The apartment was warm, cozy, clean, and very comfortable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. He was incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. Before leaving for the airport at 4AM, we accidentally locked the door with one piece of luggage still inside. The host went out of his way to help us without hesitation. That level of hospitality and understanding is rare and deeply appreciated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable place with an outstanding host.

• Anna (8/5): Comfortable stay in unbeatable location with lots of character. - Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Decor was bright and welcoming. Location was perfect and central to sites and public transport. Communication from the owners was good and friendly. It could use some repairs and upgrades or replacement of items in the kitchen. I did enjoy making coffee in the moka pot it would be nice to have an electric coffee maker. Older building so windows don’t seal- neighbors and outside noises can be loud and disruptive. None of this would keep us from staying again- it’s a nice property, just could use some things to be perfect.

• Giglio (7/5): Soggiorno comodo - la struttura si trova nel centro storico della città, comoda in quanto vicina ai mezzi di trasporto, in ogni momento della giornata trovi bar e ristoranti, in più ci sono dei mini market di fianco la porta di ingresso, utile perché chi ha intenzione di cucinare, date che l'immobile è attrezzato di cucina, lavandino, pentole e tutto l'occorrente base. La struttura ha 2 infissi in legno datati di conseguenza nelle giornate fredde si avvertono degli spifferi, e dietro il letto matrimoniale era accumulata polvere, però il resto della casa era pulita

Camas incómodas, se hunden y la sofá cama hasta con bultos en el colchón. Las toallas y sábanas /funda nórdica de colores oscuros y no da sensación de limpieza / garantía de limpieza. Mal insonorizado : por la mañana se oía ruido de la calle/ vecindario.

• González (8/5): - La decoración es cuidada y vistosa. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda para los 4 que la ocupamos. La ubicación es fantástica, en el centro de Valencia, a tocar de la catedral, el mercado,... Facilidad para quedar para la entrega de llaves. Los dos tramos de escaleras para subir a la habitación (éramos plenamente conscientes de ello antes de llegar). El no poder aparcar en la puerta también resultó incomodo para llevar las maletas, pero nos recomendaron donde parar el coche para descargar a dos calles. Fuimos en días especialmente calurosos y el aire acondicionado no parecía enfriar mucho. No obstante durante la noche entre el aire y ventilador de techo, pudimos dormir bien.

We stayed in October when there are not many tourists and the street is not noisy. In the peak season, it will certainly not be comfortable for older people who are light sleepers. Gloria gave us excellent ideas for interesting activities and information for upcoming events. Very convenient public transport near by, Carrefour just 5 meters away. And the best option for us - there was a possibility to storage the luggage after the check out!!! Very, very convenient!

Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and easy walking distance to Metro . We used the metro for transfer to and from the airport Four flights of stairs to apartment which was ok for us but wouldn’t be if you had a disability as no lifts Had to carry a set of three keys all the time when leaving apartment No safe in apartment Cracked toilet bowl that needs replacing also one of the dining chairs need repairing
• Andreas (3/5): Thanks, but never again. Especially not for that price. - The Location is almost the only good thing about this Apartment. We felt this is a rip-off; the pictures are nice and the facilities are what was expected (on paper). Nevertheless it it also is much less than promised: the apartment is decided into two, so basically one is sharing with somebody else (at the beginning an other family, that was quite ok - later with some party girls that would come home every night at 4-5 am and be super noisy). We got the part of the floor that is to the back: so no sunlight, no balcony, super hot (need for AC all day). Amenities are ok, but all the cheapest of the cheapest IKEA everything, fridge is minimal and in the bathroom there is a hidden boiler in the wall that is super noisy and mega-hot… you feel u are in the sauna when sitting on the toilet
