but be prepared that sometimes at night it can get a bit noisy outside. The streets are narrow, life goes on late into the night, and the old windows don’t completely block out the sounds

The apartment was very clean when we arrived with everything needed, towels, beds were made and utilities in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was very good as well. Pablo was available if anything was needed and was very nice in our exchanges. We recommend this apartment for a stay in Madrid, as it is also super well located for young people.

• Marina (9/5): Piso acogedor y limpio - El piso está muy bien ubicado a 7-10 minutos andando de Gran Vía. Todo estaba muy limpio y acogedor. Había todo lo necesario para una estancia corta, pero cómoda.Pablo (el anfitrión)estaba muy pendiente desde el principio. Teníamos buena estancia en el piso y en Madrid en general. La mala insonorización,en el pasillo había 2 apartamentos más y cada vez que entraban y salían los huéspedes se escuchaban como si estuvieran en tu piso. Había grupos de turistas muy ruidosos hasta muy tarde en la noche. También en algún piso en el edificio se estaba haciendo una reforma y se escuchaba demasiado ruido.
