Estuvimos dos días bastante agusto El estado de algunos muebles bastante deteriorados, alguna persiana no funcionaba, nos encontramos ropa sucia en un cajón de otros inquilinos.

• Michy (8/5): - Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole a Valencia: una città vivace, accogliente e perfetta per qualche giorno di relax e scoperta. Il centro storico è affascinante, con stradine piene di vita, locali tipici e tanta atmosfera. Una delle tappe imperdibili è sicuramente la City of Arts and Sciences, un complesso futuristico spettacolare. Mi è piaciuto molto anche passeggiare nei Turia Gardens, un enorme parco verde ricavato da un vecchio letto del fiume, perfetto per camminare o andare in bicicletta. La zona di Malvarrosa Beach ha una spiaggia lunga e molto larga ideale per gioco e relax. Nel complesso, un’esperienza molto positiva: buona cucina, clima piacevole e tante cose da vedere. Consigliatissima per un viaggio tra cultura e mare.

• Sascha (7/5): - Gute Lage und Größe. Möbel sehr billig und ramponiert. Viel dreck insbesondere im Kinder Hochbett. Mehrere Kinderbücher und andere Gegenstände lagen noch hinter dem Bett. Bluse und Hose von einem Vorgänger waren noch im Schrank.

• Jakub (8/5): Udany tygodniowy pobyt. Wróciliśmy zadowoleni - Bliskość plaży, bliskość przystanków autobusowych. W okolicy restauracje, kawiarnie, sklep spożywczy. Mieszkanie przestronne z tarasem. Na zewnątrz plac zabaw z zamkniętym terenem. Dostęp do pralki. Wygodne łóżka. Dobre wyposażenie kuchni.. Były dostępne kapsułki do kawy, kostki do zmywarki. Mieliśmy możliwość szybszego zameldowania Czystość - górne szafki, okap w kuchni do dokładniejszego czyszczenia, ale może się czepiam :)

Las mantas, sábanas y almohadas estaban sucias, con manchas y olor a usado. Encontrar una pestaña postiza pegada en una manta fue el colmo; una absoluta falta de higiene y respeto hacia los huéspedes.

• G. Glez (10/5): - Todo perfecto! La persona a cargo ha estado muy pendiente de nosotros, respondió todas nuestras dudas muy rápido y de forma muy amable. El piso muy cómodo y con muy buen gusto. Menaje de cocina completo. Cafetera, sandwichera, microondas.. .de todo. El conjunto residencial espectacular. La piscina abre hasta las 22. Hay plaza de garaje. La playa está literal a 5 minutos andando. En verdad que todo tal cual se describe y muy cómodo. Las instrucciones para la entrada muy claras. Un detalle a mejorar es la limpieza. Sobre todo de la cocina.

• Markos (10/5): Increible - Sitio agradable con todo tipo de detalles. Dos neveras, una increible terraza y todas las comodidades del hogar. Eramos un grupo de 4 personas y solo disponiamos de una llave. Se hacia complicado llegar a diferentes horarios a la casa.

• Pedro (9/5): Good option to walk to the beach and to reach Valencia center in 15 mins by car - 5 mins walking distance to Platja de la Patacona. 15 mins by car to Valencia city center. General cleaning of apartment could be better, specially the kitchen.

• M (7/5): Good - Main bedroom comfortable beds Close to beach Arraival was complicated although owners make some pictures still getting through main door without concierge and finding the building was a challenge around 8pm when we arrove. It's a relatively big complex. Maybe at day light it's easier. Kids beds were super packed . Not enough space to sleep. I would say it's ideal for kids max for 7-8 years old. Kitchen appliances are super old. No toast. Kids running till very late at common areas

• Neveen (7/5): In general we enjoyed our stay! - Easy access to the pool and near the beach The balcony was nice with a view to the pool The staff around the compound were nice and helpful especially the one on the main door. The apartment was not clean at all, it was covered with dust and hair everywhere The kitchen was filthy, the plates and cutleries were stored in the cupboard with food on them, they were not washed. We tried to clean as much as we can. We came on vacation not to clean and do housework. We washed all the plates and cutleries that we needed to use. The dishwasher was stinky and mold. It smelled so bad, that we couldn’t use. The blankets in the wardrobe were dusty with stains

• Ellie (10/5): Lovely apartment, close to the beach with a lovely pool as well - The apartment was super comfortable, spacious, the hosts had even left some little treats for us which was great! The balcony is great for sitting out on as well. Facilities are great, pool etc, and it's right near the beach :) the hosts were so helpful and responded really quickly The only thing to bear in mind is that it's not near a metro, you either have to get a bus or a cab into central Valencia. This was only an issue for us as we were running the marathon so it was hard to get into central on the day, otherwise it would be fine!

• Amanda (10/5): Fabulous apartment - The apartment was very well equipped if you want to cook a meal. ( I didn’t). Good quality towels and bedding, comfy beds. Security was very good too. Pool was super clean and not busy. It’s not a holiday complex, it’s residential but was still very nice. Near buses to Valencia and supermarket 10 min walk. Highly recommend Written information would be useful for restaurant recommendations and surrounding area.
