- Adam (6/5): - Clean inside, well supplied kitchen The area is trash and the backyard was a state. The AC unit died in the upper bedroom and there was no AC in the bottom bedroom. The lounge rokm AC worked well but didnt reach the bedrooms. The place kinda done the job for us but scraped in.

- Jacqui (6/5): If it wasn’t for the fact I needed to be near the St John of god Murdoch hospital I would have stayed elsewhere. $1639 ( - It was clean inside and the beds were comfortable The back yard had a huge pond that wasn’t filled in but a risk for small children and messy. The front lawns (weeds) were overgrown and looked messy. The kitchen was clean but the day after we moved in there were ants all over the bench tops and in our food so we had to throw that away. Then we had to place everything in the bins outside as there were thousands of ants in the bin after the scraps we put into them the night before, thinking it would be ok. The bathroom is old and peeling paint on the bath and needs an update. The fans in the master bedroom were old and filthy dirty. Cobwebs all over the ceiling. If we are required to keep the place clean then I suggest them having a decent vacuum cleaner or broom so we can sweep the floors and the vacuum cleaner isn’t very powerful. Also some people are adverse to certain odours so the smelly plugins in all rooms were an issue as they didn’t smell very nice.
