• Timo (9/5): Würde wieder kommen. - Sehr praktische Zimmer! Auf überschaubarer Fläche sind 3 Betten (Doppelbett + Hochbett) und eine kleine Küche mit Herd und Mikrowelle eingebaut. Nicht weit weg von der nächsten U-Bahn Station daher schnell in der City. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe+Rossmann) direkt daneben.

• Nathalie (8/5): - Le lit est vraiment très confortable et les oreillers super moelleux. L'hôtel est à 20 minutes à pied du musée BMW. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible. La place de parking payante. Sa santé fort la drogue au niveau de la laverie et le pallier. Dommage que l'hôtel ne soit pas équipé de TV avec la connexion à Netflix.

• J. (7/5): Rustig gelegen hotel op loop afstand van mooi park. - Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Hotel ligt in een super rustige straat vlakbij een park. Kamer was schoon met goede bedden en kussens en in ons geval met een fijn dakterras. Badkamer is goed maar de doucheruimte is niet royaal. Beide dingen al in de eerdere reviews gelezen. Parkeren in de parkeergarage was onmogelijk gezien de maat van onze auto. Buiten gepakeerd (helaas) onder een boom en daardoor was de hele auto erg vies geworden. Douchen vereiste behendigheid zodat niet de hele badkamer onder water liep. Kleine lekkage bij de douche deur. Dit was verder geen probleem. Eerste nacht een feestje bij de buren met veel rokers op het balkon en muziek overlast. na het aanspreken van de buren werd het rustiger. De tweede avond was het heel rustig. Er werd bij de diverse ingangen heel erg veel gerookt en dit sloeg wel de hal in met het open en dicht gaan van de deuren. Ook lag de stoep bezaaid met peuken. Maar dat hadden we ook al gelezen in de reviews.

• Marielen (5/5): - When I booked the room it said it was an entire apartment, specifically said there is a separate living room and 1 bedroom. That wasn't the case when we got into the room. There was just a small kitchen right as you entered the room and then 1 bedroom with 3 beds. Would I have known that there's no real separation between the bedroom and the supposed "living room" I wouldn't have booked it. I went down to the reception to clear this up and the person there was quite unfriendly at first, saying that I read the description wrong and nowhere it said that there's a separate living room and 1 bedroom. When I showed him the proof in my Booking.com app, he then proceeded to tell me that I understood it wrong and there's no such "apartments" in Munich at that price where you get 1 living room and 1 bedroom separate. I told him that in that case, the description is misleading but he kept on being unfriendly and telling me that I can't get a refund. After like 30 minutes of talking, he agreed to change our room as it turned out, we didn't actually get the room I booked because it wasn't cleaned yet when we arrived, but he asked me if I was ok with that and I said yes thinking it was going to be better. Turned out it wasn't any better, this room only having 1 double bed and 1 relatively big terrace. It wasn't a very enjoyable night as we had to sleep 3 people in that one double bed. Unless the descriptions get changed and become more true to the reality, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

• Melisa (7/5): Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Sehr sauber. Lage fand ich super, vor allem, dass Rewe und Rossmann direkt über die Straße bzw. ums Gebäude herum sind. U-Bahn auch in der Nähe. Personal sehr nett. Kühlschrank leider extrem laut, hätte ohne Ohrstöpsel nicht schlafen können. Kaffeemaschine ist beim Gebrauch unten ausgelaufen. Fernseher hatte die gängigen Kanäle nicht. Ausstattung fand ich leider ziemlich enttäuschend: Es gibt zwar eine kleine "Küche" mit Spüle und Herd. Wenn man schon einen Herd und Bratpfannen zur Verfügung stellt, würde ich zumindest erwarten, dass Öl, Salz und ein Küchentuch inklusive sind, was aber nicht der Fall war. Immerhin gab es Spülmittel und einen Schwamm.

Parplatzsituation sehr schwierig - nicht Schuld des Hotelbetreibers! Parkplätze im Hotel (für mich) zu teuer und für SUVs oder generell größere Fahrzeuge eher ungeeignet. Zimmer für längere Aufenthalte ungeeignet, da zu klein und Küchenausstattung doch eher dürftig

Im Zimmer waren kappute Steckdose, Nachttischlicht, Wasserkocher, die Wände sind dreckig und das Bett hat immer hin und her gerutsch, weil es vorne statt Bettfüße Möbelrolle gibt. Für ein, zwei Person geht noch, für Familie mit Kinder passt nicht.

• maria (8/5): Buen precio, alejado del centro pero bien comunicado - Es como un aparthotel pensado para trabajadores temporales, pero también muy apto para turistas que quieran un precio más bajo que lo que ofrece el centro de múnich. El tamaño del apartamento está bien para dos personas, y tiene un balconcito agradable para cuando el clima acompaña. En mi caso viajamos por ocio y queríamos estar cerca del Olympia Park (20min a pie), y de alguna parada de metro (5min a pie). Un aspecto imprescindible para nosotros es la presencia de cocina, para no comer siempre fuera. Proporcionan estropajo, jabón de fregar, caldero y sartén, y algunos útiles de cocina. Hay microondas y cafetera nespresso con dos cápsulas gratuitas. El personal de recepción es bastante amable, y responden con eficiencia a las solicitudes. Las campanas de la iglesia que está al lado son muy molestas, no suenan solo a las horas puntas, sino que también avisan de los cuartos...empiezan a las 7am y terminan a las 22h. Ofrecen limpieza/cambio de toallas a los 5 días. Estaría bien tener disponible pala y cepillo en las habitaciones, aunque es cierto que si lo pides te lo facilitan. Faltaría paño para limpiar y para secar en la cocina. No hay disponibilidad de minipimer, no es imprescindible pero podrían tener una en recepción para solicitudes puntuales. Podrían ofrecer más papel higiénico en la habitación (había dos rollos y no quedábamos 6 días), aunque es cierto que si lo pides te lo facilitan.

Pokud se celý pobyt nemění ručníky, tak by bylo dobré zajistit alespoň utěrku do kuchyně. Postele nejsou moc pohodlné. Abnormálně veliké nepohodlné polštáře.

• Maria Denisa (1/5): PLOSNITE ! - Die schlimmste Erfahrung, die ich je gemacht habe!!! Meine Freundin und ich sind von Bettwanzen befallen, wir sind von Kopf bis Fuß zerstochen. Und die Ausrede des Hotels: „In München gibt es kein Hotel ohne Bettwanzen.“ Unser Zimmer wurde gewechselt – völlig umsonst. Davor wurde ich sogar aufgefordert, mein Auto aus der Parkgarage zu bewegen, obwohl ich 50 € fürs Parken bezahlt habe (verlangen Sie unbedingt eine Rechnung auch fürs Parken!). Die Parksituation ist ein Chaos: Entweder man wird zugeparkt oder man findet abends keinen Platz, obwohl man bezahlt hat. Ganz zu schweigen vom Lärm: Das Personal macht in einer unerklärlichen Lautstärke sauber, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. Vom 2./3. Stock wurden Möbelstücke direkt in Container geworfen – ein unglaublicher Krach. Und übrigens: Bevor ich das Zimmer wechseln konnte, musste ich meine gesamte Kleidung, Schuhe und Jacken auf eigene Kosten und mit meinem eigenen Zeitaufwand waschen. Die Waschmaschinen im Keller des Hotels haben nicht einmal funktioniert. Wenn ich eine Bewertung geben müsste, wäre sie unter 0. Dieses Hotel sollte meiner Meinung nach nicht in Betrieb sein.

• Erika (4/5): - Der Mitarbeiter war nett Die Parkgarage ist eine Katastrophe, zahlt die 10€ nicht vorher sondern schaut euch die Garage zuerst an, die Wahrscheinlichkeit dass ihr mit dem Auto nicht parken könnt ist hoch. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, im Bad Schimmel, vor allem in der Dusche, auch sehr laut am Gang. Für die eine Nacht hats gereicht aber für relativ außerhalb von München das Geld nicht wirklich wert

• Zuha (6/5): Nie wieder! Definitiv kein weiterempfehlung! - Es war sauber und ruhig Die Fenster waren undicht und die Heizung wurde gegen 23:00 Uhr deaktiviert. Es war extrem kalt im Zimmer und es gab auch kein Warmwasser! Erst ab 5:00 Uhr in der Früh!!! Draußen herrschten minus Graden mit Schnee und Frost während es in unserem Zimmer fast so kalt war wie draußen!
