You must also get new beds as we didn’t sleep the two nights. It was like sleeping on metal. Room 9. My sister had Room 4 and there was no water in the sink and also worn out pillows. I would never stay here again. New bed and pillows require. It was sleeping on metal. We were up the entire two nights. It was awful.

• Kung YING YING (8/5): - 床大好睡 房東若能再把到達資料講更清楚一點會更好(省話一哥)。我們整個搞錯火車站，我們是在TERMINI下車， 但民宿距另一個小火車站近, 我們不知怎銜接， 其實在火車站迷途三小時才到民宿。 他並沒有告訴我們TERMINI車站的外面就有H的BUS車可以到達. 只是說TRAM 8. (TERMINI外面就是BUS 8/BUS H)可以到民宿前50M/100M) TRAM 跟BUS 會讓觀光客覺得是不一樣東西。 當天預約的羅馬競技場的門票就已經來不及看了， 浪費了， 變成隔天再買一張票。到達時打開衣櫥門掉下一扇， 浴室沒熱水。蓮蓬頭沒釘好，晃來晃去。 雖然說隔天有打掃，加修理好。還是覺得感受不好。

• Guest (6/5): Ciekawe połączenie porządnego hotelu i zniszczonego hostelu - Bardzo, bardzo miła obsługa - zarówno pokojówki, jak i kierownik obiektu. To dla mnie było naprawdę ważne, zwłaszcza że zaistniały problemy podczas meldowania się. OK lokalizacja. Pokojówki sprzątają pokój codziennie i regularnie dają możliwość wymiany ręczników. Łazienka dosyć czysta, ręczniki i pościel też, pokój ogólnie też. Przed przyjazdem dostałem bardzo jasne instrukcje wejścia do obiektu. Klimatyzacja działała zarówno w celu schłodzenia jak i ogrzania pokoju. Pod prysznicem był szampon do włosów. W budynku jest winda. Internet dobrze działał. Procedura meldowania się wymaga przesłania przez internet zdjęć dokumentów gości - bardzo mi się to nie podobało, ponieważ to jest niebezpieczne. Dużo bardziej wolałbym pokazać dokument na miejscu. Na szczęście można było zasłonić dużą część informacji na dokumencie. Druga rzecz to cienkie ściany i drzwi - osoby z innych pokoi było słychać bardzo dobrze. Okno również cienkie, przez co w pokoju nocą było zimno (przy 10 stopniach na dworze). Jako kołdrę dostajemy po prostu drugie prześcieradło oraz koc (u mnie to nie działało, bo w nocy koc nieświadomie zrzucałem na podłogę). To typowo włoska konfiguracja, ale ona zdecydowanie nie odpowiada moim potrzebom na zimne noce. Prysznic działał tak sobie i część była zniszczona. W łazience nie było mydła ani nawet dozownika na mydło (lub był, ale był nieużywalny - mówię to, bo stała jakaś buteleczka i nie mamy pojęcia do czego służyła). Podłoga w przedpokoju i kuchni mocno zniszczona i w ogóle czuć było tam zapach wilgoci - bardzo (w pokoju na szczęście nie). Stół w kuchni też był mocno zniszczony. Żeby użyć mikrofalówki, trzeba było odłączyć z prądu czajnik i podłączyć mikrofalówkę; to wszystko z użyciem listwy, która odklejała się od ściany, czyniąc zniszczenia.

• Daina (5/5): Very basic accommodation but good value for Rome - The location was great - close to public transport (tram and several bus stops) and with a few nice cafés nearby. The hosts were responsive and communicative, and overall, it offered decent value for money. We had requested two separate beds but received one, so we spent the first night sharing a bed. The room with a balcony was very noisy at night due to nearby traffic and cafés, making it hard to sleep. The balcony had a shared space with another room and the balcony door/windows couldn’t be properly closed, which made us wary of leaving anything remotely valuable in the room. The shower head holder was broken. Also we were not able to pull the blinds down more than 40 cm. In addition to that the walls seemed to be paper thing as we heard talking, coughing and TV from nearby apartments/ rooms. Overall, the space felt more like basic student accommodation but just for sleeping it was enough. In addition to that, we were asked to send our IDs via Whatsapp before the stay which is a major red flag and a GDPR issue, but apparently a common occurrence in Italy.
• aprs3 (8/5): Soggiorno di una notte a Roma - Il check in che può essere fatto in autonomia è molto comodo. Ottima stanza per brevi soggiorni. La posizione è ottima dalla stazione Roma Trastevere. L'insonorizzazione delle camera non è molto buona, si sentono entrare le persone nel piano dove ci sono tutte le camere e lo scorrere dell'acqua dei rubinetti delle altre camere o piani superiori. La posizione non è buona se si vuole andare alla metro (Piramide)

• Marco (7/5): Bene ma stanza molto poco insonorizzata - Posizione ottima vicino alla stazione del treno di Trastevere. La stanza è carina e pulita. Host molto disponile via telefono. La stanza 6 ha un problema di isolamento acustico notevole: si sentono i vicini parlare nelle loro stanze, anche se parlano a voce non alta, e si sentono benissimo tutte le sirene dei mezzi che passano da Via di Trastevere e il rumore che viene dalla strada. Se uno si deve alzare presto non è l'ideale. C'è una valutazione di impatto acustico all'ingresso del b&b, cosa che di solito non si vede ma si capisce perché è stata fatta. Anche il caffè di benvenuto non era un granché.

• Latouf (1/5): Do you're homework, read the reviews. - The air-conditioning finally worked, and the small TV worked. There wasn't any help, and help was needed! Helpbwas in the form of a chat in WhatsApp. We decided to leave after the first night and lose our money on the remaining night. The common area (kitchen) was sad, especially compared to the other side's kitchen which we weren't allowed to access.

• Guest (5/5): - La habitación está en una muy buena zona la verdad, tienes la estación de tren principal a 20min, el coliseo y esas cosas a 15min y el aeropuerto un tren que llegas en 30min, lo mejor es la zona pero la habitación le doy un 5, la cama super incomoda, los enchufes tenías que estar pendiente por qué a veces dejaban de cargar, no tenía agua caliente, y tampoco tenía ni un solo espejo en todo el cuarto y la luz se forzaba muchísimo solo por conectar una plancha de ropa, en resumen ubicando muy buena y todo muy limpio la verdad pero hay cosas como los enchufes, agua caliente, la cama y un espejo que son cosas demasiado básicas y no estaban en condiciones o simplemente no había

• Lily (9/5): Spacious and clean apartment surrounded by lots of public transport options! - Property was very clean, bright and spacious. There was even house keeping which is great for the affordable price, and the elevator was also a plus with our large suitcases. It was easy to check in and get in and out of the apartment complex. Although it’s a little further away from the main shops and restaurants of Trastevere, it is conveniently surrounded by a variety of public transport options that make getting to anywhere in Rome super easy. The staff were also very accomodating and prompt at answering any messages. We had a great stay! The bed was quite uncomfortable which isn’t ideal after long days of walking and exploring the city

• maria (8/5): Had a comfortable stay in the hotel. It was clean and room was the right size for two persons. - Just a few steps from Trastevere station, trams and bus stops. Just beside the hotel is a pizzeria . Nearby are Gelato shops, groceries. Perfect location. Because our room is located on the side of main street, you could hear the noise of the trams and buses and voices of commuter but not a big deal. It would also be great if there are additional tables to put on your luggages so you won't put it on the bed while going over your things

• Linda (4/5): Verschrikkelijk! - Dat we na nacht 1 al zijn uitgechecked en naar een andere zijn gegaan. Het stonk in de kamer en badkamer. De bedden waren niet voorzien van een matrasbeschermer, op het matras lag direct je laken. Aan ons raam, dat open kon, grensde het balkonnetje dat via de keuken voor iedereen toegankelijk was en waar veel gerookt werd. De rook onze kamer in, maar ook kon iedereen zo onze kamer in kijken. Wel waren er luiken, maar hoef niet direct in een donkere kamer te zitten. Nadat ik had aangegeven eerder uit te checken ivm bovenstaande, geen enkele reactie van de host meer ontvangen.

• Roberta Grazia (8/5): Buon rapporto qualità prezzo - La posizione è abbastanza strategica: vicinissima alla stazione di Trastevere e alla fermata del tram. Molto apprezzata la possibilità offerta di prepararsi il caffè la mattina. Host super disponibile: hanno avuto un imprevisto con una camera per la prima notte e ci hanno spostato (a spese loro) in un hotel lì vicino. Davvero super efficienti! Un po' lontano (a piedi) dalla movida di Trastevere.

• BEATRIZ (9/5): Buena ubicación, buen precio, buen trato. - Tienen 4 habitaciones, nosotros reservamos 3 de ellas porque ibamos en familia. Nos esperaron en el alojamiento los dueños y nos dieron cafe y explicaron todo. Fueron muy amables. El ascensor estaba en obras y nos ayudaron a subir las maletas. El ascensor por la tarde ya estaba operativo. Las camas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones bien equipadas. La limpieza de la terraza es lo que menos nos gustó.

Вы знали что от Holyday можно доехать до San Pietro за 5 мин.? А что от Holyday до вокзала Трастевере метров 300? Кстати перед вокзалом на кольце З-ки с правой стороны продают очень вкусные круассаны. Трастевере это отдельная песня Рима. Заменить чайник.

• Lauren (8/5): Great stay steps away Roma Trastevere train station! - Wonderful find! Steps from the Roma Trastevere train station and a short walk to the heart of Trastevere where the action is, also well connected to the historic city and the rest of Rome. The rooms were much nicer (and larger!) than I expected. I especially loved my balcony, shower and the air conditioner. Check in was smooth and seamless (done remotely) with the most friendly and helpful staff that was always a message a way - and super quick to respond (grazie di nuovo per tutto!) Great stay and value for your money. Highly recommend!
• Irina (8/5): Sehr praktisch am Bahnhof Trastevere gelegen - Der Check In war wirklich sehr leicht und schnell. Es war sauber, und es gab jeden Tag Zimmer Service! Wir fanden die Option toll kostenlos Gepäck nach dem Check Out dort zu lassen. Die Lage zum Bahnhof Trastevere ist fantastisch! Aber auch zum Zentrum Trastevere ist es nicht furchtbar weit. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig und in dem Gemeinschaftsbereich sind natürlich viele Nachbarn noch spät aktiv, oder am kommen, und das bekommt man alles mit.

• topsy (5/5): - This was cheap and cheerful. The location was fine. a good base for visiting Rome. The room is one of several in a separate apartment in the building. It was pretty small but fine for two, with an en suite shower. When we arrived there was a group of people in the kitchen but we were never sure if they were connected or just fellow guests. There was a communal kitchen that we used to have breakfast in. The room was cleaned every day and the cleaners were nice and friendly. There was a disgusting smell in the room. I think possibly there was a dead mouse lurking under the floorboards or something.
• CARLOS (6/5): Apartamento periférico con escasos beneficios en la balanza.. - Limpieza en general muy adecuada. El baño estaba en muy buenas condiciones. El check- out es a las diez de la mañana. Localización periferica. No vimos a nadie en recepción en ningún momento.Apartamento con zonas comunes en un inmueble viejo. La persiana estaba rota y no la podías cerrar por la noche.

• Rosa (7/5): No era lo que esperaba... - El personal del aseo, todo muy limpio y ordenado nada que decir, muy amables y dispuestas en ayudarnos con información que le preguntamos. La cocina equipada podias dejar tus cosas en el refrigerador sin problemas, hay locales de comida y cafes cerca del lugar de alojamiento. Hice una reserva de habitación para tres personas adultas con 3 camas indivuales y cuando llegamos a la habitación solo habia una cama doble y un pequeño sofa cama. Hice el reclamo se suponia que lo iban a arreglar pero solo pusieron el mismo sofa cama como una cama extra.?? Habitación ruidosa al parecer estaban trabajando en el piso superior, pero se escuchaba todo, el ascensor no funcionaba asi que no recomendable para personas con poca movilidad ya que la habitación estaba en los pisos superiores.
• Giovanna (10/5): - La stanza accogliente con un piccolo balcone, ambiente luminoso e pulizia ottima. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile mi ha dato tutte le informazioni relative ai miei spostamenti per raggiungere lo stadio olimpico. Se dovessi tornare a Roma sicuramente tornerò proprio qui. Purtroppo nei giorni del soggiorno c'era l'ascensore fuori servizio, quindi abbiamo dovuto fare tre piani a piedi ma poco male. Viaggiavamo abbastanza leggeri. Lo stavano ripristinando ill giorno della nostra partenza

• Tatiano (4/5): Overall, bad experience, not recommended for families. - Location is perfect. Very close to train station. The shower was terrible, barely any water pressure and the water never got warm. The pillows were flat and extremely low quality, and there weren’t enough bed duvets for all the beds. We also had a hard time to find and getting access to the property; we had to call the host several times before finally getting in. We couldn’t sleep well due to the noise coming from the street.
