- Mayte (2/5): La de limpieza fue agresiva, maleducada, limpia muy mal y lo peor, tiro cosas personales a la basura - La limpieza fue muy mala y nos causó problemas en la piel. Además, no nos quiso dar ni su nombre, fue maleducada, agresiva y tiró cosas personales sin preguntar. No lo recomiendo.
- MARY (9/5): Excellent location close to many amenities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. - The location was ideal, and it had everything needed except for bins in the bathroom and bedroom. There was only one bin in the apartment, in the kitchen. The host was very good, and we didn't have any issues to report during our stay. The WIFI is excellent. The close access to the beach was wonderful. We wish we could have booked an apartment on the first floor with a balcony, but it was not available. The only outdoor space we had was a tiny enclosed courtyard, and we didn't use it as one of the chairs was broken. 2 beach chairs would have been nice to have. They are cheap and can easily be provided. They should provide rubbish bins in the bathroom and bedroom.

- Campbell (10/5): Immaculate, modern, well appointed beachfront apartment with excellent host - We really loved this property. The actual building is beachfront, so a couple of steps and you’re on the beach. Mario the host was super accommodating, with great communication and punctual. The apartment was immaculate, nicely appointed with all the amenities we needed. It’s a modern, well maintained and well ran property. I’d definitely recommend it and definitely stay here again.

- Mounir (7/5): Satisfait - La proximité de la plage Les restaurants à côté La côte pour le sport matinal Trop de bruit dans l'immeuble. Tout s'entend: les toilettes des voisins, leurs mouvements. La chambre qui donne sur la rue et sur le parking est trop bruyante toute la nuit jusqu'au matin. Je conseille les personnes qui veulent prendre de choisir les appartements qui ont accès direct sur la corniche.

- The (6/5): 1-bed Apartment with nice deco right at beach front in Alboraya with beach restaurants nearby - Very easy check-in . Great communication. Location was also great, though we had no sea view. Very nice decor. Great to have own parking spot underground, though of more value in summer, as loads of free spaces in front of entrance beginning of Jan (off season). I thought for some reason when I booked that it had 2 bedrooms, but it's just 1 + sofabed in lounge, but that was my mistake. Host was very nice also when I had to shorten stay due to some problems with my elderly mum. Compared to other places we rented in Valencia I found it a bit expensive as apartment is not large and has no sea view and it was off-season, so that's my only critique, but it's right at the beach, which has probably even more value in summer :-). Nothing as such but it could have had more toilet rolls and some basic condiments ...? salt, pepper, oil, etc :-)
