From the very first moment, we felt not like guests, but like part of the family. The warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable throughout the entire stay. A very special thank you to our wonderful hosts, Hayk and Ani, who kindly invited us on an incredible off-road trip to a forest peak with breathtaking views! The adventure was exciting, the nature was absolutely stunning, and the whole experience felt magical. It truly became one of the highlights of our trip! Everything was filled with care, positive energy, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended!

• Rafayel (10/5): Highly recommended! - We had a truly wonderful stay at Arevaham Boutique Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the owner-hosts welcomed us with genuine kindness and support, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is very cosy and friendly, with a beautifully designed interior that creates a warm and stylish atmosphere. The outdoor seating area is a perfect spot to relax, and the hotel also has a lovely collection of books for quiet moments. We were especially impressed by the spacious mansard roof area, which is ideal for team buildings, meetups, or simply enjoying the views in a peaceful setting. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh and carefully prepared options. We also had dinner at the hotel twice, and both meals were tasty, well-prepared, and served with care. Overall, a charming hotel with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for both leisure stays and small group gatherings, as well as for remote workers.

• Karen (9/5): Tout était parfait, merci. - J’ai passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel et tout a été parfait ! Le personnel est chaleureux et attentionné, la chambre impeccable et bien équipée. Les petits-déjeuners sont copieux et délicieux, et le déjeuner au restaurant payant est d’une qualité remarquable, avec des plats toujours frais. Je recommande vivement !

• Chiara (10/5): Eccezionale - Uno dei migliori hotel dove ho soggiornato. Sia la camera che gli ambienti comuni sono molto curati e puliti. C'è un bel giardino attrezzato con poltroncine da esterno. In bagno tutto è funzionante. Il letto ha materassi nuovi e comodi. La colazione è abbondante, sia dolce che salata, e presentata con molta cura. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile nel soddisfare le nostre richieste.

• Liana (7/5): Good - Very small family owned hotel, clean . Dogs are allowed. Good for 1-2 days if you would like to experience village style. Breakfast served late 10-11, but if you ask owner can be arranged at 9.00

The room we occupied was with the balcony, and we spent all the evenings there. Also the staff and actually the owner was very nice and helpful. Loved everything. There is nothing I didn't like
• Monique (5/5): The place has potential but focus on making it quieter and finish the construction. - The place has a little feel of still having some repairs being done. At around 8 pm, there was some drilling below my room. It was quick but at a hotel, one wants to rest and not be privy to construction noises. Jazz playing in the lounge was nice but they were using YouTube and commercials came on; also a little loud, so in the end it wasn't pleasureable. This is easily fixed by getting a subscription and not playing it so loud.

The owners are very nice and friendly, willing to organize your stay as comfortable as possible. There’s also a nice working space on the 3rd floor. The yard is very cute and authentic especially in the evening with the lights on. We are definitely gonna return!!

The room was cozy, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a restful stay. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the warmth and generosity of the hosts. They welcomed me like family, always available if I needed anything, yet respectful of my privacy. Their genuine care and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. The homemade breakfast each morning was an absolute highlight—fresh, delicious, and made with love. Whether you’re looking for a quiet retreat, a romantic getaway, or a base to explore the area, this guest house is a perfect choice. I cannot recommend it highly enough. This place is not just accommodation—it’s an experience. I’ll definitely be returning! Everything was perfect, especially the service of this facility!

• Raandree (8/5): Comfortable, but not authentic for a village stay - It is a very new, all is very clean. In the ground floor they served an amazing dinner and an even more amazing breakfast. Our bathroom was a bit small, but still ok. The place looks very modern, inside and out. It seems a bit out of place in the small village and you don't really get the feeling that you are in a remote place in Armenia.

On the third floor there is a huge entertainment area for kids and adults. The owner met us at the gate and introduced to everything himself, which made us feel kind of special. The breakfast was great. It included everything for every taste. Cozy atmosphere and a nice place There are few places around the hotel that you can go for dinner if the hotel restaurant is closed. But hotel restaurant itself is very good

• Armine (10/5): Real gem in the heart of Stepanavan 🤟 - We had a wonderful experience. The hotel is a real gem in Stepanavan! The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent, offering a big variety of fresh and delicious options. And as a cherry on top - excellent location. :))) Will come back for sure!

The house is new and very tastefully decorated, the beds are comfy, the host family is very kind, the breakfast was excellent, and the host is a brilliant chess player. Nothing to complain about.

The owners are very friendly and responsive. The hotel is also family friendly - they provided our 1 yo baby with a crib and a chair during breakfast,which made out stay even more comfortable.

• Tatev (10/5): A Gem in Stepanavan - A very comfy and cozy place for families, couples, friends and colleagues. We combined both leisure and remote work and the place served for both perfectly. The hosts and staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious -- we had breakfast included and each morning they surprised us with a variety of food to choose from. The rooms were clean and well furnished. We felt really at home and will return next year.

• Gagik (10/5): Modern, pleasing, simple: a place where you feel home! - I am pleasantly surprised to find this jewel in Stepanavan! Because of Arevaham, I now have home that will welcome me whenever I plan to go there. I love fly fishing, and Arevaham is located right on the bank of the beautiful river, where I found the best spot for what I love doing. After a long day in the nature the place is best to relax and enjoy the company of the host family (lost so many games of chess to Hayk that I am back to studying the game so that I can at least compete better the next time), delicious homemade food that I am sure will please the most delicate food lovers! Comfy bed! Most important part for any of my stays, anywhere! I loved the attention to every detail to make my stay a pleasant one. Just want to say a big thanks to my hosts and wish them good luck in building their nest in Stepanavan. Perhaps that I did not have more time to stay longer)

It was possible to eat breakfast and dinner at the hotel, which tasted very good. The location of the hotel is on a calm street and 0 noise at night. There is also a small bar where multiple beverages are served and we even got a shot of vodka from the owner! Very good experience, 10/10 would go here again!
