• Mylynn (7/5): Nice view in the middle of Athens - The view of the Acropolis was amazing! Location was in a busy area and there was a lot of street noise, but it didn’t bother us once the windows and shutters were closed. They freshly mopped and cleaned the property before we came. Above a gelato shop and near the shopping center. There were flies and other bugs inside of the bathrooms. We had check-in at 3:00 but we weren’t able to get inside until 3:30 because they were still cleaning the property.

• Ruben (9/5): - Dit appartement is een juweeltje. Uitstekende ligging op loopafstand van alles; beter dan dit wordt het niet. In de avond uitzicht op een fraai verlichte Acropolis. Appartement ligt op de bovenste verdieping, is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een fijn balkon. Goede bedden. Inchecken verliep soepel met een sleutel in een kluisje. De gastheer gaf erg snel antwoord op vragen. We waren in april in Athene wat qua weer een erg goede maand is. We vonden de straatgeluiden (muzikanten) overdag en 's avonds erg sfeervol en gezellig, maar hou er rekening mee dat ze soms lang doorgaan, tot 24u. We hebben er zelf geen enkele last van gehad. Het appartement ruikt wat vreemd als het niet wordt geventileerd. Met open ramen geen enkel probleem. Hou rekening met sterk variabele waterdruk in de douches, maar dat ligt niet aan dit appartement.

• Neelam (9/5): Spacious apartment in an excellent location within easy walking distance to all the sights. - We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Athens. It was spacious, comfortable, and perfectly located. There are electric metal blinds that make each bedroom blackout which was really helpful as it is a bright apartment. There were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance, and shops right on the doorstep for anyone wanting a bit of retail therapy. A supermarket was within 5 mins walk. All the main sights were easily accessible too, with everything within about a 20-minute walk. The layout worked especially well for us as a family travelling with two teenagers, giving everyone enough space and privacy. One of the highlights was the clear view of the Acropolis from the apartment, which was absolutely stunning. The apartment was very well equipped, with a strong and reliable WiFi connection, a fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful extras like plenty of towels and slippers for each guest. We also appreciated the toiletries provided in each bathroom, which was a lovely touch. You can hear the buskers on the street during the day but they stop in the evenings. It didn't really affect us too much as we were sightseeing during the day. The breakfast bar counter was unstable so be careful if leaning on it. We only really used the enclosed shower as the other shower resulted in lots of water pooling on the floor.

• Merrick (10/5): What a find-perfect location, lots of space and comfort and direct views of the Acropolis - The location is absolutely perfect, easy to get to via metro direct from the Airport, The apartment has plenty of space, and two bathrooms is a bonus. Best of all though are the views of the Acropolis-an absolute treat! everything was perfect

• Christophe47 (10/5): Très grand appartement idéalement situé au coeur d'Athènes pour visiter tous les grands sites - Très grand appartement idéalement situé. L'appartement est en plein coeur d'Athènes et à gauche, à droite, ou en face, nous étions à moins de 15 minutes à pied de tous les grands sites à visiter à Athènes : Acropole, Parthénon, Musée de l'Acropole, Agora Antique, Agora Romaine, Bibliothèque d'Hadrien, relève de la garde, stade panathénaïque, musée Benaki, Cathédrale d'Athènes, petites rues de Plaka, shopping... Certes, la rue en dessous diffuse un bourdonnement permanent mais comme indiqué, on se trouve en plein centre ville. Et puis, la nuit, le silence revient. L'appartement est très grand, propre et très confortable. Nous étions 6 (2 adultes et 4 jeunes) et avons bien profité du salon et des 3 chambres dont toutes les baies vitrées donnent sur l'Acropole et le Parthénon. De jour comme de nuit, la vue est magnifique ! Il y a tout le confort moderne : du lave-vaisselle au lave-linge en passant par le micro-onde, la machine à expresso... Le wifi est très rapide. Il y a des kits toilettes très complets : serviettes grandes et petites, gel douche, shampoing, rasoir, mousse à raser, bonnets de douche... Les douches peuvent avoir un faible débit d'eau mais elles sont chaudes et on peut se laver sans problème. Les lits sont très confortables et l'un d'eux est XXL. Les terrasses disposent de fauteuils pour profiter de la vue. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits pendant la période de Noël : moins de monde, pas de canicule et ambiance particulière liée aux fêtes. Tout était parfait. Nous aurions dû lire le message reçu la veille de notre arrivée qui détaille bien comment récupérer les clefs car il contient le code du cadenas. Nous avions reçu un autre message de booking qui contenait également un code. Cela a créé de la confusion mais le propriétaire nous a très rapidement ré-expliqué la marche à suivre. On reçoit également 4 photos pour se diriger à partir de l'entrée du bâtiment : donc tout est parfait.

Perfect venue, bright and clean and responsive hosts. Amazing views and within walking distance of all the main attractions Would not hesitate to stay here again

Host available to help sort out any issues. - Location was amazing, very central and so everything is easy to walk to (attractions and places to eat). Great view of the city from the balconies. Comfortable living room where we could “hang out” with all the family but still have our own space. Spacious bedrooms. Homely feel. Very clean apartment. Shutters didn’t work on the windows (though apparently they are being fixed). Very light outside, so shutters are needed (or blackout curtains that cover the whole window). Bathrooms didn’t feel like they were finished, but were OK and clean. Kitchen counter wasn’t stable and rocked a lot. Would be nice if the apartment came with enough toilet rolls and dishwasher tables for the length of your start.
• Ann (10/5): A fantastic place to stay in athens in the heart of the old city - The location is absolutely fantastic! The apartment has a gorgeous view of the acropolis. There is a lovely balcony to sit and watch the sun rise or set and watch the world go by on the street below. The apartment is clean and well appointed. We really didn't cook at all or even make coffee bc there is a cute coffee shop on the first floor (but you could make coffee if you wanted to!) We had a couple of little issues with a door but the response was so quick and the door was fixed within a couple of hours. The men that came to fix it were so kind and friendly. Really nothing to say- other than there is quite a bit of noise and light on the streets but we enjoyed it. There are nice blinds that can be rolled down too to cover up the light.
• Adrienne (8/5): Great base in Athens with superb views - This apartment is in an excellent location, overlooking Ermou, with views of Syntagma Square and the ever amazing Parthenon. There are many sites and neighbourhoods within walking distance. The facilities were great. Our group of 6 was very comfortable. There are many restaurants and cafes to eat at within a 5 minute walk, and enough facilities in the kitchen to cook a meal if you choose to.The apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Public transport is easily accessible from Syntagma, a very short stroll away. Communication throughout the booking process was timely and clear. I would thoroughly recommend this property as a great base for a stay in Athens.

Coffee shop at the bottom of the stairs. The beds were very comfortable as well Toilets wouldn't flush the paper. One of the showers wasn't enclosed, so it made a mess on the floor. No WIFI password that we could find.

• Nicola (10/5): Funky Spacious Wonderful apartment! Perfectly located! Highly recommended! - I literally can't fault this apartment! I stayed here with my husband and two children aged 9/11years. Bright, modern, clean and spacious. The location is fantastic - in the heart of the city near parliament/syntagma square. Stunning views from all rooms of the Acropolis - which was a 10-15minute walk away. So easy for shopping in Kolonaki, or for dipping into the more touristy Plaka/monstiraki areas and a short walk from the bars/cafes of Psirri. Because its up on the 7th floor (easy elevator access) - it was so surprisingly quiet. There was a lovely wrap around balcony outside seating area for soaking up the views at night. There is a wealth of really good cafes, delis and restaurants very close by - and the cafe bar located on the street underneath the apartments served a good breakfast. The apartment itself was wonderfully well stocked with kitchen appliances and guest toiletries. Beds were really comfortable and the apartment is brilliantly decorated with a urban chic and cool vibe. Overall simply excellent - I would definitely recommend it and we would stay there again if we were back in Athens! There was nothing I didn't like!
