Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Nebenan war eine Baustelle in der leider auch nachts gearbeitet wurde. Mit Ohrstöpseln aber kein Problem.

Staff were helpful and upgraded me to another room which was really nice. There was no floor length mirror and no slippers in my room when I checked in. Also the breakfast had very limited vegetarian options which I found to be very disappointing. I am a vegetarian and booked a hotel breakfast because I felt there would not be a lot of options for me outside of the hotel.

- Feronia (6/5): Disappointed - The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the breakfast provided was satisfactory. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the breakfast selection was decent. However, the overall service experience was extremely disappointing and far below the standards expected of an Accor hotel. Throughout our stay, whenever we returned to the hotel, approximately 5–6 staff members would often be gathered outside the entrance smoking and blocking the pathway. Despite guests trying to enter the hotel, they made little to no effort to move aside, forcing us to squeeze through to get in. Some staff were also seen spitting outside the hotel entrance, which was highly unhygienic and extremely unprofessional. The concierge staff were generally unwilling to assist and displayed a dismissive attitude when approached, particularly one staff member named “Peter Pan.” That said, one staff member, “Dario,” stood out positively as he was welcoming, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The front desk staff demonstrated minimal hospitality standards and appeared unwilling to assist guests beyond the bare minimum. Ironically, it was only on our checkout day that they became attentive, seemingly because they wanted us to leave a positive review. The breakfast experience was also poorly managed. Tables were not cleared promptly, and many guests, including ourselves, had to sit at uncleared tables. Some guests even had to clear the tables themselves due to the lack of attention from staff. Even after we finished our meal, the table still contained leftovers and used items from previous guests. Overall, this experience did not reflect the standards associated with the Accor brand. We are utterly disappointed, particularly with this branch, and hope management takes these issues seriously and improves both service professionalism and hygiene standards.

- Maria (10/5): We enjoyed our stay in Pullman Jingan and we will stay here if we visit Shanghai again. - I like the facilities of the hotel - the room, food, dining area, lobby, the service, and the saxophonist playing jazz music at night. Metro access is very convenient. The metro entry/exit is less than a minute walk from the hotel lobby. We stayed in this hotel in 2017 as part of a tour group. This time we booked it as independent traveler. We are impressed that Pullman has maintained its excellence in service and facilities. We enjoyed our stay in Pullman and we highly recommend it to others. The internet registration requires mobile number for authentication. I didn't have mobile roaming so I cannot get a text for authentication. I wish email authentication is available as an option. Although the room is non-smoking, the hallway is not. Sometimes, there is a strong cigarette smell just by the elevator area. in level 10.

- Hartmut (10/5): Pullman Shanghai Jing‘an ist ein Erlebnis, habe den Aufenthalt von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute genossen! - Die Nähe zur Shanghai Railway Station und zur Subway, der Swimmingpool, die gut durchdachte Ausstattung der Zimmer, das wirklich gelebte Nachhaltigkeits-Konzept, die echte Ruhe auf den Zimmern, das reichhaltige Frühstück, die angenehm lebendige Atmosphäre in Lobby, Frühstückssaal und begrüntem Innenhof, das aufmerksame und stets hilfsbereite Personal, nicht zuletzt der Suzhou River, der in 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen ist und dessen reich gestaltete Uferpromenade zum Flanieren einlädt.

- Luis (8/5): Gesamt war es ein gelungener und schöner Aufenthalt. - Gut gelegen an dem Shanghai Bahnhof, allerdings benötigt man für viele Sehenswürdigkeiten mit der Metro immer einen Umstieg. Für einen niedrigeren Preis, findet man meiner Meinung nach ähnlich gute Hotels in Shanghai.

Als ik dan iets moet noemen: de meeste portiers bij de entree van het hotel waren totaal ongeïnteresseerd, veelal in gesprek met elkaar of bezig op hun telefoon en hadden geen oog voor (arriverende) gasten. Niet 5-sterren waardig. Bij het zwembad is een badmuts verplicht, wat volledig OK is, maar er moest €10,- voor worden betaald. Dat had ik toch bij de prijs inbegrepen verwacht…

- Wei (9/5): It was close to perfect! - Top Location on 3 Metro lines and next to railway station. For me the main advantage is it’s next to the climbing gym I think the reception is a bit small so if it’s busy you need to wait a bit.

The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and friendly, with high efficiency and great service attitude. They patiently answered all my questions and kindly recommended local dining and entertainment spots, with every detail perfectly taken care of. The room is clean and comfortable with great value for money, making the stay relaxing and reassuring. Highly recommended, I will definitely choose this hotel again next time!
