The location was great for us as it’s halfway between Nanshan and the central areas of Futian. Also, the staff was very kind, helpful and spoke English. Highly recommended.

QIANG (5/5): Hardware 5 star, software 2 star. - It is very new. And good location -- not far to go to most of the key places in Shenzhen. Good surrounding. The service. The young people are obviously with not much experience and very badly trained. They gave instruction in a very harsh and too concise way -- giving me a feeling that they didn't have much patience to me. The worst: My office in Beijing sent me a package. It arrived on Wednesday. No one at the hotel informed me and No one alerted me and gave it to me when I was at front desk multiple times. Sure, my office told me the package was there. But because I was in and out, I forgot to ask, especially deep in my mind I had the feeling any hotel would alert me, at least when I was at front desk. So, when I am already out of China, my office in Beijing had to contact the hotel front desk, and they searched and found the package -- they didn't even know a package was there for me by express delivery. Things like this. The whole staff is just not experienced.

Needs several transits on public transport, taxi fare is cheap but the high tech system is not possible for new comers. There's a mall right next but it is the only one within walking.
