Andre (1/5): - Nulla! Completamente diverso dalla foto Il proprietario non ha mai risposto telefonicamente neanche per urgenze! Ho passato 2 giorni pessimi dentro questo appartamento, sporchissimo, muri pieni di muffa e intonaco che si stacca. Coperte sporche e con buchi di sigaretta, bagno sporco, telecomando tv e condizionatore senza batterie, wifi non funzionante. La prima notte attorno alle 3 del mattino hanno tentato di entrare nell'appartamento e c'era gente che urlava fuori dalla porta. Il peggio è arrivato il 2 giorno quando saltava la luce in continuazione da mezzanotte fino al check out completamente senza corrente (avevo il telefono scarico) e il proprietario ovviamente non ha mai risposto alle mie chiamate per il supporto o trovare delle soluzioni Lo sconsiglio vivamente questo posto!!

Marco (1/5): Incubo ad occhi aperti - Ho chiamato tutta la settimana al cellulare al numero la loro fornito e nessuno ha mai risposto. Mi sono presentato al posto indicato ieri e non c'era né un citofono e né un modo per poter trovare questo posto. Ho mandato messaggi per farmi aiutare ma nessuno rispondeva e non avevo idea di dove potessero essere le chiavi per entrare nella stanza e alla fine ho dovuto dormire in macchina. Voglio un immediato rimborso perché se no vi denuncio Ho chiamato tutta la settimana al cellulare al numero la loro fornito e nessuno ha mai risposto. Mi sono presentato al posto indicato ieri e non c'era né un citofono e né un modo per poter trovare questo posto. Szoboszlai (1/5): Soha senkinek nem ajánlom ,kosz ,retek ,elérhetetlen szállásadó. - Nem volt ami tetszett volna Penészes undorító fürdőszoba ,wi-fi nem működött. A matrac nem az ágyba való volt csak rá volt rakva illetve az ágykeret esett szét. Lift nem működött….. A házban folyamatos fű szag terjengett… Hangos volt a ház ,dübörgő szomszédokkal. A szállásadó kommunikációja nulla …. Folyamatosan hívtam de fel sem vette a telefont és vissza sem hívott ….. Soha senkinek nem ajánlom !
Luca (1/5): PESSIMO DA EVITARE - Non ho mai scritto recensioni, ma mi sembra doveroso in questo caso scrivere una recensione altamente negativa (PESSIMA) affinché nessun altro debba subire quanto ho subito io Partendo dalle piccole cose meno importanti andiamo ad elencare: 1 il televisore non funzionava né per quanto riguarda i canali del digitale terrestre né per quanto riguarda le applicazioni(Netflix, Google Prime eccetera) 2 la macchina del caffè mancava del serbatoio dell’acqua 3 il bidet aveva lo scarico chiuso e non si riusciva ad aprire 4 durante la giornata di giovedì 11 e nella notte tra giovedì 11 e venerdì 12 la doccia ha avuto un riflusso di acqua e il piatto doccia stesso si è allagatopresumibilmente di liquami. Di tutte queste cose è stato prontamente informato, il numero previsto nei contatti e allego nelle foto le risposte evasive nonché foto dell’avarie stesse. Nonostante quanto sopra ho lasciato la tassa di soggiorno, ma prevedo di intraprendere azioni legali soprattutto a livello igienico per quanto riguarda il piatto doccia ed i liquami

Sanneni (1/5): Delusione e disgusto - L’alloggio è in condizioni pessime, il vetro della doccia cade addosso nello spostarlo, attenzione!!! La porta del bagno è rotta, gonfia per terra e struscia, non si chiude.Le finestre non hanno né serrande ne persiane entra luce all’alba perché c’è solo un tendina trasparente. Le stoviglie erano per tre persone, scompagnate e sporche. Il flessibile della doccia era rotto e spruzzava acqua dappertutto bagnando il bagno perché la porta della doccia non si poteva muovere.La tv non funziona.Per prendere le chiavi della camera abbiamo dovuto aspettare due ore che qualcuno rispondesse ai messaggi e alle chiamate, e come noi c’erano altri affittuari che non sapevano come fare. Abbiamo risolto solo dopo aver scritto che avremmo chiamato le forze dell’ordine!!! Consigliamo vivamente a Booking di rimuovere la struttura a dir poco indecente, sporca anche negli arredamenti. L’unico armadio aveva la porta scorrevole rotta, nessuna stampella per appendere i vestiti e la struttura interna sede dei cassetti, vuota, i cassetti non c’erano nella loro sede. Il divano letto è improponibile. Non prenotate assolutamente questa orribile struttura, delusione totale
