• Евгения (10/5): Все хорошо 👌 за эти деньги отличный вариант. - Это самый-самый самый центр. Отличное место прийти переночевать, помыться и пойти гулять. По сути номер состоит из большой кровати холодильника , кресла . Но если вы чутко спите берите беруши. Я несколько раз ночью просыпалась. Мы остались довольны - цена подарок ! В этой локации все отели цены в 3 раза выше ! Находится отель прямо около площади Была пятница . Шум на улице , футбольная команда какая-то ходила и орали. гоняют машины громко сигналят всю ночь . Слышно было разговоры на первом этаже в магазине. для меня подушка была слишком высокая
• Jindrich (10/5): Very nice place to stay in Jerevan - Very cute apartment, comfy mattress, very well equiped (fridge, boiling kettle, tea bags; hair dryer, shampoo and soap..), everything nice and clean. Self check-in is very easy, rooms are above a store that is open 24/7, very easy to reach. People are very nice, the staff speaks english and was very attentive, caring in whatsapp communication, always willing to help. Cool location in the center of Jerevan, coffee kiosks, ice-cream, restaurants and shops in the surroundings. Close to all main monuments. Overall definitely recommended!
• Michael (9/5): The best central (budget) option I’ve found in Yerevan! - Quirky! I like quirky! Enter through the 24/7 vape shop, up one floor to (room 2) via a small spiral staircase into the narrow, small but fully equipped, cosy room. Comfy bed, good shower and facilities, tv, fridge, kettle, aircon, . Excellent communication and payment with proprietor. Can’t get much more central! No breakfast or catering, but Paul cafe next door, plenty of cafes within a minute’s walk (I liked “Jazzve”) and more restaurants and a supermarket within 2 minute’s walk! Great budget price. Everything as described and offered, so no negatives. Be aware of stairs (no lift).
• aldo (10/5): - Posizione perfetta per girare la città, tutto a portata di mano, gestore pronto ad aiutare e anche a proporre eventi o altro che non trovi sulle guide Una inezia, l' insegna esterna non c'è e quindi si fa fatica a trovare, le scale sono strette e meglio dirlo se qualcuno ha difficoltà a muoversi.

• Daria (7/5): Нет никаких указателей, трудно найти с улицы, на первом этаже вейпшоп, то есть ресепшен полностью отсутствует. Вейп шоп - Отличное расположение Чистая удобная постель, удобно спать В ванной было не очень чисто, грязные углы, дверь, из под унитаза все время бежала вода на пол. Постоянный запах сырости в ванной, горячая вода шла не сразу и с перебоями. Когда заселились вокруг холодильника тоже была лужа воды.

• Anna (10/5): Отличное место за адекватную цену. Спасибо хозяину за заботу о клиентах! - Прекрасное место, самый центр. Заселение мгновенное, просто берете ключ у сотрудника круглосуточного магазина. В номере есть сейф, тапочки, халаты, чайник, чай и кофе. Холодильник работает тихо, не мешает. В шкафу достаточно вешалок. В душевой кабине кроме гибкого есть «ливневый» душ. Под окнами кафе, которое, видимо, работает до последнего клиента. Шумная компания веселилась до 3 утра. Узкая винтовая лестница на 2-й этаж. С большим чемоданом или больными коленями проблематично.

• Maria (8/5): - я бронировала не особо вникая, привлекли расположение и цена. вход необычный - через магазин, лучше написать по вотсапу менеджеру и уточнить детали. но вышло на самом деле все гораздо лучше чем я ожидала - комната уютная, все необходимое есть, расположение идеальное, цена низкая к комнатам идет винтовая лестница, если у вас большой багаж, это может быть сложно
• PAOLA (6/5): - The place is absolutely central There is not staff and the terrible thig that was impossible to pay by card or using booking account. They said me that in Armenia is not possible to pay using the Booking account. 🤔They wanted by cash that I didn't have with me or using a link that they wanted to send me, where to put my bank account but I refused so in the night I had to go outside for to find a bank to take cash. Also, I guess the bed linen wasn't changed because there was a coffee stain. Bad experience
• Anton (6/5): Убираться лучше и будет идеально! - Очень удачное место расположения, близость к центральной прогулочной зоне, переходишь через дорогу и сразу попадаешь на неё, рядом супермаркет и обменник. Тишина в номере, несмотря на шумную дорогу за окном. Сложно найти этот отель, если так его можно назвать, обошли здание, но ни одной вывески не нашли, а оказалось, что вход через вэйп шоп! И проходя через магазин поднимаешься на второй этаж и там комнаты. Номер очень маленький, и совсем чистым его назвать нельзя, да было постелено чистое белье и полотенца, но везде валялись черные волосы, слив тоже забит черными волосами, ну и на второй день в кровати обнаружили чужой женский ноготь, уж откуда он прилетел непонятно, но было ужасно неприятно.
• György Zoltán (8/5): Ár/érték bajnok - A lehető legjobban helyen van, ha valaki a belvárosban szeretne lakni. Arra tökéletes hogy megaludjunk pár éjszakát. Jól felszerelt, tiszta, az 1-es szoba csöndes volt. Az üzemeltető korrekt, aktív kapcsolatot tart, jó vendéglátó! Elsőre furcsa, hogy egy non stop üzleten át közelíthető meg, és csak lépcsőn érhető el a szoba, de ez is megszokható.

• Cornelius (10/5): Great location - The location and room are both perfect. Lots of restaurants around including a Paul’s next door for breakfast. All the rooms are in the second or third floor, no elevator. You have to climb a same spiral staircase.

• Vladislava (1/5): Я искренне советую НЕ пользоваться услугами данного места. - Категорически не рекомендую останавливаться в данном месте. У меня остались исключительно негативные эмоции после проведенных нескольких часов в этом «якобы отеле». Стоит начать с того, что данное место размещения не является отелем. Здесь нет стойки регистрации, здесь нет постоянно присутствующего персонала. Вход через магазин на первом этаже, где вы карабкаетесь в комнату по достаточно крутой лестнице, лавируя между стойкой сигаретного магазина и расставленными вазами с цветами. Это всего пара комнат, расположенных на втором этаже здания. С невероятной слышимостью - вы слышите буквально все, что происходит в магазине внизу, начиная от хлопания дверей, заканчивая непрерывными разговорами. Разумеется, получить какую-то обратную связь от сотрудников данного «якобы отеля» практически невозможно. Я приехала в свою комнату в 14.30 после ночного перелета и буквально сразу же уснула, не озадачиваясь тем, чтобы посмотреть номер, зайти в ванну, осмотреться, как минимум. Проснувшись через три часа, первое, от чего я пришла в дикий шок — это от мужских волос на собственной подушке, так как я как минимум с длинными рыжими волосами и уж коротких черных волос на моей подушке остаться точно не может. Сказать, что я испытала невероятное ощущение брезгливости - боюсь это ничего не сказать. Разумеется, проснувшись, начала осматриваться: вторая кровать, которая располагалась в этой же комнате точно так же была в мужских волосах. Подушки - тут нужно просто смотреть фото… Я думаю, здесь вопросов быть не может - это использованное белье, использованное кем то до меня. Даже писать противно Дальше пошла по номеру и моему удивлению просто не было предела. Обратите внимание на фотографии - здесь все думаю понятно и без слов.Мои белые носки стали черными за пять шагов от входной двери до кровати. Насколько грязный и никогда не моющийся должен быть пол, чтобы носки просто почернели. Двери в ванной измазаны и все в грязных отпечатках пальцев. Страшно подумать, что об эти двери обтирали. В ванной стоят использованные чужие принадлежности. Равно как и чужой оторванный пластырь был приклеен на лейку душа. Грязные волосы на раковине. Повторюсь, у меня волосы длинны, а эти, четыре и короткие - делаем вывод: чужие! Когда я обратилась к администратору, с логичным негодованием мне было сказано, что им, конечно, жаль. И они постараются мне помочь. Но уборщица пришла на место только через два часа. Скрин с нашей переписки: я обратилась к администратору в 18.19. Мне было сказано что уборщица придет к 20.00, по факту пришла в 20.10. Здесь важно понимать что я приехала сюда просто поспать между рейсами и не планировала оставаться, так как следующий самолет был уже ночью. Для меня 2 часа ждать и 2 часа ждать пока уберут комнату = просто не поспать и опять таки, из 12 часов 4 часа - банально, треть времени. Это очень неприятная ситуация, когда ты просто не можешь даже поспать. Я объяснила ситуацию хозяевам, на что мне сказали, что единственное, что они могут сделать, это в комнате прибрать и мне надо ждать (судя по всему в магазине сигаретном или на лице, так как это НЕ ОТЕЛЬ и тут нет ресепшен или хоть угла какого-то со стулом. НИЧЕГО тут нет. Разумеется, когда ты хочешь спать, ты не готов сидеть на лестнице или в магазине вейпов в ожидании, пока твою комнату вымоют. Я предпочла уйти в другой отель и просто поспать. Я обратилась с жалобой в букинг, на что получила ответ хозяина о том, что он не считает комнату слишком грязной. Цитирую: «Владелец объекта сообщил, что не согласен с оценкой номера как "крайне грязного". Предлагаю вам самостоятельно оценить на основе этих фотографий, насколько комната действительно не соответствует тому, что заявлено. Очень странно читать отзывы о чистоте и порядке в этом месте. Неужели мне одной могло настолько не повезти? Очень сомневаюсь.

Clean room and everything for comfort in the room including a robe and slippers There is no elevator, if you have heavy bags you will have to carry them up the stairs.

The location could not be better for access to transportation, sites, shopping and restaurants. Narek, the helpful manager, was in close contact throughout our stay via WhatsApp. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Bed is on a raised platform. Nice bathroom. Fridge and kettle with tea and coffee were nice. WIFI worked well. Although it's on a busy main street, traffic noise was minimal at night. All was good!

Location right in the center of the city. Noise from the store downstairs, ear plugs are necessary, but this also depends on who the shop assistant for the late evening/night is.

• Anna (9/5): Pleasant stay for travelling couples. - Our stay was very nice. Room was exactly as promoted, clean and warm. Manager gave as all instruction how to get into and payment link. We haven't had any further question with him. Hotel is very small, basically 2 rooms with tricky entrance via vape store. Location was great. Perfect choice if you wish to spend the night and get to see the city. Stairs are very narrow, getting up with a suitcase will be difficult. You can hear all the talk from the shop downside.

Though there was no music, there was noise from conversations until 2300. Also access to the rooms is through a 24h vape store and there are no doors between the store and the bedroom doors so there was quite a lot of noise from there.

Housekeeping is provided daily, and the room is clean. Once again, the location is the best in Yerevan. The value for money is also very reasonable. I will definitely revisit. Everything was great; however, the room space was a bit narrow for a queen bed.
