• Jean Louis (8/5): - Excellent emplacement. L'immeuble est tres beau et son entree est splendide. Aucun probleme pour recuperer les cles et le parking est proche. La chambre est grande et fonctionnelle. Un peu trop fonctionnelle d'ailleurs car il manque une touche un peu personnelle dans la decoration. Le lit. Le matelas est tres mou et meriterait d'etre change.

• Imke (9/5): Die Lage, die Ausstattung sowie die Sauberkeit des Apartments ist super und ich würde nochmal wiederkommen. - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich super. Sehr zentral und dennoch etwas abseits des Trubels und des Lärms der Stadt. Die Unterkunft war auch sehr sauber, die Küchenzeile gut ausgestattet und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Sasha sehr einfach und unkompliziert. In der Unterkunft lag ein Hefter mit Tipps für Unternehmungen, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Lokalen. Durch die Lage des Apartments im 5. Stock war es recht warm. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt, hat es lange gedauert, bis die Temperatur im Wohn-/Schlafraum erträglich war. Dabei waren es draußen noch keine hochsommerlichen Temperaturen (~22°C).

• emma (10/5): Lovely stay. Well equipped and quiet, considering the location. Very helpful. - Helpful staff with check in. Nothing. It was great value for money.
• claude (10/5): Si c’était à refaire, on ne changerait rien !!! - Un immeuble qui doit être dans une visite de la ville. Mais là, vous habitez dedans ! Pour le prix, il est super bien placé. Tout est faisable à pied. Une petite pause en fin de journée à l’appartement ? Vous pouvez repartir pour la soirée en ville. Si comme nous, vous arrivez en voiture, pas de problème, on peut louer une place à 2 rue de là. Surtout, il est incroyablement calme pour de la ville (parole de quelqu’un qui vie à la campagne et que la ville insupporte). Franchement, on pensait avoir trouvé bien. On a trouvé mieux !🤗 C’est un immeuble, il y en a un autre en face, mais les rideaux assurent une bonne intimité. Le code pour rentrer à été changé. Nous nous sommes retrouvés coincés dehors, mais un message et nous avons rapidement eu le nouveau code (entre temps quelqu’un nous avait fait rentrer).

Lots of restaurants & bars nearby & a short walk to the old town. The unit was clean & well appointed. Everything you need for a stay in Prague. Would definitely book again. Nothing to fault

• Béla Roland (10/5): Good location and comfort with good price/value ratio. - Good location, close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the old town. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable. The host shared a lot of information. The parking in an underground garage is very useful because it is very difficult to park on the street.

Txhx the only problem, It’s November and the heating wasn’t good, we froze for the first day( because we come from a warmer country), but they gave us a radiator that you could plug in so Good! for the next 2 days

• Mayank (1/5): A bad experience - WARNING: They will debit 100 euros from your account before the stay starts as a Deposit amount without a prior notification. I checked out 9 days ago, and had told them that they have debited the amount instead of blocking it, since I had used a debit card on my booking.com amount. They are not courteous enough to ask if they can take the deposit from the same card, and won’t inform you prior. They told me that the “unblocked amount “ will appear on my card in a week’s time and I had been patient. I highlighted again that you have used my “debit card” to debit the amount, and the amount has transferred to your account, since then, it has been a journey of constant mental harassment where i have to explain them the difference between a debit and a credit card and how in a debit card, amounts cant be blocked or unblocked but simply debited from. Now when I asked them to confirm it with their bank, they have had a constant statement that we blocked the amount and unblocked it which is not possible on my card, and told me it’s not their responsibility. 100 euros are nothing big but it is a matter of values and customer care and i am sheerly disappointed. They are rude and stingy. i am writing this review after receiving a text stating that it is not their responsibility. PS: I mailed bank notifications of debit to them as proof and my bank statement as well We as travellers spend 1000s of euros for our comfort and peace of mind, but experiences like these make us wonder if it’s even worth it. They took the amount without asking from a debit card and now refuse to refund.

• Cevdet (9/5): Meets the expectation - Clean, comfy room in a good location in a historical building. Deposit taken before arrival although it’s known by me as it’s not a common approach on Booking.

• Alison (10/5): I would give this 11 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended. - Great location - close to Metro stops and only about 15 mins walk to the old town. In a quiet location, but within a few minutes' walk of Wenceslas Square, shops, restaurants and a small supermarket nearby. Clean, well designed, modern and well equipped - it even has a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bed is super comfortable. Sasha was super helpful from the booking stage and during our stay. There is a very useful information book in the apartment. Lovely to have a carafe of cold water waiting for us in the fridge and to have coffee, sugar, salt, pepper etc. supplied. We would certainly stay here again. There is no aircon, although we managed well with the fan supplied and the windows open.

Kind host who went above and beyond :) - Absolutely great - Sasha was responsive, and allowed us to check in early and check out late - which was so incredibly kind! The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The cooking facilities, kettle and washing machine were great. It was close to everything, which was great! It was warm in the apartment and no air con, so we had the windows open at night which meant it was quite noisy because of the main road close by.

Easy check in & check out with keys in a code-box outside of the apartment. Totally recommend it ! No extras like: disposable slippers, coffee or water.

• Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - Beautifully looked after large studio apartment, in an elegant building with everything you could need for a stay in the vibrant city of Prague. Little bit of a walk in all directions to hop on transport, but that's a very minor quibble that I probably wouldn't have made had we not got wet walking to the station! All the facilities were of a very high standard and impeccably clean. Bed was comfy too. Sasha's communication was excellent, so we were well informed on check-in and check-out procedures. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing
