• Louis (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful host and fascinating art
• Amber2 (4/5): Good location but no air conditioning and not comfortable - The location was amazing, being right downtown and easily walkable to everything, and with a nice view. The key handover was easy and it's clearly a newly renovated apartment with new appliances and furniture etc. The main reason we booked this place, aside from the location, was that it was (and still is) advertised as air conditioned, listed in both the description and facilities for the apartment. There is, however, no air conditioning nor was there ever. When we asked, the owner explained it was because of heritage regulations and she had provided a fan. The apartment air conditioning is completely falsely advertised though. Otherwise, the couch is extremely uncomfortable and for the kitchen there were barely any cooking utensils provided, no dishtowels, etc. The coffee maker had also not been cleaned out and overall the place was extremely dusty and only lightly cleaned. It's probably ok for one night (which in retrospect are the case for many other reviews) to enjoy the location, but the apartment is basically all for show and only somewhat functional.

• Per-axel (10/5): Exceptional - This was one of the best rooms (apartment) I have ever booked via booking.com. The view was fantastic with both the famous clock tower as well as the weird looking culture house that Graz is famous for. The hostess was super nice and flexible and let us check in earlier on her lunch break way earlier than we had expected. The apartment itself was in great condition and the hostess had decorated it very nicely and we felt very comfortable. The windows were really well sounds isolated which was great considering the amount of street cars that's passing by just outside. We heard more or less nothing! Well definitely book again if ever in Graz. Nothing...
• Susanne (8/5): The best view - The view from the apartment is the best to be had: on the Uhrturm and the Kunsthaus. The apartment is stylish decorated and the kitchen seemed well equipped (though we only prepared breakfast here). The bed was comfortable. The location is brilliant as it is pretty much right in the centre of town. The apartment was unfortunately not everywhere very clean. The bathroom was clean, but vacuuming in the living room and bedroom seems to have occurred around furniture, but not underneath, and to have skipped the carpet. There is no place to put or hang your own clothes. The central location means that the tram runs in the street below the apartment.

• Gary (10/5): Characterful apartment in a fantastic location with a great hostess. - Eva was a very communicative and helpful hostess who was also very friendly, welcoming and informative when we met her for check-in. The location is fantastic being a 15 minute walk or a short tram ride to the station and also very close to all the main attractions. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and characterful with a great view to the Clock Tower from the sitting room and bedroom.

• Kármen (10/5): Perfect central location, clean and cozy apartment, very nice host. - I loved the colorful lights in the bathroom and the bedroom, the overall vibe of the apartment, the location and the cleanliness. The host was also very nice.

• Denis (10/5): Exceptional - Best apartment in Graz. Is in near city center and you can reach all attractions by foot. City tram is in front of apartment. And you have the best sushi restaurant 30m from apartment. The only thing is parking. Because apartment is in city center you need to park car in the public street or parking garage which is 300m away.
