OLIVEPROF (4/5): Je ne recommande pas. - L'emplacement, Netflix inclus sur le téléviseur mais ça bugguait parfois, le réfrigérateur et la sympathie des hôtes. Un lit simple peu confortable (je suis tombé à la suite d'une crampe), petit téléviseur, pas de papier toilette en nombre (seuls 2 sont fournis au départ mais ils ont été sympas de m'en donner 2 de plus et d'essayer d'améliorer mon confort du lit (en vain).

Eglantine (7/5): Bon rapport qualité/prix. - Il n’y a pas de réception mais la communication en amont s’est bien passée et nous avons reçu toutes les instructions nécessaires pour arriver facilement au logement. Il y a le nécessaire pour se faire à manger, ce qui permet de ne pas devoir systématiquement manger dehors. Bien situé, un peu à l’écart du centre, mais proche de chouettes quartiers. Toujours trop cher, mais pour Londres, et au vu des prestations et du quartier, difficile de trouver mieux. Isolation sonore mauvaise, pensez aux bouchons d’oreilles au cas où vos voisins sont bruyants.

Beds were not comfy at all, no instructions on drinking water or ideas on what to see or do in the area, time for the host to reply was a bit long especially if something was urgent, an iron or steamer should be in each room instead of a shred location, and the TV/Wifi would stop working randomly which was irritating.

elodie (7/5): Un gros bémol sur la qualité du sommeil en raison du bruit, le reste rien à redire. - Une rue très calme à proximité du métro. Un petit studio bien équipé (douche, taques de cuisson, bouilloire, sèche-cheveux…). Contacts très bons avec les gérants Notre studio au 2 étage (numéro 36) était attenant à un local technique où se trouvait des machines à laver/sèche-linge qui tournaient la nuit et dégageaient de la chaleur et surtout un bruit sourd et des vibrations. Entre les chambres, aucune insonorisation et nous avions des voisins qui rentraient tard et un qui toussait sans cesse. Très difficile de trouver le sommeil. J’en ai fait part aux gérants et nous avons reçu des boules quies mais, ce n’était pas suffisant pour éliminer le bruit. Matelas à ressort moyennement confortable.

Dobra lokacija, puno sadrzaja u blizini a opet nije bucno Jedino sto bih izdvojila kao zamjerku je pokvaren tus koji je stalno kapao.

Het appartement deed me denken aan mijn studententijd waarbij een huisjesmelker zoveel mogelijk kamers wil kunnen verhuren.Pand is mooi van buiten en binnen opgedeeld in allemaal kleine hokjes. Alles was een beetje shabby en houtje-touwtje, bed zakte door en leek mij nogal krap voor twee personen, badkamer was krap, keukentje was een beetje bij elkaar geraapt en de twee stoelen die er stonden zaten niet lekker. Verder was het ook best gehorig. Toch voelde het wel een beetje als thuis voor de zes nachten dat ik er verbleef en de prijs was voor Londen best wel redelijk. Ik zou er denk ik nog wel een keer verblijven al was het maar om me weer even student te voelen.

It was quiet and convenient because they were able to revise for their exams. Also, it was easy to communicate with the agent via WhatsApp. They allowed us to have a late check for free which then enabled me to wait around for my daughters to finish their morning exam before checking out. 😊⭐️
Ayyaz (9/5): Value for Money - The apartment is conveniently located just a few minutes’ walk from Swiss Cottage tube station, making it easy to get around. It has all the necessary amenities, and the fully equipped kitchen was a great feature. The bed was comfortable, and hot water was available in the bathroom 24/7. A Tesco Express is just a few steps away, and there are department stores and coffee shops within a 5-minute walk on Finchley Road, adding to the overall convenience of the stay. The internet was not working during our stay. Although the housekeeping staff tried to fix the issue, it remained unresolved throughout our one-week stay. Additionally, our apartment was on the second floor, and carrying luggage up the stairs was quite difficult.

Julien (7/5): Good solution for a short stay in London. - Very reactive and helpful host. Getting access to the studio was very easy. Not a lot of room, but more than enough to organize our stuff and settle in. Sheets were clean and bed was relatively comfortable. The shower curtain had a couple stains on it, and some of the wallpaper was peeling off at places. In general the apartment felt like it could use some freshening up - though it was fine for a short stay, and didn't feel unclean.

Lee (5/5): Belsize park is a good location for transit, shopping, and quality community. Pictures were misleadi - Location and laundry facilities. Hosts were friendly. Very basic amenities. Only 2 coffee pods for 4 days. No shower soaps or kitchen paper towels. Lacking a sharp knife for self-catering. Bed was very poor quality, bouncy and very soft. Wifi timed out several times and was not sufficient to watch videos.

Marlene (9/5): Une location idéale pour visiter Londres ! - L’appartement est très bien situé, à proximité du métro, donc très pratique pour rejoindre le centre de Londres rapidement. Il est propre et bien aménagé. Lucy est très réactive et arrangeante. Je recommande ce logement ! Le seul petit point négatif est le débit de la douche qui est assez faible et c’est un peu compliqué pour avoir une température correcte pour se doucher.

The walls are thin, so noise from neighbors can easily be heard. Depending on how considerate your neighbors are, it can sometimes become quite stressful.
Ingrid (8/5): Wir haben uns in Charmsday sehr wohl gefühlt! - Das Fenster im Schlafraum war sehr hoch und der Raum dadurch sehr hell. Der Raum hatte Ausblick auf den schönen Garten. Das Appartement war sehr ansprechend. Die Unterstützung in der Unterkunft war sehr freundlich und konnte meistens schnell Fragen beantworten. Der Wasserhahn im Bad war nicht richtig festgeschraubt. Im Eingangsbereich der Unterkunft war ein Holzregal für Briefe, der weiße Farbanstrich war stark verschmutzt, kein einladendes Detail.

Marion1976 (8/5): - Die Lage und die Umgebung ist hervorragend. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte, Restaurants. Die Ubahn ist kaum Minuten entfernt und es fahren auch mehrere Buslinien ab. Der Kontakt via WhatsApp funktionierte immer schnell und zuverlässig und auch die Anweisungen bei der Anreise waren sehr hilfreich. Die Wohnung war in einigen Bereichen doch schon sehr abgewohnt. Das Bad war eng und in der Dusche war keine Mischbatterie. Die Küche ist nur minimalistisch ausgestattet.

Anna (8/5): Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e tutto è stato semplice. - Struttura ben collegata, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, facilità nel check in e check out. Un po’ buio perché al piano terra.
Georgios (5/5): - The location was near the city centre and also the staff which was very helpful. The property did not match the photos at all. It was not as clean as it should have been, with hairs around, and it was also not well maintained. There were broken tiles, a bed that sagged in the middle, and old, dirty curtain rollers. I would have shared even more photos if I could.

Bissoli (9/5): - L'alloggio è in un'ottima posizione , in un quartiere tranquillo e molto carino , la fermata della metro è vicina e comoda. La camera aveva tutto ciò che serviva. La camera era più piccola rispetto alle foto , ma probabilmente perchè sono state fatte con grandangolo.

OLIVIER (9/5): Je recommande sans aucun doute cet établissement pour une découverte sympa de Londres - La taille du logement, la luminosité, l'ambiance, le quartier, la relation avec l'hôte, la proximité des transports en commun et des petits commerces étaient vraiment les gros points forts de cet établissement. Un petit effort peut encore être apporté sur les équipements du logement surtout pour rester plusieurs jours avec la volonté de cuisiner un peu. Ajouter quelques plats qui passent au four, prévoir un saladier, quelques ustensiles de plus, un balai, une éponge et ce serait le top.

Marie-Alice (8/5): Emplacement idéal, service attentionné, équipements adéquats - L'Hôte m'a laissé des instructions très détaillées pour le check-in, nous avons pu faire un checkout un peu plus tardif. De plus, l'environnement est agréable, nous avons pu observer les perruches et les écureuils par la fenêtre. L'isolation sonore des chambres pourrait être améliorée, les deux dernières nuits nous avons eu un voisin bruyant que nous avons entendu toute la nuit.

Tancredi (7/5): i think that i would book another room from them but a different one maybe cause the cieling was really low and uncomfor - The bed was very comfortable and the support always responded quickly the frames were pretty bad with the bathroom window that didn’t open at all and the room wasn’t pretty clean

Livia (8/5): Ottimo posto, host disponibile, posizione eccellente - La posizione è davvero ottima, in una zona tranquilla, ben sentita di tutto e molto collegata con i mezzi pubblici. La camera è piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario. L'host è super disponibile per qualsiasi necessità e cordiale, ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti. La camera è un po' piccola, soprattutto il bagno ma lo spazio è ottimizzato molto bene ed è dotata si tutto il necessario.

florence (9/5): quartier résidentiel/ proche du métro / propre/ disponibilité de l'hôte - la situation géographique, la disponibilité et bienveillance de notre hôte, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée un petit bémol pour l'odeur ds la salle de bains ; mais qui est néanmoins très propre.
Callum (8/5): Nice area, basic apartment, good size with amenities. - Very handy to have a kitchen and access to washing machine and dryers in the building. Good storage to unpack bags if there for a few days. 4 minute walk to tube station and local shops. Hosts responsive to messages. Bathroom was missing a few things like somewhere to hang towels (no hand towel rail even) and no toilet roll holder - these would be an easy fix to improve. No washing liquid for laundry but we left ours for the next guests.

Marieke (8/5): Zeer goed verblijf in leuk appartement wat van alle gemakken voorzien is. - In de studio waren alle faciliteiten aanwezig, zoals een tv, wifi, waterkoker, koffiezetapparaat en magnetron. Fijn dat we dit konden gebruiken. Het bed lag ook erg comfortabel. Daarnaast was het erg schoon! Ook de communicatie via email en whats app was erg fijn alsook de klantvriendelijkheid van Lucy. De vloer liep schuin af, dat was even wennen maar hadden we verder geen last van. Ook was het gehorig en konden we een bovenbuurman horen hoesten.
