• Kirill (10/5): Отличная квартира в спальном районе, хозяин отзывчивый - Отличная квартира, все удобства есть, много спальных мест, несколько санузлов. Рядом магазины и кафе, кондиционеры в каждой комнате. Хозяин Ниджат нас встретил и заселил несмотря на то что это было 5 утра) Расположение не очень удобное, метро далековато пешком, благо такси в Баку недорогое. На такси до центра 20-30 минут в зависимости от трафика. Мы были на уикенде формулы 1 когда центр перекрыт, поэтому добирались не до самого центра а до начала перекрытия дорог за 30 минут на такси. На кухне хотелось бы посуду поновее, но все для приготовления завтраков нашлось
• Nadezhda (10/5): - Очень уютные, комфортные, чистые апартаменты. Шторы в спальнях очень хорошо затеняют, в квартире тихо, кондиционеры работают, так что выспаться можно отлично! Всё очень продумано. Смарт-ТВ, вай-фай отлично работали. Очень доброжелательный хозяин, всегда на связи, готов помочь, подсказать... С удовольствием вернулись бы ещё! Ниджату спасибо огромное за отдых! Мы готовили дома, поэтому нам было маловато посуды для готовки, и хотелось бы обновить ту, что была в наличии. Но мы и не просили, так как это не критично. И немного далековато от центра, что решается дешёвым такси и общественным транспортом. Зато тихо и много недорогих сетевых продуктовых магазинов.

I recommended this apartment for everyone Little away from the center but by taxi 15-20 min will cost 3-5 manat

Cabs easily arrive for transport and the availability of supermarkets within the complex make staying very comfortable. Thank u. Basically nothing. All was good.
• Anonymous (10/5): This is definitely the perfect place to stay in BAKU. - It seemed almost too good to be true. We thought there was a catch! Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Nicat is the most thoughtful host, was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions and provided us with all the information we needed. Place is in a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and The neighbourhood is very calm and quiet. Apartment kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and terrace are clean and light. He went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks Nicat for giving Us such a wonderful time in Baku. I️ would 100% recommend a stay here. The location is very convenient, near shops and public transport.
