Le lit beaucoup trop petit ainsi que la literie. Le lit grince a chaques mouvements. Le prix était assez élevé pour une chambre très très petite. La vue de la chambre inexistante puisque la fenêtre donne sur la fenêtre d'en face.

• M Leon Miakhail (10/5): Location! Location! Location! - Close to multiple trams and buses. You can get anywhere quickly. I took the 397 bus from the airport and walked over to the hotel with big suitcases. Grocery store ( Albert Hejin) just crossing the street. Museumplien about 10 minutes walk The reception was helpful. Bag storage available for free. The rooms were on multiple levels with stairs going down and up. We lucked out with room 303 straight out the elevator. Carpets could be updated and the shower was slippery ( we used dollar store flip flops to prevent slipping in the shower stall)
• Sharon (9/5): Lovely hotel with a great location! - The location was wonderful. We were a short walk to the two museums we were planning to visit; the Van Gogh and the Rijks Museum. There were many options for restaurants in the area. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfasts were lovely. There was plenty of hot water with which to take a nice shower. The rooms are a little small for 3 people, we were travelling with our adult daughter. There needs to be some more attention to room amenities such as extra toliet tissue and shower gel/shampoo.

• Tracey (5/5): It was just ok - Good location. Easy to get taxi/Uber. Very friendly staff. Noise from room above. Loud walking etc late at night. Fortunately didn't last too long. I dropped an earring near the bed/corner of wall and noted while looking for it that it was pretty dirty along the baseboards. Could use a good vacuuming. I expected room to be small, but bathroom was tiny, especially the shower. Also with no shower door it was difficult to not get water all over bathroom since shower head haf to be pointed toward shower opening to avoid banging you head on a portion of the shower wall that jutted into the shower area.

Air conditioning in our room was dripping water on carpet which soaked wet. It was not fixed during 3 night stay. Very uncomfortable pillows - high elevation, stiff neck in morning. After 1st night switched to decorative pillow, that is not supposed for sleeping, but at least it was not painful neck in the morning.

• Euros (5/5): Disappointing outcome to what had high hopes from the Advert. - Location was good and the room itself was laid out well for a group of 3 individuals. Easy to get to and find plus close to tram stops and walk to the Leidseplein. The heating went off completely - we all had to sleep in our coats to keep warm. Breakfast was ok however it seemed very expensive for what it was (80 EURO in total). For three people that 26 EUR per person for a small buffet breakfast. I get Amsterdam/city prices but 26 EUR?
• Erin (9/5): Wonderful, will stay again when we are in Amsterdam! - Very comfortable bed, although it may not seem like it at first glance. We slept perfectly for 4 nights. We appreciated that we could open the windows for fresh air at night and we were not disturbed by sound as our room faced the back garden. The superior double was roomy and comfortable with extra chairs, a desk, luggage rack, slippers, and Nespresso machine which we enjoyed in the mornings. We were surprised by how easy it was to train and tram from Schiphol to the hotel; our flight arrived late and we were door to door in < 30mins. The hotel is located right next to an intersection with multiple tram lines as well as walking distance to Vondelpark and the museums, making it a perfect location if you want to be close but not IN the busiest parts of the city. No complaints, would stay again.

Situation géographique idéale, à moins de 10 minutes à pieds du centre d'Amsterdam, des musées. Chambre très confortable, excellente literie. 1 coffret capsules de café à disposition + petit frigo. Le manque d'insonorisation de la chambre de la coure, fenêtre fermée. Conversation bruyante entendue de 2 fumeurs à l'extérieur.

• TGF_Traveller (10/5): Best thing was the staff interaction. Everyone was amazing!!!!! - Staff and location were excellent. Loved the back garden patio. Best location for transport and being in the museum quarter. Not a hotel Issue. One night the construction next door had alarms go off at 5 and 6 am with work beginning at 7 with a huge crane and excessive demolition occurring. It would have been nice to have notification prior which I believe the hotel was not informed. Luckily I am an early bird but this was a bit too early😉

Tek kullanılmlık terlik bile odada mevcuttu.Otel pahalı markaların ve iyi restaurantların olduğu caddeye ve müzeler bölgesine çok yakındı. Merkez bölgesine yürüyerek 25 dakikada ulaşabildik. Sessiz, güvenli bir bölgeydi.
• Jörg (6/5): Unter dem Strich enttäuscht - Top Lage. Nett eingerichtet. Ein Empfangsmann war sehr nett, der andere recht unfreundlich. Winziger Fahrstuhl, sehr kleines Zimmer, unfreundlicher Empfang. Wir waren zum Königstag für 2 Nächte in Amsterdam. Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer mit 2 separaten Einzelbetten. Das war ideal für mich und meine Tochter. Die Betten waren sehr weich, so dass wir beide am nächsten Tag Rückenschmerzen hatten. Das schlimmste aber war, dass am Morgen nach dem Königstag, direkt vor unserem Dachfenster laute Stimmen vernehmen konnten. Und das war ca. 7:30 Uhr. Gegen 08:00 Uhr begannen sie dann mit recht lauten Arbeiten. Den Empfang darauf angesprochen, kam nur ein Achselzucken und die Bereitschaft uns ein anderes Zimmer zu geben. Das wären die Nachbarn und man könne nichts dafür.

• Cansu (10/5): - Annemle beraber üç gün boyunca buradaydık. Odanın genişliği, dışardan ses geçirmemesi benim için çok önemliydi çünkü daha önce Amsterdamda çok zorlanmıştım. Her yere çok yakındı iki tane tramvay durağının hemen önünde, sabah çıkıp Vondelparkta yürüyüş yapılabilecek yakınlıkta. İçerisindeki avluda da oturmak keyifliydi.

• Wendy (2/5): Find someplace else. - I liked the location and size of the hotel. Lovely courtyard. My room was the size of a closet with a window overlooking air shaft. Bathroom was not cleaned properly and front desk staff did not seem to care.

• Harrison (8/5): Overall great - definitely ask not to be on street level. - The property is in a great location, perfect for exploring Amsterdam on foot. The staff were honestly some of the best and most welcoming good energy hotel staff I’ve ever met - always checking I was okay and asking if I needed any help. I guess just luck of the draw, but my room was situated on street level on the main road. It wasn’t actually noisy at all - but as someone with asthma I like to sleep with the window open and I couldn’t do this. I also felt my privacy was minimal if I had the curtains drawn, so had no natural sunlight in the room.

• Jan (6/5): Gute einfache Unterkunft, um Amsterdam zu besuchen - Die Lage ist sehr gut, um fußläufig die Stadt zu erkunden. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr zuvorkommend und es war kein Problem das Gepäck auch vor bzw. nach dem Check-In dort zu verwahren. Leider gibt es neben dem Hotel eine große Baustelle und wir wurden ohne Vorwarnung um 7:30 Uhr von Bauarbeitern mit Kreissäge geweckt. Die Lüftung im Zimmer ist auch nicht wirklich vorhanden und mit geöffnetem Fenster sind die Straßenbahnen bzw. der Straßenlärm zu hören. Dazu muss man beim Duschen aufpassen, dass man nicht die ganze Bad-Einheit unter Wasser setzt, da die Trennwand der Dusche nur eine sehr kleinen Teil abdeckt.

• Fenna (7/5): Netjes, rustig en goed verblijf gehad. - De locatie, op loopafstand ben je zo in het Vondelpark en bij alle winkels. Er was geen afzuiging in de badkamer en kleinere kamer dan verwacht. Het bed stond tegen een schuin plafond, zorgt er voor dat het gezellig aanvoelt, alleen was er verder niet echt de ruimte om aan het einde van de dag met z'n tweeën op de kamer te zitten. En door het schuine plafond was er dus ook niet echt de mogelijkheid om op het bed te zitten en bijvoorbeeld TV te kijken.
