• heinz (9/5): Sehr gut, wir konnten sogar früher einchecken und etwas länger das Apartment nutzen! - Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet! Das bedienen des Fernsehers bleibt für mich ein Rätsel …die WM war nicht Einsatz bereit.. Beide Sachen wurden aber nicht beim Vermieter hinterfragt da nicht notwendig ..wären aber sicher vom VM umgehend behoben worden.

The location is excellent—quiet area but still close to Lapad beach, restaurants, and shops. The balcony was a great bonus for relaxing. Parking was also very convenient, which is rare in Dubrovnik. • Tom (10/5): Perfect place with secured parking - Communication with the host was excellent. They provided secure private parking in a garage, which is very rare for this location. The apartment is perfectly situated within walking distance of all the main attractions. The balcony was a great bonus — perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Everything was great

• Lana (10/5): - Apartman je stvarno odličan – moderan, udoban i na super lokaciji, svega nekoliko koraka od plaže, trgovine i restorana. Grad nas je oduševio svojom atmosferom i ponudom. Urednost je bila dobra, iako bi mogla biti još malo bolja. Tijekom boravka imali smo poteškoće s Wi-Fi-jem, pa ga nismo mogli koristiti do kraja putovanja, no sve ostalo je bilo zaista odlično.

Vi informerede værten, som tilbød at der kunne komme rengøring forbi en times tid, men lejligheden havde behov for en hovedrengøring. Kan ikke forstå dette skulle være en 4-stjernet lejlighed.

• Constanza (1/5): If you expect no privacy at all then this is the place for you - The apartment was big and very nice. It had the basics that you could need on a short stay. The location was walking distance from the beach. If it wasn’t because the owner does not care and the place has no courtains to protect the privacy then this place would be great. But I don’t recommend it The apartment is on the ground floor. The terrace/balcony is completely open for anyone to walk in through there. We had a very uncomfortable situation in where a gardener was working on our balcony for hours, walking thought it and invading our privacy. We had to close the shades all the way down because the owner refuses to put courtains, so we were in the dark for days just to have some privacy. There is also a huge construction site right next to it, and the workers can also see you unless you bring the blinds down. We mentioned this to the owner and they said they are completely aware of this and apologized, but that made it worse, how come they don’t put courtains up to protect the privacy? It was really bad

• Anton (8/5): Nice place - Nice apartment, with the needed equipment. all new and fine the barthroom very nice. the beeds was as expected. nice place just 10 minuts to the beach and 10 minuts to the busses the terrace as such was nice enough, but the neighbor had craftsmen who walked over the barrier very often, which was very annoying The parking in the basement is not recommended as there is very little space and it is very difficult to get a car in and keep it so that it does not disturb others who need to use the parking The dishwasher dident work becaurce off no cold water in the kitchen
