• Souzana (9/5): Pleasant stay at Vasilissis Sofias Ave. - The location is ideal, next to the subway and bus stops. The host, Olga, was very friendly and always available to assist me. The apartment is new, spacious, and clean. There were even some welcoming snacks. My only complaint was that it wasn't mentioned that the apartment is half underground, something quite important. And also if you open the windows it gets too loud as it is right in front of the avenue.

• ΣΤΑΜΑΤΗΣ (10/5): Πεντακάθαρο και άνετο διαμέρισμα. - Πεντακαθαρο, καλή τοποθεσία, δεν έλειπε τίποτα απο ανέσεις και εξοπλισμό. Εύκολη η είσοδος και η συνεννόηση με την οικοδέσποινα. Θα μας βόλευαν καλύτερα δυο μονά κρεβάτια αλλά αυτό είναι δικό μας θέμα, δεν το κατατάσσω στα αρνητικά.

• PANOS (10/5): Απλά άριστο! - Άριστο σε όλα! Οικοδεσπότης - καθαριότητα - διακόσμηση - φιλοξενία - !!!στρώμα!!! Δεν έχει επιπλοκή το σημείο... είναι καθαρά θέμα τοποθεσίας η δυσκολία στο πάρκινγκ. Βέβαια έχει στους γύρω δρόμους όπου θα πρέπει να λάβει κανείς υπόψη τις μονοδρομήσεις, έχει μικρά πάρκινγκ στις γειρονιές όπου θα πρέπει να λάβει υπόψη πως δεν είναι ανοιχτά τα ΣΚ και τέλος στα ~500 μέτρα έχει μεγάλο ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ άνετο με ασφάλεια κλπ.
• Polyvios (10/5): Very comfy, clean, an enjoyable stay - The flats location, cleanliness, its layout is very nice, the hospitality and communication with the Olga, the bed size was big, water, coffee, and some chocolates were a nice touch. Everything was very good, maybe a slight odour in the flat because it was closed.
• Georgia (10/5): Καθαρό διαμέρισμα!! - Πολύ καθαρό διαμέρισμα, περιποιημένο με λεπτομέρειες που τις συναντάς σε ξενοδοχεία. Τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο με το μετρό δίπλα. Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση από την κα. Ολγα. Το συνιστώ για μια εξόρμηση στην Αθήνα.

Η θέση, η άνεση του χώρου, η εσωτερική διαρρύθμιση, η καθαριότητα, η ιδιωτικότητα, οι παροχές, η επικοινωνία με την οικοδέσποινα, οι οδηγίες που λάβαμε από εκείνη και όλες οι διευκολύνσεις! Είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι και θεωρούμε τους εαυτούς μας τυχερούς που βρεθήκαμε εδώ! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ! Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα
• CHRYSI (10/5): - Ήταν ένα διαμέρισμα που τα είχε όλα!! Καθαριότητα, άνεση στους χώρους, πλήρης σε εξοπλισμό κουζίνας. Μείναμε πέντε βραδιά και πραγματικά νιώσαμε σαν να ήμασταν στο σπίτι μας. Η τοποθεσία του εξαιρετική. Δίπλα από τη στάση του Μετρό Μέγαρο Μουσικής, αλλά και με τα πόδια κατεβαίνεις άνετα μέχρι το Σύνταγμα. Αν ξαναβρεθούμε Αθήνα, σίγουρα θα προτιμήσουμε από άλλα αυτό το διαμέρισμα. Επίσης η συννενόηση με τους ιδιοκτήτες ήταν άψογη!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!! Όλα ήταν άψογα.! Δεν βρίσκουμε κάτι που να μη μας άρεσε..
• Καρατζά (10/5): - Οι οδηγίες ήταν πολύ αναλυτικές και η είσοδος πολύ εύκολη. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ όμορφο είχε οτι χρειαζόμασταν , ήταν πραγματικά άνετο και αρκετά μεγάλο και το πιο σημαντικό καθαρό . Δεν έχω να πω ούτε το παραμικρό αρνητικό.

• KONSTANTINOS (9/5): Nice, central, clean - The apartment is on the basement, however, there are windows to aerate the space. The size of the flat is good and it has been renovated. The appliances are modern such as smart TV. What makes the difference in hospitality is that there was water, juice and some snack for free which is something you do not usually get from any other. Small things which do make a difference in feeling welcome. The locations is ideal. Very well connected and central and tehre is no noise because teh flat is on the basement and with double glazed glasses. Overal this is a good place, however, the price should be lowered to be a good value for money. The price should be a bit lower maximum 40-45 euros to be a good value for money.

• Huyen Chi (10/5): Es war sehr schön. - Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Es gab viele Handtücher. Auch war alles sehr sauber. Und schön eingerichtet alles was man braucht. Es gibt sogar goldenes Geschirr für die die es gerne ein bisschen edler haben. U-Bahn ist direkt da daneben. Wenn man die nimmt ist man auch wirklich schnell bei der Akropolis dann kann sich die ganzen Steine anschauen. Supermärkte sind auch in der Nähe. Man darf halt nicht zu spät hingehen (wir haben’s um Mitternacht probiert das war definitiv zu spät). Da fällt mir jetzt spontan nichts ein müsste ich erst mal lange überlegen… Es gibt auch selbst da keine Garantie, dass mir dann was einfallen würde.

• Dan (10/5): - This was a perfect place to stay in Athens. Great location and host was very nice and accommodating. Super comfy place to stay and it was set up almost exactly the way I would have my own place set up so it made it very easy to feel at home here. Plenty of space and very convenient to walk to a variety of cafes and great restaurants nearby. Subway stop was.a block away and everything was easy to get to from this area. Highly recommended, was a lovely 5 days staying there in my case and I would book again. It was a little hard to figure out where the lock box was to get the keys at first but the host was patient and the cleaning lady helped me so no big deal. Great stay overall and the host was very responsive throughout.

• Ulli 01 (6/5): Gute Lage mit Abstrichen - Zentrale Lage und gute Ausstattung wie bereits beschrieben. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Souterrain. Der Gartenblick geht direkt auf den Gitterzaun zur Straße. U-Bahn und Bus Stationen sind direkt daneben und eine 6-spurige Hauptstraße vor dem Haus. Die Fenster und Rollladen musste man immer geschlossen lassen, trotzdem war der Straßenlärm bis auf wenige Stunden in der Nacht zu hören.

• Nareman (10/5): Clean, close by and comfortable - This is the cleanest apartment I’ve ever seen. Very welcoming, very collaborative staff. Heating water takes 15 minutes and it shouldn’t last for a very long time as the hot water will run out, but it was great accommodation in total. Highly recommended!

• NIKOLAOS (10/5): Perfectly situated beautiful apartment! - Beautiful and comfortable apartment very close to the metro (blue line) that connects the airport to the center (syntagma-monastiraki). Very quiet, super comfortable bed, air conditioned. Communication with ms Olga was top! Will return!

• Gloria (10/5): Brilliant host and stunning apartment - Brilliant host and a stunning apartment! The host was thorough and sent us detailed instructions prior to arrival . He kindly responded to our queries in the middle of the night when we arrived. The apartment is in an excellent location- 3 mins walking distance from the metro station. Direct links to the airport and major attractions including Acropolis, Monastiraki and Syntagma square. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and came with everything including complimentary drinks and biscuits. The neighborhood was quite lovely with good selection of cafes within 5mins walk. We took the metro most of the time but my partner and I enjoyed walking 20-30mins to reach some of tourist sites. I wish I could give him a 100 stars to be honest. My time in Athens was more enjoyable because of this accommodation. Nothing. Loved everything!

Great time. - The location is perfect for a visitor to the center of town, to kolonaki neighborhood, likavitos hill, the national garden, and numerous embassies. The apartment was very clean and reasonably spacious. Olga was absolutely great, responsive and very generous when we had an unexpected delay during our visit. Top-notch! The only 'con': the apartment is on one of the largest boulevards in Athens, so during certain parts of the day there is considerable traffic noise. We were out during these periods, so it really wasn't a problem for us.

• Adrian (10/5): Lovely stay in spacious apartment in convenient location. - Lovely property. Clean. Good instructions. Full kitchen. Washing and drying facilities. Very short walk to station - only a few stops to Syntagma square. But also walked a few times. Extremely convenient for our conference at the Megaron. Easy to find food nearby. Be aware that it is downstairs so slightly below street level but has a little garden area in front. Also liked that it’s in a less crowded area compared to the center of the city. Is on main road so could be a bit noisy if you are sensitive to noise. It didn’t really bother us. We had no trouble sleeping.

The owner know hospitality and go to the small resolution like toothbrush orange juice and many more . Shape. I like the location many great restaurants around but it's abit out of the center.

The interior is stunning, with impeccable design and brand-new furniture that made the space feel both modern and cozy. The ambient lighting added a touch of elegance and made relaxing in the evenings a true pleasure. The kitchen and WC/shower are brand new as well, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It’s clear that every detail in this apartment has been carefully considered to ensure a top-notch guest experience. A special mention goes to the host—she is incredibly helpful, always available, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Her hospitality truly made this stay even better! I can’t recommend this apartment highly enough. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, clean and welcoming place in Athens, this is it. Definitely a 10-star experience!

• Alexander (10/5): A perfectly located and beautiful modern apartment. - The location of the property is excellent. Not only is located right between the Megaro Moussikis and Evangalismos metro stations on the blue line, right across the road from the apartment there is a stop for the X95 bus. Accessing the airport was therefore incredibly easy, as well as to the other lines. Other than this, the apartment is located near many squares with restaurants and cafes. The apartment itself was clean, beautiful, warmly decorated, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and very modern, the kitchen too. The host was excellent and done their absolute upmost to ensure the stay was as comfortable as possible. Next time I am in Athens, I will hope to stay again. Nothing.
