• Ｔakashi (1/5): 安全上の重大な問題：無断入室と恫喝により警察が介入しました - Booking.comのサポートによる迅速な仲裁と、ウィーン警察の適切な介入により、最終的に安全に退去することができました。宿泊施設側との直接交渉が困難な状況において、これら外部の助けが不可欠な場所でした。 宿泊者のプライバシーと安全が著しく侵害される施設です。 滞在中、設備不良を公式サポート経由で報告したところ、オーナーが激昂。カーテンの隙間から室内を覗き込み、私が中にいることを認識した上で「中にいるのは分かっている」と恫喝し、マスターキーで強引に室内に侵入してきました。 この極めて威圧的でルールを無視した行為に対し、自力での解決は不可能と判断し、警察を呼ぶ事態となりました。中に客がいると知りながら無断で入る行為は宿泊業として容認できません。最終的にプラットフォーム側の判断で中途解約・返金となりました。一人旅の方には、安全面から全くお勧めできません。

Este foarte curat, luminos, bine compartimentat, modern, cu suficient spatiu de depozitare și o chicineta complet utilata (inclusiv câteva consumabile esențiale gen ulei, sare, zahăr, cafea, ceai). Gazdele au fost foarte amabile, disponibile și receptive. In zona exista mai multe supermarketuri, la distanta de câteva minute. Desi locația nu este centrala, acesta e un inconvenient minor. Zona era curată și părea sigură. Exista statie de tramvai și autobuz în apropiere, la câteva minute, făcând foarte usor accesibila zona turistica a orașului. As reveni cu plăcere și cu alte ocazii! Nu au fost aspecte neplacute.

The apartment was clean and cozy. We felt completely comfortable there, even though during our stay we mostly came back only to sleep, as we spent the rest of the time exploring Vienna. I would especially like to highlight the host, who personally welcomed us, and with whom all further communication regarding details and questions was handled via WhatsApp. She is a very caring and detail-oriented host who truly tried to exceed our expectations by 110%. It was a great pleasure to stay in these apartments. I have been traveling regularly for many years and booking accommodation through Booking.com, and I can confidently rate our comfort here as 11 out of 10. Once again, thank you very much for the opportunity to stay at your place.
• Maryna (10/5): Чисті, затишні, невеликі апартаменти, близько до залізничного вокзалу - Невеликі, чисті, теплі апартаменти. Від залізничного вокзалу 10 хв. на трамваї. Зручне розміщення щодо автобусів і трамваїв. До метро треба трохи проїхатись на автобусі. Недалеко є супермаркети і магазини. Дуже привітна господиня. Зручне безконтактне заселення. На кухні є все необхідне для приготування їжі. Інколи погано працював вайфай. Все інше сподобалось
• Bärbel (10/5): Sehr angenehme kleine Wohnung, top verwaltet und gepflegt - Das Appartement war absolut sauber und gepflegt. Es ist sehr gut geschnitten, um die Bereiche etwas zu trennen. Sehr ansprechendes Badezimmer. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Geschäfte und die Anbindung a den ÖPNV ist bestens. Nur gastronomisch sieht es nicht ganz so gut aus. Der Check-In war reibungslos und ich konnte sogar später auschecken. Alles lief sehr freundlich! Hervorzuheben ist das wirklich gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Drei Dinge fand ich nicht ganz optimal, der positive Gesamteindruck bleibt aber. 1. Ich empfand den Wasserdruck der Dusche als ziemlich gering. Da das in den Bewertungen noch nie erwähnt wurde, ist es vielleicht ein temporäres Problem? Ich habe mich jedenfalls Zuhause gefreut, mal wieder “richtig” zu duschen. 2. Auch wenn ich überwiegend richtig gut geschlafen habe, mag ich es eigentlich nicht, wenn man ein Zimmer so schlecht abdunkeln kann. 3. Die Kissen waren mir zu voluminös und unbequem.

Auch Spülmittel, Klopapier, Geschirrtücher etc. Wir waren wirklich rundum zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder. Auch die Lage war toll: Ruckzuck ist man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln im Zentrum. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, reaktionsschnell und hilfbereit.

• Dagmar (10/5): A very nice, clean, quiet apartment in a great location near public transport - A very nice apartment with good access to public transport (bus, tram), just few stops from the main train station. The apartment was very clean and located in a quiet area, closed to shops like Billa, Hofer and others. The kitchen has the basic equipment needed for simple cooking (one hotplate), a microwave, a coffee machine (Nespresso), a toaster, and an electric kettle — we found everything useful ;-) The bed was very comfortable. Communication with Paola was excellent. She responded very helpfully to our needs and was very accommodating. We can definitely recommend it!

The hostess was absolutely amazing—very friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. She made check-in super easy and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. The apartment itself was spotless and very well-maintained. It was bright, comfortable, and had everything I needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to cozy furniture. The attention to detail really showed—everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged. The location was great too, close to the tram station . Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect

• Stanislav (10/5): Отлично - Апартаменты рядом с центром, вблизи есть продуктовые магазины. Добираться до центра удобно.В квартире тепло ,чисто, есть на чем готовить, чайник ,фен,полотенца ,посуда. Хозяйка отзывчивая, разрешила нам остаться еще немного для удобства по времени .Рекомендую вернулся бы с удовольствием . Лифт не работал.
• Natasa (9/5): - The apartment is clean and nicely decorated.One radiator didn't work but other one that worked managed to heat all the rooms so that we weren't too cold.We reported it right away and the contact person tried to solve the problem and was always interested in whether everything was okey.On weekends and holidays parking is free.You can pay 10 euros for 24 hours and park in the courtyard of the building.Lidl and Spar are close the building.The metro station can be reached on foot or by train.On the day of our departure the elevator was not working,but that did not diminish our overall impression.Regardless of everything I would recommend this accommodation to everyone.

La posizione è comoda per prendere i mezzi pubblici, quindi ci siamo spostati facilmente. nel letto c’erano poche coperte, il cuscino era un po’ scomodo e l’edificio, soprattutto nelle aree comuni, avrebbe bisogno di un po’ di manutenzione.

• Andreea (10/5): A wonderful experience - The property is close to public transport, and grocery stores. The apartment was very clean, very comfortable and equipped with everything a guest could need (we especially appreciated the make-up removal wipes and the complimentary local sweets and coffee). Very helpful and kind host. We had a wonderful experience.

Often, you have to make multiple transfers to get to different locations, or walk and take public transportation, which isn't very convenient. The apartments are designed for 1-2 people; more than that won't be comfortable (everything is very compact).

• Petra (9/5): - Zařízení v apartmánu je nové a funkční, všude bylo čisto. V kuchyňce bylo dost nádobí. Apartmán byl velmi tichý, nerušil nás žádný hluk. Hostitelé se zajímali, zda je všechno v pořádku. Příliš měkká postel, ale to je individuální.

The additional bad that is available at the property is not good at all. It should be changed … I didn’t ask for it … but hope Paula will see my strong suggestion right here.

• Beata (10/5): - Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste, zadbane i w pełni wyposażone – wszystko zgodne z opisem. Lokalizacja okazała się świetna, blisko komunikacji miejskiej i najważniejszych atrakcji. Gospodyni była pomocna i dobry był kontakt, a cały pobyt przebiegł bezproblemowo. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce!

Die personal hat ohne meine erlaubnise die wohnnung aufgemacht und hat mich kontrolle gemacht. Hat selber die gäste formular vom die wohnnung abgeholt ohne micht zum fragen,obwohl ich schon per whatsapp gesendet habe und dazu personalausweiss auch. Die haben alles von mir gehabt warum sind die in die wohnnung rein ohne meine erlaubnise gegangen??

• Andrea (8/5): Un soggiorno piacevole - L’appartamento è piccolino, ma comfortevole e molto caldo. La cucina è dotata di microonde, bollitore e fornello elettrico. Ho apprezzato che la spugna per i piatti fosse nuova e l’appartamento molto pulito e profumato. Rapporto qualità/prezzo super per la posizione che anche se non molto centrale è servita da tram ed autobus con cui è facile arrivare in 20/30 minuti in ogni punto della città. Inoltre intorno abbiamo trovato ristoranti tipici in cui abbiamo mangiato molto bene e a prezzi contenuti per la qualità del cibo e i prezzi della città che in centro è molto costosa. Purtroppo manca una cappa che aspiri ed una luce un po’ più forte perché quella che c è nel cucinino non illuminava benissimo. Forse aggiungerei uno specchio anche fuori dal bagno visto che l’unico specchio presente seppur molto grande è solo nel bagno e una coperta matrimoniale invece di due coperte singole.

Conveniently located close to the main train station. Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The area is considered a bit unsafe by some, but we personally felt fine and had no problems at all.

• Corine (9/5): Very nice and clean apartment to stay in Vienna! - Very nice apartment. Everything was good. The interior is very lovely. Everything you need is over there. The wifi is very good; there is a television and a good shower. The contact with the host was also very good It was hot. During our trip it was around 28-30 degrees Celsius in the apartment. There was a blower, which was nice, but not enough to cool it down. Despite this it is a very nice place to stay during a lovely city trip to Vienna!
• Sara (9/5): - Muy limpio y nuevo, se nota que está reformado, el baño es amplio, todos los sanitarios funcionan bien, la ducha muy bien, buena temperatura, la cocina es pequeña pero cumple su función, la cama grande es muy cómoda, el barrio y edificio son tranquilo, no se escuchaba nada de ruido por la noche. La anfitriona fue muy amable, cumplió todas las peticiones que le hice como dejar edredones de invierno a pesar de estar en verano, dejarnos salir más tarde del apartamento, muy buena comunicación en todo momento. Instrucciones claras para hacer el check-in, el portal y la llave fáciles de encontrar. El sofá cama en el que durmió mi hija era bastante duro, no tenía persianas pero creo que es típico en europa, sí tenía unas cortinas gruesas, el armario no tenía baldas ni cajones, solo perchas y las colchas eran un poco ásperas, por lo demás todo bien.

Perfect host! :) The house gets quite hot during summer time and it might not be the best choice for people who prefer sleeping in completely dark, because it gets quite sunny quite early. On the other hand, if you prefer sun, this is your place!
