• Janneth (6/5): - La habitación y el salón del departamento muy bien El baño en el techo estaba fatal y había muchos mosquitos que tuvimos que pasar matando los mosquitos no sé si era por el techo pero había muchísimos aparte de eso a la llegada me dieron mal la información del departamento me enviaron a uno que no era y perdí 1 hora con llamadas telefónicas para que me ayudaran por último me colgaron el teléfono y yo mismo tuve que buscar el departamento que me tocaba encima me envían un teléfono que ni contesto mis mensajes

• Federico (7/5): - La posizione, il bagno la comodita nel dormire, ls pulizia della casa e la comodita dell appartamento C erano alcune pecche: la lavastoviglie come siamo arrivati era tutta allagata e ho scritto all host ma non mi ha mai risposto, per cucinare c erano si due padelle e un pentola per la pasta ma non c era uno scola pasta o un tagliere...

• Juan Manuel (1/5): Estancia insalubre, pésima atención y falta de soluciones - El apartamento presentaba condiciones insalubres desde el momento en que llegamos. Había un fuerte olor a cañerías y aguas fecales, y al entrar al baño descubrimos que la ducha estaba inundada y sucia, con goteo de agua desde el techo debido a humedades que parecía provenían del piso superior. El apartamento no tenía agua caliente y no había toallas disponibles. Intentamos resolver la situación contactando con el servicio de atención, pero nadie apareció para solucionar el problema. Tuvimos que limpiar el baño nosotros mismos y ducharnos con agua fría. Además, el servicio de atención no nos ofreció soluciones ni una reubicación, y el problema de la humedad parecía ser algo conocido, pero no tenían intención de arreglarlo. Una experiencia muy desagradable, completamente fuera de lo que esperábamos de un alojamiento de este tipo.

Nunca pensé q me dejarían sin toallas, nos tocó comprar por q no dejaron ni una en absoluto. En la cocina sin aceite . Y ducha con muy poca agua caliente

• Raluca (1/5): No volvería ni gratis. Evitad este sitio - “0 Estrellas” Una vergüenza total. Una “limpieza”de récord mundial en “menos de 20 minutos” y parece que no limpiaron nada. Todo un chiste de mal gusto, digno de Hallowen. La ducha y la pila sucias, la ducha con gotera, sin toallas, almohadas sin funda y lo mejor de todo: “las sábanas, en lugar de cambiarlas, les dieron la vuelta”como si nadie lo notara. Las sillas son un peligro público, te sientas y acabas en el suelo. El congelador no cierra, hace ruido y está lleno de hielo. En resumen: No volvería ni gratis. Evitad este sitio.

• Antonio Jesús (1/5): L-A-M-E-N-T-A-B-L-E - Unicamente, la ubicación No suelo comentar los aspectos negativos de los lugares donde nos alojamos porque, de existir, son cuestiones con poca importancia y no me gusta desacreditar el buen nombre y el trabajo de las empresas y particulares que se dedican al sector turístico. Pero en esta ocasión, la cosa clama al cielo… Un CERO en atención al cliente, nos encontramos sin toallas ni fundas de almohada cuando previamente nos confirmaron que habría, al pedirlas nos las trajeron al día siguiente (dejándonos sin algo tan esencial), nos metieron en un apartamento diferente al que alquilamos (de los dos que tienen) y encontramos a unas chicas al día siguiente en nuestra puerta diciendo que tenían reserva allí, aunque finalmente se pudieron reubicar en el otro apartamento (sin que la empresa respondiera, lo pudimos organizar entre nosotros). Un auténtico despropósito.

No había toallas, y aún después de solicitarlas via booking, wassap, email, llamadas continuas que ni siquiera contestaron, nos las trajeron. Tuvimos que secarnos con una colcha. El aire acondicionado enfriaba bien, pero tenía un continuo ruido. La puerta del baño rota y desprendiendo cristales.

• Imaculada (5/5): - La ubicación era muy buena, estaba cerca del centro. No tenía toallas, ni fundas de almohada, no papel higiénico, además el frigorífico tenía mucha escarcha y no enfriaba bien.
• Pedro (1/5): No recomendable - Nada Habían goteras en el techo de la ducha, las sábanas estaban sucias , las almohadas solo tenían protector y nada de fundas de almohadas y aparte estaban rotas, al colchón le dieron la vuelta para que viéramos lo sucia y asquerosa que esta la funda protectora del colchón, no habían toallas ni jabón ni papel de cocina , la puerta del congelador no se podía abrir de la cantidad de hielo que tenía pegado en la puerta. Intentamos ponernos en contacto con la persona encargada, el teléfono estaba desconectado. probé con mensajes por la app de Booking y me dijo que ya aviso a una persona que por cierto nunca vino , le volví a escribir como cinco mensajes más que nunca me contestó. Muy mala experiencia

• gigiak59 (3/5): - We had a bad experience with this property. The check-in instructions were confusing and incorrect (wrong lockbox, wrong code, missing link). When we arrived, the keys were not available and the hosts were unreachable for a while. Eventually, we were sent to a different apartment than the one we had booked, with missing essentials (no towels, no pillowcases, no sheets, only one half used roll of toilet paper in total for two bathrooms). We reported all these issues both via WhatsApp and Booking, but received no real assistance – only a short “ok thanks” after checkout. No compensation or refund was offered. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

• CRISTINA (1/5): - La estancia ha sido desagradable por no decir pésima... empezamos entrando 1h más tarde por que el código que me dio el alojamiento era erroneo y no me cogió el teléfono hasta la decimo octava vez, seguidamente entramos y no habia ni toalla ni sábanas ni en la cama ni en el sofá... por no hablar de cómo estaban los almohadones (rotos sucios y con pelos) y el cubrecolchon de la cama igual (hay fotos hechas), es decir, que tras la salida del anterior inquilino ni se ha limpiado. Aparte de todo esto, escasea en cosas básicas y sencillas como no tener microondas y que contar que éramos 4 más algún que otro inquilino (la lagartija anduvia por alli como por su propia casa)... una experiencia desagrable que nos hizo perder primero tiempo de nuestra estancia y segundo no disfrutar de ella por las condiciones en las que estaba.

Nos hemos tenido que comprar toallas para poder ducharnos y a dormir sin sábanas y con éstas condiciones antihigiénicas totales (tengo fotos de todo). He hablado con atención al cliente y muy amables pero cero soluciones tb y si te he visto no me acuerdo. Me iban a contactar bla bla. Nada de nada Nada de nada, sucio y poco recomendable

• Alexandra (10/5): - Spacious and bright house, close to bus stops. Very clean, well-furnished, and had everything you need. The pillows were a little hard, but the mattresses were very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.
• Silvio (4/5): Mejorable - Good location, by walking distance from Las Setas and opportunity to cook for yourselves. Cleaning has been very poor unfortunately. Bed sheets very dirty, commented to the host, but no one came afterwards to change them. Neither extra sheets available in the wardrobe. Bad smell coming from the shower. Entrance door is right on the street but windows are good so not a lot of noise at night. Parking possibililities are quite low, take it into account if travelling by car.

• Jennifer (5/5): Passable - Nice roomy space with a good table and chairs. You can hear every person and car that goes by on the fairly busy street, into the night. No WiFi info was provided, although I called and messaged repeatedly, and they never responded. No top sheet or duvet cover, only a bottom sheet, kind of gross.
• Christina (5/5): The flat looked nice but it was not good equipped - The furniture is new and nice. - there was no wifi available (the description of the flat was with wifi) - there was a horrible smell in the bathroom - the host didn't replay messages and was almost impossible to reach by phone - bedsheets and towels have been stained and with holes - the whole flat was really bad equipped- not even all the basics have been there (kitchen towel, hangers in the bathroom...) - after few minutes of showering the water gets cold (and not warm again). Also the water comes out of the shower and the whole ground of the bathroom was wet after showering

• Mark (8/5): A comfortable modern apartment that I would rent again. - The apartment was very modern and decorated well. Convenient walking distance to the centre. The kitchen units were attractive. The dining table was set for our arrival in a welcoming way. Crockery was complete and there were decent wine glasses and tumblers. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was well lit. I would stay again. The air conditioning kept the whole apartment comfortably cool. The shower was powerful and hot. One minor issue (possibly my problem) was a lack of a good process for check-in instructions. My Spanish is not good but all sorted by WhatsApp. Other minor things as way of constructive criticism. If there was a way of hiding the mop and broom, it would be more attractive. The sofa bed looked a bit tired. At the time of our visit, the WiFi did not connect to the internet so the TV was not as useful as it could have been. If the wardrobe doors were installed differently, the mirror would have been more useful to my partner. A missing door knob on the wardrobe was a bit annoying. A shelf for storage in the bathroom would be useful.

Very spacious, clean, comfortable, big shower cabin, ground floor. Very easy to find a key. We couldn't find laundry dryer to put some clothes but we managed it
• Klaudia (5/5): Passable - The flat looks very nice I rented a flat for 4 people and we found the flat prepared for 2 people. There was no ready-made bedding, pillows, pillowcases etc. After talking to the owner we managed to find some spare duvet but were not given pillows or fresh bedding. It looked as if the towels were also only prepared for 2 people and were dirty. The owner in reparation allowed us to stay in the flat for an hour longer, but nevertheless I appreciate being able to sleep in a clean place.

The bed was extremely comfy, very cool bathroom, all the amenities you could need were there (although in our case we only stayed one night). Very well placed at short walking distance from the old city center, we actually preferred eating there at night in the vibrant quarter! Very good communication with our host. Totally recommend, I would come back! Nothing
• King (1/5): Incorrect address information and very poor communication - Clean and good location No check in instructions were received so several emails and messages had to be sent on the day of our visit to obtain these. There was no answer when we tried the two telephone numbers provided several times. The address given was No 2 and the keysafe was described as around the corner from the property. The property was in fact round the corner from two apartments which were marked number 2, and there was no number just two identical unmarked doors. Due to this incorrect address information, finding the right property took quite a while during our short visit and was stressful. The keys did work but it took several attempts to unlock the property door. In addition to this there were no instructions for the air conditioning and wi fi and it took a few hours before we noticed the small wi fi box in a corner of the room and the air conditioning did not work. There was completely insufficient extra bedding provided for the sofa bed which one of our party of 3 used, just a very thin throw and a sheet. We were really disappointed with this booking.

• Yasmin (4/5): Disappointing - the location in the bathroom the water is coming out every time you take a shower- and it soaks the whole apartment. so frustrating. Because of that I had to mop up the floor at every time for hours. not to mention that the host didnt answer me when I wrote to him that. except that the house is nice, but still, it is a huge minus.
• Jill (9/5): Beautifully clean and spacious apartment - Great location between the station and the old town. The apartment was newly refurbished and in excellent condition. It was great but could have done with a small table in both the bedroom for suitcase and bathroom for toiletries as space limited around the basin.
