• Peter (5/5): Toch teleurgesteld. - Er was een ruime douche en airco, speeltuin voor de kinderen is dichtbij. Het terras was geen terras, het is gewoon een doorgang aan de zijkant van het gebouw waar de appartementen in zitten. Je kon niet buiten eten vanwege de stankoverlast van het riool. Er zaten mieren in het appartement. De TV werkte niet goed, voor kleine kinderen soms wel belangrijk.
• Radovan (5/5): - Nevím - asi kuchyň s možností vlastního vaření. Tmavý apartmán u kanalizace, která občas zapáchala, hluk z blízké cesty s velkým provozem. Minimum zeleně v areálu. Průchozí posezení před apartmánem.
