Posizione centrale e comoda Pareti molto sottili; alle 3 della notte sembrava che i vicini di appartamento (probabilmente poco attenti al volume della voce) fossero nella stessa stanza; inoltre essendo a piano terra con accesso diretto dalla strada e locali da ristoro nelle immediate vicinanze, si poteva essere disturbati dal vociare di persone ferme davanti all’uscio.

• Loredana (8/5): Ne asteptam la altceva, pe baza recenziilor citite. - Locatia este ok, aproape cam de tot ce ai nevoie. Nu a fost pe cat de curat ne asteptam si scria in recenzii (ex: par pubian in cadita de la dus, panze de paianej, lenjerie de pat rupta, resturi alimentare in comgelator), iar canapeaua scartaia teribil.

• Margarette (9/5): Very very good - The apartment is nice,its new and modern.Its near and walking distance to the attractions in milan center.its small but it really fit for a family.the beds are comfortable...Serena is so nice and we were able to check in early 😊 We will choose this apartment again when we comeback .🥰 We like everything its just a minor thing that the sink and in the shower was clogged..maybe they need to check and clean it properly.

You can also conveniently walk to Duomo and surrounding places The host got me early check in as per my request Helped get technician on a Sunday to fix internet (When you pay CAD $350/night - do you want to be dealing with this? But thanks anyways I was made to pay city tax after I landed at the airport in Milan, this could have been done earlier to avoid putting credit card details at airport and dealing with payments at the last minute. Tried reaching out to the host from outside the apartment as I was struggling with instructions, but there was noone responding to the call. The internet did not work properly, had to go to cafe nearby to inform the host The televisions did not work (as per host : previous guest had done something to the tv) The remote for one TV was missing which was replenished the next day The host confused me with another guest and left me a message that I had left chair outside and that there will be penalty. I had to clarify, it wasn't me. As a basic courtesy one should confirm before putting allegation. The host apologized, but was that an experience I expect at $350 CAD a night, No. After all this, host asked for 10 score (slightly unrpofessional). I wish I could, but with all the above it was not possible.

• Rob (10/5): Great spot for a stay in Milan - Fantastic apartment in a brilliant location. Top quality fit out. Very comfortable bed and sofa bed. We ate out so didn't use the kitchen facilities but they were all good quality. We loved the rain shower. Easy walk to the city centre. Less than 20 minutes. Good range of local shops and restaurants. We ate dinner in the canal district nearby. That was vibrant and felt a bit less touristy than around the Duomo. Nothing

Everything available that you need from the ironing board to the laundry machine. Very quiet as well (not easy in Milan). Very good bed, we were sleeping like babies. The host is super friendly and always available if you have any questions. check in was easy and fast, you check in yourself. the building is really nice outside and even nicer inside. the apartment was so clean, it smells wonderful when you enter. all the interior of the apartment is completed and perfect, luxury modern style, it was just my taste not to mention the bathroom which was so beautifully finished and perfect. location is perfect. 10 minute walk to Doumo. From the central station it takes 15-20 minutes to walk, there is no better location, metro and tram run 2-3 minutes' walk from the apartment. it was just perfect for us. I recommend this place and will gladly return again, we lacked absolutely nothing in this apartment. washing machine, dishwasher, fridge everything was available. there was also a surveillance camera outside the apartment, this gave us great feeling security. There is also a very nice restaurant just around the corner, i will highly recommend it it's name is Pausa Your Italian Break There is nothing i didn't like.
