Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests can clean before check-out or preorder a final cleaning for 159€. Cleaning can not be ordered on site. Remember to leave the kitchen clean and the dishes washed even if you purchased the cleaning. During Christmas, New Year, Easter, Midsummer and Ruka World Cup, the age limit for the booker must be least 23 years.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 23.0 per person or bring their own.

Noora (9/5): - Viihtyisä ja tilava mökki. Takka ehkä nuohouksen tarpeessa oli vaikea saada syttymään/palamaan. Lisäksi aktiivisten lasten kanssa olisi kaivattu kuivauskaappia märille ulkovaatteille.
Petra (9/5): Oikein kiva ja kotoisa mökki hyvällä sijainnilla - Mökki oli siisti ja keittiössä hyvin kaikki tarvittava. Karaokelaitteen Mikki ei toiminut ja termospullon korkki oli rikki.

Kristers (10/5): Great time in Finnish winter wonderland! - Cabin was cozy and light, close to everything. Had everything you would need to enjoy a week of slopes with your friends. The top floor ceiling is a bit low to move around freely.

Ela (9/5): Comfortable apartment for 8 people. - The apartment was very pleasant and convenient. Great for 8 people. In a quiet location. The contact person was very helpful - helped us with arranging garage for our cars that was super useful during our stay with temperatures below -25 degrees. The heating system was behaving a bit weird - even with heaters switched off they were still hot from time to time.... So it was quite difficult to get a pleasant (not too high) temperature in the apartment. The final cleaning was not included in the offer and was very expensive... There was a limit for the wood for the fire place that we found out only upon our arrival.
