• Ewald (1/5): Nicht gut gelaufen... - Leider konnten wir am Anreisetag nicht in unser Appartement (kein Zugangscode, keine Nachricht). Der Vermieter war nicht erreichbar (weder übers Telefon - Nummern waren nicht verfügbar, noch über Email oder über Mitteilungen) Wir hatten also keine Unterkunft - trübte unsre Stimmung sehr. Es gab auch danach nie Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Finde ich persönlich sehr schade. Glücklicherweise fand über das Booking.com Kundenservice die Rückabwicklung unser vorher geleisteten Zahlung statt. Wenigstens das hat gut geklappt.
• Ray (1/5): The worst booking experience I had on my European holiday - I liked that it appeared to be in a good location near the train. But as they didn't give me the actual address until I had booked accomodtion elsewhere (past 6pm) I'll never know The communication was woeful. I tried contacting them at about 5 Pm when I thought I was outside the apartment but realised when I got there that the address I was given was the wrong one. Then I saw a message from them to say that once I send through photos of our passports they would give me the real address. I tried to contact them through whats app but they did not respond. As darkness was falling I had to get my family out of there. I paid for a new room elsewhere. After 6 Pm they sent me the real address and details on how to get in there. But it was all too late by then. Later I tried to message Booking. com. They eventually contacted the person regarding a refund and the host very kindly said, we are still waiting for you to arrive. What a joke. Don't stay here. There is heaps of acomodation in this city at a good price. Why risk the run around? And why ruin your holiday
• Oleksandra (6/5): not perfect, but value for money at all - Location, easy access, everything you need is available. The apartment is warm with a great view. The bed is decent, and the TV works well with internet access. The household appliances are quite dirty – the oven smells bad, and there's black mold in the kettle, so I had to boil water in a pot. The shower is very uncomfortable, the door doesn't close properly, the sink is tiny, and there are no shelves or hooks for the towel. Toilet is very cold. Early check-in is only available for 10 euros per hour, which seems overpriced to me.

• Ема (6/5): Pleasant - The kitchen was very well equipped. In general the apartment was clean and tidy. The bed was broken so when you lay down on it all the mattress goes down in the hole. The apartment had internet issues in 21st century and the host didn't made any effort to help us. The building does not have elevator, so is not so comfortable for prengnant women and old people to stay here. We traveled for a long time and the host didn't wanted to let us check in earlier not a minute before 4pm, also wanted to charge 10€ per hour for early check in ...

• Dov (2/5): Very poor - We couldn't find the entrance even though people tried to help us. In the end we had to sleep in the car!!! in the morning there was no respon...

• Catalin (6/5): Pleasant - Easy access to centrum. 1. Smoking smell pregnant in the apartment. 2. No A/C or mosquitos nets. Very hot in the night without any option for cool down. 3. Small bathroom with a tiny sink without any mirror. Hard to shaving..need to go out on coridor where was the unique mirror. 4 No any support to hang your towell.
• Georgi (7/5): Good! - Location is perfect! There is not air conditioning for hot days.
