• Lorena (10/5): VERY RECOMMENDED - Perfect comfortable apartment - For the activities we we’re doing this had a perfect location! The apartment was clean and very organized, had everything we needed. Metro station was just a few meters away! Perfect small elevator I wish we had toiletries, at least body soap. It wasn’t in the posting, so that’s on me. But we didn’t notice until we got there tired after a long flight, wanting a shower, and realizing we needed to go to the store.

• Céline (8/5): Petit séjour agréable à ROME. - La proximité de l'appartement du Vatican et des stations de métro. L'agencement de l'appartement. Quelques petites remarques : pression d'eau faible dans les douches et eau chaude un peu juste pour 4 ! + Insonorisation de l'appartement.

• alexandre (4/5): - emplacement Heureusement que la ville et ses monuments ont rattrapé la chose car séjour qui a été gâché par la gestion des problèmes avec le locataire. Un supplément de 50 € pour un check‑in tardif nous a été imposé au dernier moment, alors qu’il n’apparaît nulle part dans l’annonce et que notre horaire avait été validé un mois avant. À notre arrivée (00h15), personne sur place : portes ouvertes à distance, clés posées sur la table. Le lendemain, on nous réclame les 50 €, avec insistance pour payer via PayPal en paiement entre proches afin d’éviter les frais. Pratique plus que douteuse. L’appartement présente de nombreux problèmes : une salle de bain inutilisable (pas de pression, pas d’eau chaude), mobilier dévissé, table instable, toilettes mal nettoyées. videos à l'appui. En plus, nous avons subi du tapage nocturne (télé très forte jusqu’à 1h, réveils à 4h‑5h), alors que les clients sont menacés d’un règlement strict sur le silence. Le personnel a été désagréable, notamment la femme de ménage qui nous a littéralement claqué la porte au nez lors du check-out. Malgré un bon emplacement, l’accueil est inexistant et l’expérience globale a été extrêmement décevante. Je déconseille fortement cet hébergement.
• Krzysztof (8/5): Jest ok na kilkudniowy pobyt - Dobra lokalizacja w okolicy metra i Watykanu. Mieszkanie z dwiema łazienkami co jest ogromnym plusem. Kuchnia wyposażona w postawowe wyposażenie. Pozorna czystość - brudne sztućce w szufladzie, mokra szmata w szafce, brud w mniej oczywistych miejscach. Konieczne jest osobiste spotkanie z pracownikiem właściciela, aby zapłacić podatek miejski (a tym najbardziej pasują godziny w środku dnia). Spora część mebli wymaga już wymiany (krzesła, stół czy stoliki nocne) - widać, że są mocno zużyte lub już się rozpadają.
• Wolański (10/5): - Apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Pod nosem 2 stacja metra co bardzo ułatwia zwiedzanie miasta. Pod blokiem 2 markety spożywcze, pizzeria czy kawiarnie. Parę kroków dalej restauracje. Sam apartament przestronny, czysty, polecam :)

• Przemek Miszczyk (10/5): - Mieszkanie piękne i bardzo komfortowe. Dobrze wyposarzone. Idealne dla dwóch par lub rodzin z dziećmi. Dwie sypialnie i dwie łazienki to dodatkowy atut. Mimo większej ilosci osób można zaznać spokoju i prywatności. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Ok 200 m do metra. W obrębie ok 200 m od mieszkanie mieliśmy kilka knajpek, cukierni i market czynny całą dobę. Naszym opiekunem była bardzo sympatyczna Claudia:) Mogliśmy się zameldować przed czasem i zostać dłużej w dzień wymeldowania. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i będziemy polecać znajomym. Wszystko było wspaniałe:)
• Sharon (9/5): Heel mooi, verzorgd en ruim appartement op een top locatie! - Heel mooi en verzorgd appartement! Heel bereikbare eigenaar. Heel vlotte communicatie. Appartement ligt op een super locatie( metro om de hoek) om het mooie Rome te bezoeken. Zeker een aanrader! Tip: misschien wat meer glazen voorzien ( wijn, aperitief) Deze zijn niet aanwezig.

• bsusi (9/5): Appartamento super consigliato - L’appartamento é in una posizione perfetta a pochi passi dalla fermata metro Cipro. La casa è curata, spaziosa, al sesto piano con ascensore. Il gestore presente e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. L’unica nota negativa è l’acqua nei bagni. Non so se sia una questione risolvibile o dipenda da qualche problema strutturale, ma le docce sono difficilmente utilizzabili a causa della poca acqua che esce. In più a momenti è calda a momenti fredda. Detto questo ci tornerei subito perché non é stato un grosso problema basta avere un po’ di pazienza!

• Ricardo (3/5): good but not that good - The hotel is nice and well located, but I have two negative comments. First, be careful when selecting rooms. One has a bathroom outside the room and it's not comfortable. The other point is that the hotel ran out of hot water, so we couldn't shower the day we were supposed to leave, and because of the schedule, nothing could be done. That was disappointing.
• Madalina (10/5): Perfect accomodation for 2 fammilies ! - Very nice and confortable place! Close to the metro station and close to Vatican museum entrance. We had supermarket, cofee bar in the morning, and restaurants just 1-5 minutes from the accommodation!

• Michail (5/5): Passable - Good location in a non touristic region and close to metro station. The door didn't lock and they did nothing about it except from informing the owner. The heating didn't work even though they informed us that it would be turned on from our second night. There was no hot water, only lukewarm.

• Simone (9/5): Superb - Renovated flat, very clean and comfortable, elevator which was necessary for us as we were travelling with a person with reduced mobility. People screaming and arguing on the street down the flat. The police came on two different nights. It doesn't feel unsafe though, it is just Rome.

• Emma (10/5): Absolutely fantastic apartment! Highly recommended. - The apartment is in a great location, it’s not central but it’s situated right beside the Cipro Metro allowing you to get to around quite easily. Not all of Rome is served by the Metro so you will need alternative transport to some of the tourist areas. The apartment is a brilliant size, two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, it’s was very clean and had everything we needed! The apartment is absolutely perfect and a great base for visiting Rome! Be aware there are a lot of stairs to climb, there is a lift, however if you’re claustrophobic it might be difficult to use. My parents couldn’t climb the stairs but the lift was perfect for them! Expect a little noise as people do live in the building, there is also construction going on outside, none of this is any fault of the owner and I don’t discourage staying here, just perhaps bring ear plugs to help with sleeping.
• Jackie (9/5): Perfect. Host was very attentive. - Location was perfect. So close to the Metro. Lots of great places to eat, grocery store, cafe, pizza shops etc. It was perfect. Host was great. Apartment is very newly renovated and very comfortable. Everything was great.
