Mirela (2/5): Not at all to our expectations due to the mould smell and low cleanliness - Very bad mould smell and poor cleanliness. Total lack of soap. Poor quality toilet paper and not enough for our stay.The booking pictures and description are very far from the reality and also the price we paid. For the same price we could have stayed in a hotel with breakfast included, clean and toilet and soap supplies provided.

Bacot (4/5): Disappointing - It was equipped with a kitchen and bathroom and bedroom. The patio was nice in theory The bathroom was overrun by ants. The power was out for over 12+ hours. There were no eating utensils in the apartment. I didn’t like that the address of the apartment isn’t listed here. Only the place to pickup the keys. The actual apartment is four floors up in a whole different building on another street. The owner seemed cagey about giving me an invoice. The listed pictures are from all apartments from the host— not just this apartment.

Albert (9/5): Amazing apartment with 5 star service near a shopping mall! - The Picasso Suites are a hidden gem on Booking.com! For an unbeatable price, you can stay close to the Splau Shopping Center, a modern mall with plenty of stores and restaurants. The apartment (Atico 1) is fully equipped with everything you need: a lovely rooftop terrace, a great shower, fresh towels, air conditioning, a dishwasher, kettle, fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, smart TV, and plenty of conveniently placed power outlets. What truly sets this place apart is the 5-star service provided by Karolina. She is an exceptionally caring and professional host who goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. She not only delivers on her promises but also follows up to make sure everything is perfect. I used this apartment as a temporary home while transitioning to a permanent residence in Barcelona for work. Finding an apartment was challenging, but Karolina made the process much easier by helping me extend my stay and even offering advice on the best neighborhoods to live in. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! It isn’t the most beautiful area of Cornella, but it has its charms. You will learn to love it.
Dragica (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was so beautiful and close to everything. We had a really nice stay and our host was so accessibleand helped us with all our questions even suggested bars and restaurants for us to go to. Metro and buses are so close less than 5 minutes away. You can go to any part of the city with them. All in all we suggest these apartmants to everyone and we will come back here if we are ever in Barcelona again.
Nancy (7/5): Good - The beds were okay. It was easy to get in and out. I didn't know where to throw the trash out till after I left. A little far from everything. It was a bit small. No fans in the Property. A lot of noise from neighbors almost impossible to sleep. For the price I expected more and nothing like the pictures
