• CALOGERO (8/5): Quattro giorni indimenticabili! Torneremo. - Fondamentalmente tutto. La posizione, a piedi ed in poco tempo, arrivi ovunque, strade rinomate, monumenti, chiese ed attrazioni. E praticamente sotto casa, c'era l'imbarazzo della scelta tra bar pasticcerie, pizzerie, ristoranti, negozi alimentari. In casa, per fare colazione, potevi scegliere tra biscotti, fette biscottate, marmellate, macchina per il caffè e tante capsule. Ma, sinceramente, con tutte le pasticcerie sotto casa, abbiamo usato solo le capsule del caffè, la colazione la facevamo fuori. Sicuramente, quando torneremo a Napoli, ci ricorderemo di questa struttura. Come scritto in altre recensioni, ci sono delle cose migliorabili, per esempio la rete del divano letto, sarebbe da sostituire. Poi c'è la parte apribile a vasista, sopra la porta finestra della cucina, citata anche in altre recensioni, non si chiude. Purtroppo durante il nostro soggiorno ci sono stati un paio di giorni piovosi e freddini, e da quell'apertura, arrivava un bello spiffero. Sempre riguardo a giornate "freddine", il condizionetore/pompa di calore non è sufficente a scaldare tutta la casa. Anche il "toto-interruttori", sempre citato in altre recensioni, c'è ma non è importante.

• Veronica Alexe (8/5): - The owners were super nice. The apartment it's very well located, closed to a lot of restaurants, bars and touristic atractions. We've been in January and it was very cold. There is only 1 AC and couldn't heat all 3 rooms. There were some blankets in the closet, but they were a bit dirty and smelled bad. The furniture in the kitchen must be changed, it's in bad condition.

The location of the the apartment is in the historic centre, just a short walk from the main attractions and shopping area. Close to a metro station and the port, so exploring the city and further afield was very easy.

• Kerry (7/5): Perfect location for everything - The proprietor, Giacomo, was so very welcoming and helpful. He even surprised us with special sweet cakes part-way through the stay. The apartment is spacious and has refrigeration and cooking facilities, and a washing machine, which is very handy. The location is convenient for both the old town and the new, and equidistant from the central railway (close to metro, too) and the Port. Unfortunately we had issues with the shower, and Giacomo was quick to check it out, but it couldn't be repaired during our stay, and we couldn't use the bath as an alternative because there didn't appear to be a plug. This caused us to hold the shower head and make the most of limited waterflow. That was quite a limiting factor for the overall room score but certainly one that will be rectified. The good outweighs the inconvenient.
• Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Although our flight was late, Giak welcomed us at the gate and showed us through his apartment. Location was excellent, as the large, and very comfortable apartment is secure, close to many amenities, attractions, markets, and an easy walk to Garibaldi Station. Our stay was made even more memorable as everything you could imagine was catered for and Giak made us very welcome. As he lived close by, any small issue mentioned, and he was there quickly to attend. I would thoroughly recommend this stay, and it would be hard to find a better, nicer host. Thank you Giak. 10/10. Nothing to dislike.

It was also close to a supermarket and many cafes/restaurants. Having a lift in the building was very welcome and the pricing for our stay represented value for money.

They had thought of everything to make us comfortable and even had a vase of beautiful fresh tulips to brighten up the apartment. The hosts were very responsive for all of our questions and requests. The location of the apartment was excellent and in walking distance to many of the main sites.

• Jonathan (9/5): A quaint place in the perfect location to see all of Naples. Giacomo was a very welcoming host. - This is the most terrific location for seeing all of Naples. From taking public transport, to visiting Castel Santelmo, garribaldi plaza, and the port, it’s at a perfect walking distance to everything!!! The couch bed was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. There were some fireworks late at night and it isn’t in the best part of town. The shower doesn’t have a curtain for some reason, but it was still easy to shower.

• Terry (1/5): DON"T GO THERE - NOTHING I do not normally write reviews of properties that I have stayed but this place was a dump. Salvanna Centro Storico could only be described as a dump. This area in Pendino Naples is dirty and smells, the apartment has one window overlooking a courtyard that contains a dog that does not stop barking. The apartment furniture is old and the bed uncomfortable, some of the light fittings do not work, some of the crockery is chipped, the hot water unit constantly runs out of hot water and the two TV’s measure fourteen inches diagonal and only receive non English channels. My recommendation to Booking.com is to immediately drop this apartment from its program.

We would have enjoyed it more but had a family emergency and had to leave less than ten hours after we arrived but the host was very helpful in getting us to where we needed to be. • Ελενη (10/5): Exceptional - Great appartment in the centro storico. The metro station is 2 minutes on foot . Next to the appartement there is a supermarket and a grocery. There is also an elevator which is an advantage. The kitchen is well equiped. Great choice and a value for money! There is a light smell in the appartement probably because there is only one window in the kitchen and the bathroom does not have any window. But this is a small disadvantage comparing to all the advantages.

The kitchen is very well equiped, with everything you need and we appreciated the warm welcom with water and something for the breakfast :). There are 2 rooms, one with a double bed and another with a sofa, both pretty comfortable. Being in February, it was cold in the first night, but we heated with the AC and from the second day room temperature was fine. There is no window in the bedroom and there was a little bit of damp smell.

Near the Archeological Museum of Naples. Near Spaccanapoli. Near grocery store. The apartment had everything we needed. We could make our own coffee, sandwiches, heat up food. Has a washing machine. Very nice bathroom, kitchen, comfortable beds, good security. We felt very safe in the neighborhood. We liked the property very much and have no complaints.

Shower drain needs to be unblocked but everythin - The owners were very helpful and accommodating, there was a lift for the bags, which was helpful. Great space and clean The bathtub/shower was semi blocked so water could not drain quickly, therefore had to shower in your shower water and had to wash the tub after each shower to remove the excess soap/shampoo that did not drain.

My parents don't speak any languages, which they easily bridged, and they also received small help materials printed in Hungarian. :) The apartment is in a great location, absolutely central, and it was very clean. After coming home, they already talked about going back with the family.
