• Leonie (8/5): Gutes Appartement in zentraler Lage - Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral und ist recht geräumig. Unser Schlafzimmer mit Doppel- und Einzelbett war ein eigener, von der Küche getrennter, Raum. Der Balkon war groß und es gab einen Wäscheständer. Die Küche war okay ausgestattet und es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe und man kann in ein paar Minuten zur Promenade laufen. Leider hat das WLAN nicht funktioniert und auch nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Besitzer könnte das Problem nicht gelöst werden, sodass wir knapp eine Woche kein WLAN in der Unterkunft hatten. Zudem waren die Handtücher nicht sauber und es gab für 6 Tage nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, wir haben auf Nachfrage mehr erhalten. Der Duschvorhang ist angeschimmelt und die Toilette steht praktisch in der Dusche; bei Ankunft stand außerdem noch das Wischequipment in der Dusche.

• Sarah (8/5): - Ordentliche Wohnung, sauber und gemütlich, Parkplatz vorhanden, auch wenn die Wohnung etwas schwer zu finden ist (Google maps) Super Lage, großer Balkon Rollo vorhanden, gemütliches Bett
• Fjoralba (10/5): - The apartment was very cozy. From the moment you walk in, it feels like home. It had everything a family needs, we were 3 people and the space was more than enough, but it would also be very comfortable for 4. The balcony was small but pleasant, perfect for relaxing after a shower and the beach. Very close to the port and to the beaches we wanted to visit. I truly enjoyed everything. :)

• Marieke (5/5): Fijn door de locatie maar niet comfortabel. - Top locatie, dichtbij het strand en de haven. Personeel was vriendelijk. Prijzig voor een appartement met redelijk veel mankementen. Geen pannen, weinig keuken gerei, niet werkende plafond lamp, kapot droog rek en een wasmachine die kapot klonk te gaan terwijl hij draaide. Daarnaast was de badkamer niet super schoon, geen handzeep en stonden de schoonmaak artikelen nog verspreid door het appartement.

• amarildo (10/5): - I stayed four nights at New Portside Apartments in Sarandë and overall it was a positive experience. The apartment is modern, freshly renovated, and impeccably clean. It felt comfortable and functional, with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony offering quiet views over the city The location is excellent—only a short walk from the main beach, port, restaurants, shops, and the ferry terminal. It’s highly praised by other guests, with comments such as “Very good location. Near beaches … port of Saranda … Clean and comfy. Very helpful host,” and “Apartment is very good. It is close to centre. It is quiet despite of having live streets behind the corner” . The host was attentive and prompt via WhatsApp—communication was clear and any questions were handled quickly, as other guests have remarked on the helpfulness of the host I will comeback for sure !!!

• Daniel (7/5): Good - Nice apartment close to the city port, has some equipment to cook food, a washing machine and a drying rack. It has a small balcony, and it was fairly clean. The host was very helpful, and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. The shower is very small, especially because the shower curtain sticks to you. The bathroom also smelled like sewage from time to time. It comes and goes. Some information about how to use the facilities of the apartment or a "welcome guide" would have been great. We didn't know the wifi code, how to turn hot water on for the shower or how to use the washing machine. We had to ask the host every time. I think a printed guide on the apartment would help a lot with this.

• Yurii (9/5): We enjoyed our stay there and whould like to get back again - We lived there 2 weeks and I loved it. Convenient apartment with fresh repair. A lot of small useful things in a kitchen. Not far from city center and several beaches. It situated in local district with tiny local shops. It was cute and cheaper to buy some food. Quit small bathroom.
