• Øydis (6/5): Leiligheten i seg selv er fin, og bassengområdet er både rent og innbydende. Kjøpte selv fire vinglass ettersom det ikke - Super beliggenhet, rent, og en imøtekommende vert. Hårføner virket ikke, og på terrassen var det kun to stoler. Krakker på kjøkkenet var og dårlige, og løsnet / gikk fra hverandre når man satt på dem. Kjøkkenglass- ingen like, og ikke vinglass (kjøpte dette selv og lot dem stå igjen).

• Rune Stian (7/5): Har bodd på montecarlo 9 ganger. Så er et kompleks som vi trives i. Håper det blir gjort noen enkle oppgraderinger! - Sentralt og føltes trygt! Verten var snar å svare og var hyggelig. Veldig triveli poolbar, der driveren av baren er meget imøtekommende og gjestri av seg. Kommer gjerne tilbake til komplekset. Generelt lav standard på leilighetene. Gamle møbler og sengene kunne hvert oppgradert. Utstyrsnivået er ganske så enkelt. Kokeplater var veldig trege og stekepannen var oppripet. . Noen leiligheter har blitt oppussett og fremstår i adskillig bedre stand. Savnet solseng på terassen.

• Nikolay (4/5): - Close to shops, restaurants and beach In 23 days, we got it clean only twice. To noisy because of the night clubs just in front. Around 30 stears to climb every day with baby and pram
• Tim (2/5): Wouldn’t stay here again even if they paid me - Probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed in 20 years of travelling abroad Foul smell in the apartment, in very poor maintenance with doors not opening/closing correctly, appliances that don’t work and no air conditioning. Woken up two mornings at 8:30 to sound of drilling, water turned off for a few hours with no notice. Had to buy ear plugs to go to sleep at night from sound of the nearby bars. They don’t clean your room or replace towels drop in toilet roll without an additional charge either. Apartment very dated with plaster falling off the walls on the balcony, uncomfortable beds Only positive thing to say was the guy that met us with the keys was very nice.

• Grace (1/5): Absolutely nasty - Absolutely nothing it was a terrible experience on arrival The apartment was the worst shock of my life on arrival door wouldn't even open was smashed up taped glued together walls were smashed broken lights broken hanging off walls floor broken filthy dirty bed sheets not changed from previous tenants definitely not as sweaty marks brown stains on them dust on shelfs microwave so bad I wouldn't dream of using it sliding doors broken smashed taped up balcony in bits broken walls and all it was so bad I didn't even stay I left I do not recommend this place unless they revamp big time I'm not fussy but this was a shocking disgrace even the man that I called when complaining stated he wouldn't even stay there it was horrendous the smell In the apartment was so bad it was making me vomit
