• Lemaa (4/5): - Las instalaciones están en buen estado. Desayuno riquísimo. Las camas super cómodas y bien equipadas. No cumplen con las reglas que proponen. Una de las reglas es que hay que respetar el horario de descanso que es de 23 a 7 y está la gente y los empleados molestando y meta joda hasta las 2/3 de la mañana... Tuvimos un viaje de 20 horas para llegar y no pudimos descansar en toda la estancia, nos fuimos antes por ese motivo, estábamos de vacaciones y no pudimos disfrutar xq estábamos re cansados y sin ganas de nada. Los findes estalla de gente y la cocina/comedor no da abasto para la cantidad de gente que aceptan. Los "lockers" son bastante fantasmas te dan candadito para que no te saquen las cosas, pero el mueble no tiene fondo, osea, te corren el mueble y te roban si quieren. No tiene mucho sentido la verdad... No limpian regularmente los baños, estuvimos 3 días y todo un asco, las toallas sucias, calzones tirados ( que los que trabajan ahi deberían reclamar a los clientes el orden y el respeto al otro) el piso todo sucio y una araña muerta ahí que nos acompaño toda la estadia, al igual que el calzon. Estaría bueno que los "voluntarios" dejen de pelotudiar y estar de joda tomando alcohol y se pongan un poco más serios. Ya que para la joda se re prenden, pero para laburar no mucho. Hablamos con el dueño y charlamos estos temas y re educado. Pero estaría bueno que ponga más límites y que haga visitas al lugar para ver qué este todo en orden, sobre todo a la noche.

• Denise (8/5): Tolles Hostel für einen Aufenthalt in Bariloche - Super nette Gastgeber und generell total entspannte Atmosphäre dort, haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt! Zimmer waren klein aber fein und das Internet hat gut funktioniert. zum Frühstück gab es nach den Erfahrungen, die wir bisher in Argentinien machen durften, sogar eine große Auswahl (Müsli, Brot mit Aufstrichen und Rührei) das fanden wir klasse :) Da die Zimmer recht klein sind, wäre es super, wenn man an den Wänden vielleicht wenigstens 1-2 Regale oder Haken zum Aufhängen anbringen könnte. So als kleine Idee :)

El desayuno es muy completo, tienen pan casero que es mejor que el comprado. La habitación estaba bien de espacio y era cómoda. Tiene varios baños y son amplios. La ubicación es muy buena, estás cerca de playa bonita y de unos bares que están enfrente a esa playa.

• Penzotti (4/5): - Parecía lindo Lamentablemente no pude hospedarme, llegué el día anterior fui a hacer un refugio, bajé a las 18hs y me habían enviado un mensaje a las 12hs si iba a hospedarme, al no tener señal dieron por asentado que no iba por lo cual al bajar del refugio me habían dado de baja la reserva un fin de semana largo. Agustin intentó ayudarme a buscar otro hostel con buena predisposición pero más allá de eso, la primer a vez q me dan de baja una reserva, al igual que raramente me dijeron q intentaron cobrarme con la tarjeta que puse de reserva y les rebotó el pago.

• Maria (7/5): A hostel to make friends and have a good time - The hostel was very friendly. Although the check in was at 4 pm,I explained that I was arriving very early and they offered to go to the hostel and leave my bags and have a coffee if I wanted. The reception was very warm and the hostel worked well. I am a yoga teacher and they facilitates space to practice some yoga which was a lot of fun, The shower leaked a little.

• novet (7/5): Acorde al precio, no me dejaron dormir - La ubicacion y la onda de los chicos encargados Tienen una norma que desde las 23 pm a las 9 am no se puede hacer ruido. Me quedé dos noches, la segunda noche me pude dormir a las 2 a.m. recién, ya que unos desubicados no paraban de gritas y reírse como si fueran las 5 de la tarde y como si fuera un bar o una cancha en vez de un hostel. El hostel tiene la culpa ? SI porque ninguno de los encargados del lugar los fue a callar. Recién a las 2 am lo hicieron . Si no fuera por eso hubiera estado todo bien

El staff está súper disponible para ayudarte a armar paseos, horarios de colectivo, dónde comprar, etc. A 400mts hay un pequeño mercado. Me dejaron entrar más temprano y cuidaron mis cosas el último día. Gracias! Reposición de elementos comunes como jabón, papel, etc.

Le personnel et les propriétaires sont tellement sympathiques, toujours là pour t'aider. Pleins de repas partagés les soirs, la gang d'Alaska c'est vraiment une belle communauté! 🫶🏼

• Milagro (8/5): - La ubicación es exepcional y la atención tan humana y familiar de los chicos es lo más hermoso de estar en el hostel, super atentos y la limpieza del lugar todos los días! Me llevo una hermosa experiencia y sin duda volveria. Tiene que ver más con los usos diarios y el desgaste de todos los días. Los sofas del living estaban muy desgastados a igual que el colchón que me toco, los bancos estaban desnivelados y un poco roto por el uso.

Demasiada bulla a partir de las 11 pm hasta más de la 1am, y lo hacen fuera justamente de los cuartos no se puede dormir, deberían hacer un espacio para ese tipo de actividades lejos de las habitaciones. Los lockers malogrados no se pudieron guardar las cosas, lo que me dió inseguridad.
• Lobo (4/5): No entiendo cómo tiene "FABULOSO" en Booking. - Lps chicos que atienden, atentos y amables La habitación era una catacumba. No se respetaba el horario de silencio a la noche. Gente hablando a los gritos hasta medianoche en un edificio de madera en el que se escucha todo literalmente TODO. El desayuno era básicamente pan con dulces y huevos revueltos. La única fruta eran unas naranjas casi son jugo.

• Ryan (8/5): Friendly and relaxed social hostel in a quiet neighborhood. - This is a good hostel with an amazing staff. The beds are comfortable, the rooms have heaters, the showers have good hot water, the free daily breakfast is very nice, and the kitchen/eating area is a wonderful place to linger at breakfast or a late dinner talking with other guests. It is easy to access from the city buses and easy to reach other attractions around Bariloche. The neighborhood is super quiet. The friendly, helpful staff/owners are top notch. One of my best hostel stays ever. I almost left after my first day, because all of the lockers in the dorm room had broken latches and there was no way to lock my stuff up when I wasn't in the hostel. The latches on the bathroom doors are also in very poor condition so it's not that easy to keep the door closed when you're inside. The benches in the kitchen are also very wobbly, so any time someone sits down or gets up, everything moves. It would be great to see Alaska make these basic repairs.

• Jan (9/5): Superb - Have stayed for 2 nights to rest after long patagonian journey. This place is really awesome! Not only it looks cool and have good vibes thanks to always welcoming staff, but for the price of 11k ARS you get a really cozy room, well equipped kitchen and fantastic breakfast! Had a great time in here and can only recommend. Sometimes cats are present in the kitchen. Also you can hear people chatting next door.

The breakfast was also great with bread they are making the day before! Highly recommended!! It was a bit hard to find but we got used to the location

• Zoë (10/5): Family feel - Felt like a family in the hostel, it was low season so very quiet, but everyone was super friendly and the staff even made pizza for everyone one night!! One of my favourite hostels in South America (along with Corner hostel in Puerto Natales!!)
• Carina (7/5): It's okay - The beds are super comfortable, breakfast is basic but nice and includes fresh bread, shower is warm and powerful, good value for money if you pay in cash. It's okay for a night or two but we probably wouldn't return. There was no staff at reception to meet us when we arrived, we just got sent a WhatsApp message and had to walk through the social area and find the room ourselves. They had let the previous travellers leave their bags in the lockers so we weren't able to use them for the first night which we thought was strange and unfair. The bathroom door doesn't lock. Location is quite far away from everything and no big supermarkets nearby. Staff don't respect the 11pm quiet time - we had to knock on the wall twice to make them turn the TV down because the room is right next to the social space (some rooms are downstairs so this may not be a problem).
