• Peerasak (7/5): best location good area but not cigarette smell - Very good location near by central Osaka and all the supermarket mini mart all around. restaurants and shopping is very near. very very very bad bad cigarette smell all over the room, really hate it. cannot get rid of it in two night. we bought a perfume spray but still cannot remove all the smelly cigarette smell. if come with family or young kid baby. not recommend.

The location was perfect—quiet and relaxing, yet still close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. It made getting around very easy without feeling like you were in a busy area. • yoonkyung (3/5): Dust and Towel Issues - It was convenient to move near Dotonbori. It was a little ambiguous because it was only a 19-minute walk to Namba Station. It was nice to have a family mart on the first floor of the building. The ceiling air conditioner and the dust on the windows and curtains were very serious. When I lie down on the bed, I see the ceiling air conditioner right away, and I wondered if the manager was interested in cleanliness. In addition, 5 people stayed for 4 nights, 4 large towels and 4 small towels, so I inquired, but I did not receive a reply. After purchasing a towel from a nearby mart, I washed and used the towel every day with a washing machine, but the towel did not dry, so I used a wet one. If you are a guest who values cleanliness, I do not recommend this place.

• SUSAN IRENE (9/5): Our room was OVERALL, GREAT, and we wouldn’t mind coming back for future Osaka trips; THANK YOU SO MUCH to our host!🙂👏🏻👌 - Getting to the property from the airport was easy by airport bus and a short walk to the property. By train, the property is 2 blocks down and 2 blocks to the left (about 4-6 minute walk). It is walkable to Dotonbori, Shin Sai Bashi, Kuromon Market and Namba. The key in the key lock case was easy to access. The 50-sqm DELUXE FAMILY ROOM was on the 5/F accessible with a lift. The room was well lit, with good air conditioning (heater for winter) and was spacious for a family of 4 adults (compared with other places we’ve tried). VERY neat and tidy (except for some dust under the beds). The beds (2 singles in the main living area) and 4 futons in the tatami room were very comfortable (but the pillows were not the best). The microwave and refrigerator were helpful for our morning and evening snacks (we took most meals outside). The kitchen had basic cookware (for those who want to do minor cooking = except frying, as advised by owner), dishes, glasses, and mugs. The dining table was serviceable and the host provided disposable plates, cups, and chopsticks, too. The sink, toilet and bath area are all inside a separate area behind a sliding door. The water pressure and heat adjustment was great. The washing machine is always a plus for stays more than a few days. There was a drying clothes hanger with wheel base and a table inside, too. Unlike all other places we’ve tried with just 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per guest, the host provided us with 2 sets each! (This made it easier for us to launder the 1st set while using the 2nd). There was ample hand tissue and toilet tissue available, too. The Family Mart on the 1st floor next to the main entrance is a plus! There are a lot of supermarkets nearby and many restaurants (Japanese, Korean, Indian, etc.) Teishokudo Kongoseki is a nearby walk from the property where we tasted one of the best curry among the many we tried around Japan! We had difficulty with the pillows which were rather hard instead of fluffy. (This is an important item for our family, really.) We tried requesting for more pillows, but it wasn’t possible. A vacuum would be appreciated to do some spot cleaning especially if staying longer days. Most places we have tried have separate rooms for the toilet and bathroom stall, which eliminates wait time, especially when everyone is getting ready for the day out. It would have been even greater if there was some sort of divider between the sink-toilet area and the bathroom area for more convenience. Initially, there was no clothes iron and board. The mirror above the sink is the only one available. There are limited electrical outlets in the living room area, and none in the tatami room, which posed a problem for charging gadgets (but our host was VERY RESPONSIVE and was able to send us an iron and board, a table-top mirror, a multi-plug extension cord, and liquid hand soap refills the next day. Although, for future tenants, it would help if there were an additional body-length mirror placed in the common area (wall-mounted in the shared living area or floor stand or one above the shoe cabinet at the foyer?). There was no dryer function in the bathroom stall for laundry. But the mobile clothes hanger positioned under the ceiling heater vents helped dry the clothes overnight (or 2 nights for thicker clothes). Maybe 2 of the clothes racks and more hangers would be helpful. The bathroom drain was clogged up on our first day; we had to clean up the guck in the strainer net. It would be nice if the staff changed the drain net before new tenants arrive.

The Family Mart below is a great convenience and there nearby train station makes getting around so easy. The kitchen is not as well stocked as we would have liked. We requested glasses which were delivered promptly, however, we purchased cutlery as there were only spoons provided. Instructions on what to do with our rubbish/recycling would have been good. After 5 days we had quite a bit to dispose of but we kept everything in the apartment.

• Ling-Yu (10/5): - 空間非常大、地點很好，在地鐵長堀橋站靠6號出口（沒電梯），有行李時走遠一點點走有電梯的5號出口，附近有24小時超市，樓下就是全家便利店，心齋橋、道頓堀走路10幾分鐘可到，有洗衣機每天可洗（洗衣精附不多，最好要自備），衣服吊在廁所隔天就會乾，美中不足是沒浴缸、隔音待加強，好險我們不怕吵（聽的到隔壁房走路聲、白天打掃聲，如怕吵的要慎選），入住很簡單，會寄封mail告知鑰匙密碼、房號，鑰匙盒就在門口，密碼打開拿了鑰匙就能進去。下次再來還是會選擇這裡，地點、機能太方便了。

• Wakana (2/5): - 歩いてすぐに飲み屋街があり、立地がいい。 壁が薄く隣の部屋の人の声が聞こえる。 シャンプーが補充されていない。 タオルの枚数が足りない。 床が汚い。

• Ori (10/5): - התארחנו בדירה במשך מספר ימים והחוויה הייתה נהדרת. המיקום פשוט מצוין – בלב העניינים, עם גישה נוחה לתחבורה ציבורית, מסעדות, חנויות ואתרי תיירות מרכזיים. הדירה עצמה מרווחת ונעימה מאוד, הרבה יותר גדולה ממה שציפינו, מה שהפך את השהות שלנו לנוחה במיוחד. היא הייתה נקייה, מסודרת ומאובזרת בכל מה שצריך לשהות קצרה או ארוכה. מומלץ בחום, בהחלט נשקול לחזור בעתיד!

• Alejandro (10/5): Overall, our stay was amazing and we would rent this place again next time if it was available. - The apartment was very spacious and had plenty of amenities. Pretty good area to be able to explore and be in the middle of a residential district. The property was a little farther away from the station. It was a little bit of a walk but overall not that bad.
• Zena (10/5): - It was much larger than expected and very comfortable, check in was very simple and the location was easy to find. The host was very responsive and kind, and the rooms were great. The washing machine was a nice touch. The apartment was super clean and felt safe. I hardly even noticed the other people staying there. The location was so convenient and close to anything we needed. Thanks so much! nothing! It was perfect

• Akiyo (2/5): 大失敗 - お風呂が無くて、残念でしたが、シャワーの出は、よく、温まる事ができた。 掃除がされてない。 前に、使った方のスリッパがベットの下に入りっぱなし。 布団、枕が臭い。綿埃も、出てた。 洗面台の片方が、詰まり気味で、流れにくく、洗濯機の排水台から、水が漏れていた。 このままに、しておいたら、水漏れを起こすのでは、無いかと、心配に、なった。 なので、片方は、使わなかった。 床が汚いのに、スリッパが、4人の所、二足しか無かった。 隣の部屋の男の団体が、夜中の12:30頃大声で、話す声と、物音と靴の音で起こされ、再び2：30頃またもや、大勢の話し声と、靴音で、起こされ、眠る事ができなかった。隣の壁と、床の材質が悪く、筒抜け。 申し込みの時は、ホテルとあったが、現地に着いたら、民泊と書いてあった。 担当者も居らず、留守電ばかりで、話しが上手く伝わらず、何だか、詐欺にあった様な気がした。 とにかく、汚い、臭い、不衛生だった。

• KAWAMURA (7/5): 大変だったのは音のことくらいです。 - 価格が安く、ペットと一緒に泊まれるところ。 壁が薄く、深夜になったても隣室の話し声で眠れなかった。1時くらいだったか反対側の部屋の方か誰かが大きな声で叱責したようで、その後はおさまり休めました。価格が安い割に立地も良く、部屋も広いので仕方がない部分はありますが、そのような場合にホストをとおして注意してもらいやすいシステムがあると良いと思いました。
