• Marina (6/5): Buen apartamento para estacia corta - Muy buena ubicación y apartamento muy nuevo, La dueña me pareció muy inflexible para el check in y out. Para el check in, le pedí por favor si podríamos dejar las maletas 30 minutos antes, y por mucho que el apartamento estuviera limpio no nos dejó. Por otro lado, también le pedí un check out para dejar las maletas una hora más y no acepto ni aun ofreciéndola un extra económico. Además, se escucha muy ruido por las noches. El apartamento está cerca de un par de bares con mucho ambiente y las personas que duermen en el sofá cama, escuchan todo el bullicio. Como sugerencia: a las instalaciones de la cocina le faltaba un microondas

• aisleen (6/5): Nice stay would recommend - Modern Decor was beautiful. Great appliances, large tv, fridge, hairdryer, coffee machine etc Good location with 15 mins walk to duomo and 15 min walk the other direction to Navigli district. Cosy and comfortable. Plenty of space to hang up clothes in wardrobe Clean. Bathroom was beautiful and there’s a washing machine if required. We didn’t know how to work it though. Good instructions for getting into the property. Felt safe inside as it was very secure lock on front door and shutters and blinds. All excellent. Would recommend the stay Air con wasn’t great. It was very warm and it was hard to work. Would have been good if the owner had it on for us arriving. Esp since it was such a hot time of year. I found it very Difficult to use and we spent the first day unable to sleep with the heat. Contacted the owner the next morning and they kept sending me the same instructions. If they worked first time I wouldn’t have had to continue messaging her. We tried everything she told us to do. No luck and no offer to come help. She kept replying with ❄️ emoji. This wasn’t helpful. I can only assume that means turn the settle to ❄️ but we already did. My son is good with things like that and he struggled to get it working. After 2 days of trying every button/mode/function in desperation becuz it was so warm we finally got it going but unsure how so we did, so never touched it again incase it went off especially since it took us two days to finally get it to work. Even when we did get it working it wasn’t the best and didn’t reach as far as the bedroom and Milan heat was hot hot hot. It made our stay uncomfortable especially at nights when trying to sleep in the heat. We tried to use the coffee machine but there was dirty water in it which left a residue on the water compartment. There was no sponge for us to try and clean it either. We didn’t like to use it after that Some kitchen towels for cleaning around the kitchen or to dry the dishes after ourselves would be nice to leave in the kitchen. I also think it would be nice that a bottle of water was left in the fridge for guests arrival. We found so many shops and coffee shops closed in the area and had to walk around a long time to find somewhere that was actually open. The water could be used for the coffee machine also if it was left. Only 2 toilet rolls were available for 3 people for our whole stay. Def not enough. Extra towels would be nice too since there were 3 people. Pillows in the main bedroom were very very firm. Not very comfortable.

• Eunsun (5/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut Weder early check-in, noch Gepäckaufbewahren war nicht möglich, so sind wir extra bis Checkin Zeit in der Stadt geblieben. Vor der Ankunft habe ich die Schlüsselübergabe gefragt, was ich informiert wurde, dass man vor der Ankunft erhalten würde. Der Inhaber hat aber behauptet, dass er den Schlüssel nicht übergeben kann, ohne Kurtax zu zahlen was ich vor einiger Stunde per Email erhalten habe. Ich werde natürlich Kurtax zahlen, aber gar nicht darüber vorher informiert, musste vor dem Haus noch zahlen und auf die Antworr warten, was sehr mühsam war. Der Inhaber hat immer nur auf Italienisch geschrieben obwohl ich die Antwort auf English gebeten habe. Der meinte, booking.com erlaubt es nicht, auf English zu kommunizieren was ich noch nie gehört habe. Das Zimmer war gut, aber ein Stuhlgangspur war im WC, was ich gerade nach der Ankunft begegnen musste. Die Küche ist sehr schleht ausgestattet. Wir brauchten sie sowieso nicht, aber wer die Küche benutzen möchte, muss noch überlegen.

• Elena (7/5): Good - Nice, modern and clean apartment, very close to the city centre The host was rude. When I asked for late check out, she refused by specifically telling me "we don't offer free days in these apartments", as if I had asked for free days. Also there was not even one bottle of water when we arrived. When I asked her via booking why there is no water at all (please note that we arrived very late at night and had no water to drink), she told me specifically "because breakfast is not included", as if I had asked for breakfast!!! Also, while booking, it was mentioned that water is provided. Finally, there were no towels / paper in the kitchen and also, there were no pillow for a third person (we were originally supposed to be 3 of us but were 2 in the end). Overpriced in general and, after all this, the host was only interested in getting a 10 review. Let me tell you, she will not be getting this.
• Gary (8/5): Great location. - Great location and very helpful staff. Theres so much great stuff to see right around the apartment. My wife and I loved Florence and the property. Theres a washer, but no dryer and no real place to hang clothes up outside, so our clothes took 3 days to dry. We made it work and the place worked out great.

Very close to the centre and also has a cute coffee shop across the street with a super friendly barman who made our stay extra memorable. Immediately felt at home as soon as we entered and for the price we payed it was a lovely place to stay in. Super clean, which is something i always looked for when booking places to stay. Felt super safe and comfortable as soon as we stepped in the door.

• Stoychev (9/5): Great and lovely apartment - Great location, close to the metro and center. Nice and clean apartment. I would book again. Recommend it! There were no third pillow and extra bed sheets, since it was mentioned we are 3 people. I don’t think this is a big problem, because the bed was so spacious and I couldn’t ask for extra bed stuff. However if I can give an advice. There always have to be extra pillows and bed sheets, blankets in the wardrobe. Everything else was perfect.

• Sherzod (10/5): Good place to stay - It was new building, with fresh furniture. Location is good for walking, duomo is 15 minutes by foot, several restaurants around.
• Muriel (9/5): Nice place in Milano in a very convenient area. - The apartment is exactly as in the pictures. It's very well located. Internet worked well and water pressure in the shower was perfect. The only problem is that there was no bottle opener and an extra roll of toilet paper would've been nice. The matress in the sofa was not in best condition.
