- Fatime (8/5): - Le cadre et la chambre spacieuse Un soucis avec les cartes magnétiques donc fallait constamment passer a l'accueil pour se faire accompagner en chambre. Le soucis a été résolu a la fin du séjour

- Elvis Camille De Monique (10/5): Mon séjour était excellent - Tout le service était bon. L'hôtel a un bel emplacement, il est non loin de l'aéroport. Les chambres très propres. J'ai vraiment apprécié l'emplacement du restaurant au 11eme, on a une vue immense dune partie de la ville. Je n'ai pas apprécié le menu car, il il serait intéressant d'ajouter les plats africains ou encore ivoiriens.

- ADAMA (9/5): Très agréable séjour - Rien à dire, c'était très bien pour moi, vu que je suis très peu exigeant en matière de nourriture. Il y avait une grande palette de choix à la disposition des clients. Il y a eu une attente au hall au rez-de-chaussée, que j'ai trouvée trop longue, pour exiger le paiement cash de la nuitée avant de disposer des clés et accéder à la chambre pour déposer les bagages.

- mohamed m (8/5): Excellent Hôtel in the heart of Abidjan - I stayed in this hotel during my business trip to Abidjan and it is really convenient as he is well located in the middle of the city and you have a mall “cap Sud” just in front for dinning options and also shopping. The service is excellent and they were really available and supportive.

The house keeping is very bad as they don't refill the toiletries daily.. During my 5 days stay , they didn't refill it at all . This must be improved ...
- Renuka (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect. The rooms were neat and clean and had a beautiful view in the nights esp. I stayed there for 5days and the breakfast Buffet was the always the same. There was no change in the Menu , so didnot find the bfast very interesting . The one main thing i have to point out was that the dental kit was provided only for 1 day. When i asked for a dental kit or atleast some paste on the 2nd day i was told that they donot replenish these things.. Donot understand how they expected me to brush my teeth on the other days without paste. The other thing i have to complain was there was no milk powder available in the rooms. You should replenish the dental kit everyday or atleast provide paste everyday. Pls keep milk powder sachet's in the room

Our booking was through booking.com however we paid double amount to stay in hotel. 1 through booking.com and 2nd at hotel reception we hold another payment since as per the hotel they have not received the payment from booking.com. This is first time we experience this kind of an issue.
