• Roberta (2/5): Not recommend - Good position Furniture needs to be changed because is old and stained, beds aren’t comfortable at all, especially the sofa. The house isn’t clean, and there’s a leak upstairs that led to a really bad smell and stains on the ceiling. The owner agreed to cancel our reservation and refund us but he charged us 190£ for one night. Not really a good value for money. The pictures aren’t accurate.

• Mike (1/5): The property was dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing advertised—Wi-Fi, Sky TV, and appliances—work - Location of the property was great, 3min walk to Shaftsbury theatre. And just of the main shopping Oxford street. Starbucks and other shops for snakes close by. I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. The room was not clean, with mould throughout the bathroom and dust everywhere. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all, and the MiFi device provided had no mobile signal. The listing claimed Sky TV was available, but there was none. When I raised these issues with the property owner, they were ignored. The oven was faulty and overheated, ruining the food I had prepared for my daughter. The dishwasher contained stagnant water, which caused a terrible smell when opened. There was also no duvet cover for the sofa bed. Finally, the photos in the listing are misleading and make the property look much larger than it actually is. Overall, this property did not meet expectations and I would not recommend it.

• Paige (8/5): Very Good Stay. - Excellent Location, close to tube station and easy access to anything required. Clean. Friendly and accommodating host. Good value for money, especially with other properties and their nightly cost. Clean and tidy but just needs some TLC, for example could do with a lick of paint and slight bit of damp on the ceiling near the bathroom but nothing major. Sofa bed not very comfy, could do with a thicker mattress if possible.

• Sarah (10/5): perfect location - very happy with the accommodation lovely and clean and a perfect location close to lots of London Attractions and we were able to have an early check in which was most appreciated i will definitely be recommending to family and friends and would certainly stay again only a small thing but we couldn’t get the television to work but that didn’t really bother us too much and would not put me off staying there again
• Matthew (9/5): Excellent location, peaceful & quiet - Great location, comfortable; apart from a car/building alarm going off (not the building this appartment is in) the courtyard location of the building kept it peaceful & quiet which is so important. Would happily book again I think the springs on one side of the mattress have given out as there's a bit of curve/dip on one side (still very comfortable regardless)

Wouldn’t want to to stay a week. - Great central location The bed came apart in the middle, in the middle of the night. So I spent the rest of the night very uncomfortably. I was able to fix it in the morning but it disturbed my sleep. No proper curtains so light came in in the morning. The towels were still damp from previous wash.

Places we want to go is at walking distnace, if you want to get away with the busy underground train I recommend this place 👍🏼 Since the weather was very hot it would have been nice to have a fan other than that it was all good 👍🏼

• Athol (4/5): Good location, wouldn’t stay again as it’s dated and stuffy - It’s dated and tired. Really needs a refresh. They could supply bath / shower supplies or at least let you know you need to bring your own. Windows barely open so it’s hot and a bit stuffy. Photos look considerably better than the actual property.

• Wei (2/5): Wasn’t expecting this kind of standard from Booking.com - Location was good When asked for information about check in for planning purposes, property’s answer was condescending and yet refused to give information. Flat was in a very old and poorly kept building. Sleeping on sofa bed was literally like sleeping on springs directly even though the same complaint was made end May, nothing rectified in June.

• Patrick (7/5): Great Location, Helpful Host. - Great location, ideal for getting to all the London sights. The host couldn't have been more helpful, even coming to the train station to hand over the keys. Only downside was the very patchy WiFi (5G Broadband from 3). Couldnt stream any movies or TV shows, just constant buffering, and with no free view channels available in Central London, we had to rely on our mobile phones for entertainment, once we were in for the night.

The host was always available and he was kind enough to wait with the key when we arrived in the evening, even though it says check-in is no later than 6pm. There is plenty of space for 4 people, with a large bed and a large sofa bed. In any case, we were very happy with our stay :-)
